I get all my shots there and they are administered competently and painlessly. I have observed their patience and empathy serving an elderly and somewhat confused patient. Of course, behind them is our dysfunctional medical system, so it's expected that they could have a bad day. Anyway, I am a decades-long satisfied customer.

The one individual has shown this behavior before and on a regular basis. In my view he should be placed on a performance improvement plan or fired. Being sensitive to the owners, firing one person does not mean you will get someone better in his place and I really do sympathize. Still this guy's behavior is most likely costing the owner revenue. I will go there and compliment those employees that have been kind and attentive; they need to be recognized. The other, well that's up to management.

Nostalgic, well stocked and well managed. It's the type of place you want to shop at, knowing it's a neighborhood staple and not run by gross money-over-everything stockholder goblins. They have a decent deli, great baked goods, fresh produce year-round, and a pretty solid meat selection. I knocked off a star for the sometimes chaotic parking lot and the limited ethnic food selections.
