I'm really disappointed in my visit a few days ago. I called to inquire about a medication and then told them I had a manufacture rebate coupon for my other medication. The guy on the phone said to give it to them when I come to pick up. I could tell in his voice he just didn't want to deal with it. I wanted to give it to him then to prevent any kind of delay at pick up. I get to the drive through and after waiting 15 minutes in line, I get up to the window and try to give the guy my code. He asked me to give him all the code numbers. It was very hard to hear him as he wasn't speaking directly into the phone. I let him know this, he moved the phone around and put it right back in the same spot. Still couldn't hear him clearly. He messed with the computer for a few minutes and then walked away from the window. Came back about 5 minutes later and said I'd have to come inside or go back around. Said the pharmacist had to enter it. I told him I'd come back when I saw in the app it was fixed. In the meantime I'm getting emails from Walgreens about my medication. I go to the app and they have my order canceled. The next day it was entered back in and the old price was still there. Now I have to deal with this all over again since they couldn't be bothered the first time to get it added for me. the week before I waited in line for 20 minutes on just one other person in the drive through, I was the second person. They didn't make that Person leave and come back but instead made me wait all that time. Do better Walgreens, I thought I had found the best location until you did this to me. read more

I can see why this location only has 2 stars. If you're going to offer FedEx shipping then either accept any package that FedEx does, or make sure it's known on your website that you have limitations so people don't drive out of their way to come to you. In addition, be a little nicer when you inform the customer that you have limitations instead of freaking out and getting disgusted like I'M the one that made the mistake. I mean, I'm shipping my item using the same box it got shipped to me in. So I had to go out and find a different location which is fine, I just wish I wasn't treated like I'm stupid because I brought my package here. BTW, 47 pounds, yes. EVERY TIME we call these bozos at the pharmacy it's a circus of 1. Getting hung up on by "pharmacy techs" too dumb to transfer a call properly yet who still manage to talk to you like you're wasting their precious, $13/hr time getting your life sustaining medication; 2. Talking to apathetic, snotty pharmacists who couldn't give a rats ass if you are calling for a life saving drug or not and who talk down to you and can't ever promise a timely (or even accurately estimate a fill time) RX fill. 3. Also, every time we take trek to the store at the estimated fill time, they tell us to come back as "they got busy". Thank God for CVS. Walgreens is consistently the worst in all facets of customer care. I work in healthcare and am so thankful I have choices of pharmacies. My husband isn't so lucky and we are forced to use this awful company. It's CONSISTENTLY terrible. Without fail. read more

I am confused at such a low star rating here! The staff have always been super friendly and the location is very clean. They recently had a remodel probably a year or two ago too. Unprofessional and Rude Service I had a terrible experience at the photo center at the Baseline & Signal Butte Walgreens on Saturday, 3/15 at 9 AM. After being sent there from the Guadalupe & Ellsworth location, I expected help with my print issue, but the supervisor was completely unwilling to assist me. I can't make this stuff up I brought my pictures in to get developed about a month and a half ago and they told me it would take 3 to 5 days and they're still not done. I called to ask for the millionth time, and when they told me they weren't done, I decided to ask for the phone number of the place they sent them to. The lady then proceeded to talk crap about me to her coworker saying "shes seriously asking for the phone number" WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH HER. I said " yes ma'am I do, because you guys give out misinformation and it's very disrespectful" then hung up. I went on Google to see other peoples experience with the photo department and they said they either never got their photos back or got them back six months later. This place sucks. read more

Close to home and convenient enough that I recently had my eye doctor switch my eye drops prescription from my former neighborhood Walgreens in Ahwatukee to this location since I made a move to Apache Junction. I came in here for a few items on my way home. Nice, clean store and well stocked with the items I most frequently buy plus season items to choose from. read more

Pharmacy hrs are very inconsistent. Need more help you always have to wait whether in the drive thru or in store.

