I had to pick up my prescriptions at Walgreens last week. The service was okay, they neglected to share that all the prescriptions were not ready while on the telephone and that I would have to come back later. Of course later was about 30 minutes. I asked if we could get all my prescriptions refills be set up for the same time. So, we are working on doing this in the future. read more

The pharmacy has gone downhill in the past three years. Prescriptions are never filled on time. Although we have the same monthly prescription for the past twenty years, Walgreen always pleads 'out of stock' when it is the refill date. Staff is discourteous and act as if they are put out. I am transferring my scripts elsewhere. I have had it. read more

Retail staff and photo service employees are very good. Helpful and friendly. Pharmacy is slow and ignorant.

These dum-dums got my order for a photo album a week before I needed it. They waited when I walked into the store to pick it up to tell me they didn't make it because in some of the pictures the heads were cut-off. When I asked why they didn't call, I got, "oh we did but the number wasn't working.." The ***-***-**57 number I've had for the past 21 years? That number? Let's say Verizon crashed all their lines. Why not email me? Uh,uh... That's the type of LAZY AF work that ruined a Mother's Day gift. Other than Hazel (I think her name is) who works the register and is a rockstar, no one else seems to care much. This place needs management to combat issues caused by the lackadaisical attitude of their employees. Chronically understaffed. Cashier ran out of change- took 10 minutes for the "manager" to come out with change. Cashier rude about it. Parking is also difficult. read more

I went to get COVID-19 testing done. Once I arrived they said they couldn't test me because they did not print out the paperwork prior to their system crashing. I drove 30 minutes to get there and feel that they could have called to let me know. Their alternative was a rapid test for $25 which I did not want and told me to wait ten minutes before circling around to be told it still wasn't up. Staff was inconsiderate. read more

This is for the Clinic. I made an appointment at this clinic. I got there a little early and decided to check my email. They emailed me to let me know that appointment had been cancelled because the clinic had to close unexpectedly. They didn't text...which was what I choose as preferred communication or call. By the time I saw it I couldn't get another appointment anywhere near me and most places were closing in an hour so no longer taking walk-ins when I checked with a few. If the had called at the time that they knew the appointment needed to be changed I could have gotten to a different place in time. Today was my first time at this Walgreens! I purchased some items and also got my passport pictures taken. I think I was greeted at the door by at least two people and everyone there seemed very nice and professional! When I left few people thanked me for the visit and wished me a good day. Now I know those things might sound really small and simple but those are the type of things that make a five star service. read more

The clinician asked my sister who was born with special needs if she had "been in a car accident" because of how she looks. The person had a bedside manner like garbage. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else with a more sensitive staff with a human heart. read more

Recently used the clinic, and the practitioner they have now is fantastic!!! Squeezed me in last minute for a mandated health assessment, and although I'm sure it made him stay late, he was still wonderful and helpful and made sure to explain everything clearly and thoroughly.
