I was running into sallys for same shampoo I did not notice the time that they were closing soon. I notice the they had a 4 for 30 so I proceeded to look at other products one of the associate offer some assistance never once stated that they were closing soon. the other associate that was working the register was helping someone but once she checked her out she walk passed me and proceeded to turn out the lights WOW!!!! How unprofessional!!!! I came in today to the Sally's Beauty store in Loganville and was trying to purchase some products the General Manager was working there today, while I was shopping and needed help she was vulgar and not friendly at all when I was trying to get recommendations. I don't understand, how someone as a General Manager can have such a fowl mouth, she really needs to be suited to a different job if she can't handle her own. Terrible representation of the employees, and she should be fired. I didn't purchase anything from this store, and I won't be back at this location even though it's the nearest location to my home. read more

There employees were not well informed on the policy. Bought a pair of clippers for 89.00 dollars and never used them. Tried to get my money back and they told me all sale was final with them u wasn't not informed of that yesterday when I bought them. Customer service was bad will not be returning. read more

Was waiting for them to open on wed. nov. 6th. my wife needed a new curling iron before leaving town. The girl inside seen us at the door, but had to wait till her watch said 9am. Really it was 9.04am. You would think you would be happy to have customer waiting at door to spend $$. No not her, We purchased the new curling iron, but most likely wont go back. This girl acted as though we disturbed her morning and she sure didn't want to be at work. Customer service sucks!!! If people don't like their job then get one you do like. Or here is an idea, Get some more education and find a better job!!! read more

I just left this location very unsatisfied. I was unable to get a return because I paid cash. They were unable to reimburse me because they do not have cash this early in the morning. Because of this issue, I have to try again later! This is very bad and unprofessional business. read more

Let me preface this story by saying I just recently started bleaching my curly hair, and if you know anything about curly girls... bleach is NOT our friend. So for the past 6-8 months I've been in total distress because my curl pattern was gone, my hair looked like a troll dolls really and I had tried EVERYTHING I could think of but nothing helped so I resorted to the dreaded heat tools. I went into this location for the 4 for $20 sale not expecting much change in my hair but let me tell you... the kind person who helped me out is an angel. I don't even know what their name was but they helped me get my curls back under control AND tame that frizz all with a few new products and a new brush. I had no idea what I was going in there for but believe me when I say I left with the right stuff. I wish I knew their name because that was truly a star employee I believe they told me they're a manager. Best Sally's experience I've ever had 10/10 (all this happened in June or July I believe) they deserve a kiss from the hair gods. read more

I went into the store today because they had the buy one get the second one 50%off. When I approached the register my total was $33.00. I only had $32.00 and a hundred dollar bill. She took the hundred dollar bill look at it, then told me they no longer take them. I asked did they loose customer that way. There was another employee who walk up to the register and told me I would have to purchase more product because they were not the BANK. They don't keep money in the register. I left the store and did not buy anything I was so upset. What happened to good customer service. read more
