The photo people are always very friendly and QUICK!! Today I went in to pickup an online order and no one was at the photo counter. I ran the bell that was on the counter top he an assistant and two associates showed up to help and they were both "fighting" over who was going to help out. I love that I can checkout at the photo counter too so I don't have to wait in another line. I highly recommend at least for photos!!

So why did we come so often? They have an Amazon locker in the back of the store! It was incredibly convenient. Put in your order number or scan your barcode and the locker door pops open with your package inside. This is a great option when you don't have somewhere good for a delivery. This review is really more for Amazon, but kudos to RiteAid for putting the locker in. The store was very clean and modern looking as well. Seems like it would be a good pharmacy.

They did not have the moderna so asked if I could come back later in the day after 3pm. I went in today and the two women said they do not have deliveries over the weekend so they don't have it available. Very rude !! Wouldn't listen to the voicemail I received just kept saying they wouldn't have gotten it in!! She basically said the girl I talked to on Saturday was not a regular and then she said that they were just filling in ! NOBODY knew what was going on! It's a locally owned business that has been in Phoenixville for decades and outlasted the competition, so it's an easy favorite drugstore.

The pharmacists (Raj & Kate) are extremely helpful and always go out their way to help. The Wellness discount card is also a good incentive to come here. I stopped by today to pick it up and after standing in line to wait for my turn, I was told that it wasn't ready. This is not the first time they sat on a prescription and I only found out there was a problem when I arrived to pick it up. They asked me to wait while they prepared it, which I did. But 15 minutes later the prescription still wasn't ready. Instead, I got a lame excuse for why it still wasn't ready and I asked them to be transferred to another store. After wasting an 1 1/2 hours with CVS Ardmore, i spent another 45 minutes trying to reach the other store to confirm that they actually sent the prescription over and that they have the medication. Good thing I spent that time trying to reach the other pharmacy because Ardmore never sent the prescription them. They are still sitting on it. Their laziness and incompetence. literally interfering with my ability to get my medication. CVS is an abominable company. It would be horrible for any company to operate the way they do but especially considering that they are such a critical part of the healthcare system... supplying medication to people who need it, someone should shut them down. All new staff and everything is going downhill. I was told a prescription would be filled, never was. They never let us know when prescriptions are ready. They stated couldn't look up card on file to pay for my daughters prescription even though mine is on file and her info is under my telephone number.
