Connie in the pharmacy drive thru was so kind and professional. I had my prescription within 5 minutes.

I made an appointment to get a work required vaccine. Showed up early to check in and had already filled out the paperwork online. I waited for an hour and a half! I finally asked the attendant how much longer it would be and he said another "minute or two". I gave them 10. Still no vaccine. So I left. They called me 2 hours after my set appointment and said they were ready finally but I'm over it now. Why make people set appointments if you're not going to honor them? I know they're busy but I have things to do also. I'll be going to Walmart and I will not be recommending this Walgreens to any of my patients. read more

Waiting in line at the pharmacy is almost NEVER less than 30 mins. They're understaffed & cutting hrs. This time, I was told my medicine would be ready by 5pm. I get there a but after 5, & the line is ridiculous. When I get to the register, my medicine isn't ready yet. After Waiting another 30 mins, I get my bottle & leave. I later realize, the pharmacist miscounted my Rx, because I'm definitely missing one. Missing a pill from a schedule 2 drug (Vyvanse) is pretty serious. Add the price at $50 for a months supply with insurance, & I'm heated! How can I prove that, though, without sounding like I'm lying? read more

OH MY GOD this Walgreens is soooo slow. If you're picking up a prescription at the drive through make sure you have snacks and an hour and a half to spare. It's infuriating!!! read more

Slowest Walgreens on this earth. Line is always 10 people deep each time I come in. Not the mention the drive thru is always down. Hope you have plenty of time to stand around and wait. read more

I love this Walgreens it's close to my house and very useful even though the service is slow it is faster to wait in line instead of driving another 20 minutes and then waiting 10 minutes for my prescription at another Walgreens and then having to drive 30 minutes back home. read more

Worst Walgreen's ever!! You call and they put you on hold for over 30 minutes, hang up on you repeatedly instead of taking the actual call. You wait in the longest lines for the drive-thru. They are not helpful whatsoever and have no common courtesy for customers. It seems like they don't even want to deal with customers and if that's the case, they all need to find new professions!!! I will be moving my prescriptions to CVS. It's right across the street from this crappy store and they offer MUCH better customer service. read more

If I could rate less than one star I would. You need to know if there is even a single car in front of you, you'll need to reschedule your entire day so you have time to make it through the pharmacy drive through line. I don't know how it's humanly possible to operate as slowly as they do here. Currently stuck in a line with 5 cars ahead of me. I've been here for 18 minutes and we have yet to move. This isn't a one time thing either. It's Every. Single. Visit. Going inside is no faster, not to mention I have two small kids who lose their mind waiting in a store this long to pick up a prescription. We may have time to watch an entire movie in the car waiting to pick up our meds. Will be working to switch all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy in town. read more

I absolutely HATE the service at this location. They ignore the window, and I currently see 3 people and no one is helping me. Not even to say they'll be right with me. So flipping rude. Get better employees. Update* took them 20 full mins to greet me. Another 6 to get my script. read more
