6.22.26: First time at this particular location and reason being is because I was near running an errand. But let me back up just a bit, I'm a Walgreens Rewards Member and recently got an email for a free 8x10 as a way to celebrate Father's Day. So last night before it expired, I hopped on the website and uploaded a pic. Because I knew I was going to be in the area, I chose this location for my pick-up. Received an email early this morning letting me know it was ready to be picked up. When I walked in, I headed to the photo counter and the male employee working was nice and friendly and had no problem locating my photo. As I was walking away, a new Reese's with Marshmallow caught my eye and there was a sale on it if you're a rewards member, which was another draw for my impulse buy lol. Tamara, the cashier who helped me, was very pleasant and energetic and made sure I got my rewards discount. Although a short interaction, her customer service was awesome. read more

I don't usually wander into human corrals, but this bull made the mistake of trusting the wrong pasture. For years, I grazed happily over at Walmart--steady feed, predictable hours, salt lick always where it should be. But this time I thought, "Hey, that Walgreens pen is closer. Maybe the grass is greener." Big mistake. This pasture? Dry. Gates half-open, half-closed, no ranch hand in sight when the sign says they should be. I've stomped my hooves over there twice now during "open hours," and it's just empty wind and disappointment. A bull doesn't like showing up to a trough that's been abandoned. And when the gate is open? The folks behind the counter move like they've been out in the heat too long... or maybe into something stronger than hay. No urgency, no clarity--just slow, strange energy that makes a bull uneasy. Honestly, the whole setup feels less like a well-run ranch and more like waiting in line at some bureaucratic branding station. No flow. No respect for a bull's time. So I'm turning this big ol' body right back toward Walmart pasture. At least over there, when a bull needs his feed, the gate's open and someone's actually minding the herd. Two hooves down. Would not graze again. read more

We love this pharmacy. We've been there for over 15 years. They have exceptional staff and are always available!

Ridiculous the pharmacy can't get medication done in a timely manner. They promise a time and can't get it done. Employees are rude and ignore you at the counter. read more

Not getting the answer you wanted DOES NOT equate to poor customer service. YOUR insurance company requiring YOUR doctor's office to complete a prior authorization is NOT the fault of Walgreens. The pharmaceutical industry is NOT immune to manufacturer shortages. They CANNOT guarantee that a medication will be available from the time you call and check to the time that your prescription is actually filled. Inclement weather on the pass can delay deliveries. These employees work hard to fill a high volume of prescriptions, all the while getting cussed at and yelled at for things they cannot control. Show them some grace as they are doing the best they can. read more

"Call 1-800-Walgreens and talk to someone who cares." It's fine if the staff at the pharmacy can't fix the problem, but when you go to a pharmacy, you are trusting these people with your life. Some folks are on medications that mean the difference between living a normal life and sitting in a hospital. You cannot say things like "talk to someone who cares" because caring is the JOB when you work in a medical profession. If I can't trust you to care when there is a problem with billing, how do I know I can trust you to care when you are filling my meds? Simple fact is, I can't. There are three other pharmacies within a mile of this location and now, one of them is getting my business. You should take yours elsewhere too. The staff at the store are nice and helpful, which is why I am giving this location two stars. read more

OMGosh----What a mess. I needed to pick up a script that was called in by physician after my husbands hospital procedure and the pharmacy was closed at 6 PM. ( has ALWAYS been open till 9 PM ) I got there at 6:04 PM. I was told not to pick up RX till this evening because they needed to call it in and he would need to start the RX that night. I spoke to lady at front of store and asked why the pharmacy changed hours and why were we not notified by TEXT--- E-mail --- Phone call??? Been going there for years and always received messages. She then proceeded to tell me to go to the other location--- Well that is pretty hard to do since I didn't have a paper script and the Dr's offices are now closed for the day !!! Luckily it was a script for antibiotics and we had some at home ( expired but took it anyways ) to get by till we could call the Dr. next day. I want to also mention that 1 time I picked up an RX for my Lansoprazole acid reflux medication and received ANGINA HEART MEDICATION that was mixed in with it... Thank goodness I work in the medical field and new that these didn't look right. When I went back to return them and have it refilled with the proper meds I was told... " Well we will believe that you didn't just change them and give you the benefit of the doubt and refill them this one time....." I was flabbergasted and told them that neither I nor my husband take ANGINA meds so where would I have got them ??? The ONLY script I have filled anyways is the acid reflux med. Needless to say....We are done with this pharmacy and will be going elsewhere. read more

Good place for vitamins! I go there a couple times a month and am always ale to find what I need!