This is by far the worst Walgreens. We have had issues fulfilling medication. Either they take forever following up and full filling out of stock items, or the pharmacy is always closed for whatever reason. My daughter switched to the Safeway pharmacy after this location kept pushing it out and failed to fulfill. She got her order taken care of in a few days after being back ordered. They were on top of it. This location? No. If it's a medication you need to keep taking or suffer withdrawal symptoms, you are screwed. This is not the pharmacy to go to if you need critical medication. They will let you down every time. read more

I normally don't get bugged by people being rude but the pharmacy tech was so irritated with me when I said I could not afford all 4 items and just needed 2. They were all the same medicines but I can't afford the other 2 right now. the PT basically Made me feel like she was mad at me and basically told me to go away because she was too busy to sell me only the 2 and and to come back another time. I give props to this pharmacy & their prompt service! I had already gone through a headache at another location, prior to my script being transferred to this one. I wish I would have opted for this location from the beginning!! Yes, the line was stacked at the drive-thru at 2pm on a Saturday. But, it went relatively quick, and the employee was SO much better than the prior location that didn't have my script in stock. This one had it done & ready in less than 30 minutes. My address on file was 2+ years old. Instead of ridiculing me like the prior location, he was smart enough to ask for my ID to verify, and then kindly, gladly updated my address for me. It was a total breeze, and I sincerely appreciate him asking if I had any questions on my script. I felt like he truly cared and wanted to help. Thank you for being prompt, courteous and understanding, especially when someone is ill! I just wanted that last script so I could go home and start recovering! This one saved my day. And the gentleman working the drive-thru on Saturday afternoon 1/18/20 deserves praise. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. I dropped off a prescription to be filled at 1:00pm, was told that it would be filled by 2:30-3pm, but I'd called three times between 2:30 and 4:00pm and each time the automated voice said it was still in progress. By the final call, i transferred to speak to someone; the pharm tech. then transferred me to the pharmacist, because she noticed that my prescription should've been filled an hour ago. I expressed my reason for the call and explicitly asked "what was causing the delay?" And all she managed to say was, "your prescription will be ready by the time you get here if you want to leave now." EXCUSE ME? So i pretty much needed to call to speak to the pharmacist in order to get my prescription filled? Not even an apology for the delay in my prescription. No explanation? I rarely go to this Walgreens location, but this guarantees that i won't be back. read more

I went to the Pharmacy in July with my 85 year old mother and she was able to get some of her shots completed. One of those shots being for Shingles. We were told to come back anytime after 10/1/21 for the second shot. When we showed up, we waited in line and when it was our turn, the person told us to make an appointment online and tried to hand us a slip of paper with a scan code on it. Way to go Walgreens. How many 85 year olds are going to be capable to do that. My mother doesn't even drive. After that horrific customer service we went elsewhere, and from now on always will. read more

Waited in line at Pharmacy, got to pharmacy 15 minutes before closing. Was last person in line, the pharmacy was slotted to close at 6. Ended up getting to the front of the line, pharmacist did not look at me, and closed window and closed the station down, was right before closing. Horrible customer service, horrendous service by pharmacy techs, never had bad service like this concerning medication/prescription pickups. Recommend these techs get a talking to/reprimand. If I could give zero stars I would. Took my father to this Walgreens after an appointment yesterday. The technician was incredibly rude, short, and unresponsive. We had to have someone else come help because she just stood there. I had called an hour prior to arriving to ensure his medication was ready. When we arrived on 2 of his new scripts were ready. We discussed the others and she stated that would be ready today. He went today o oy to be met with another rude unhelpful technician. He called me for help and she was so short and rude and just walked away. Again before he aro es he called and was told the missing scripts were complete but neither were. I would suggest not using this pharmacy. They are incompetent, rude and unprofessional. Super disappointed and will be switching to a new pharmacy. read more

Hey from Cali!! Recently took a much needed trip to Arizona and long story short, I didn't pack a single thing I needed! Terrible I know. There's not many Walgreens down in Cali so I wasn't very sure where everything was around the store. I needed medication, toiletries, and all sorts of goodies. With a screaming child, I was ready to start pulling my hair out to be honest! However, one of the employees, Saif, really helped me find everything I needed and even let me vent to him. Wow the level of disrespect I received from Carolyn through the drive through was something else. I drive up to the window, no one was there so I rang the call button. No answer. I ring it again and a man answers and said someone will be right with you. Carolyn walks up to the window waves her hands at me and just stares at me. She answers the phone and exclaims that the man talked to me twice and that I need to be more patient. I told her than no one answered the first time I called and she told me I was lying. She walked away and I guess she didn't know the microphone was still on and I herd her talking trash about me to the male employee. I told her I could hear her and she shouldn't talk about customers in a negative way. Well did she just ruin my night after an already stressful day. Pharmacy Nightmare!!! Doctor called in a prescription on Sunday around noon that was needed ASAP. We showed up to the pharmacy to see the pharmacy was closed normal operating hours. The script was on the pharmacys voicemail and no one could access it to transfer it. Then had to get the Dr. to call in another script. Ever try to track your Dr. down on Sunday? It took hours.
