Never a smile, no pleasantries and it felt like she didn't want to serve us despite our never having interacted before. The second time was more of the same treatment and the photo was again rejected by the government. Walgreens is hurting these days, I highly suspect its due to customer service issues.

Walked around the store then sat for a while. Checked my phone and had not received a text that my prescription was ready. I went to the counter to check the status and was told that they did not have the medicine in stock. Mind you, an hour and thirty-four minutes had passed. Stopped by this Walgreens and asked Angela, the Pharmacy Technician if they had the medicine in stock. She checked and came back and let me know that it was in stock. She said it would take about an hour. I told her that I was feeling horrible and couldn't wait that long. She asked me to have a seat and said she would take care of me. Not even fifteen minutes passed before Angela called my name. I am truly grateful for my angel of the day. A woman who was kind, caring and empathetic. I had just left Urgent Care with a fever of 103.7, body aches, chills and feeling weak. Tested positive for the flu strain A. Took a pill as soon as I got into my car with some water I had earlier. BUT...watching stockers right next to pharmacy with masks under their noses is upsetting. They are touching stuff that others will touch and breathing their unfiltered breath onto it, and walking around the store like that. Masks don't work if you're not covering your face holes. They also fill your meds, and hold on to them for 2 days because "that's our store policy." If you have a 30 day prescription, they do not count the day you picked it up, and they will not release your meds until the 30th day. It makes NO sense at all. It goes through insurance 2 days earlier, they fill it but Hoard it for 2 full days! Then you have to call them the same day and wait for them to release the meds which doesn't happen until the evening of the 30th day. It's nothing but a hassle!! They also leave you on hold forever, hang up in your face. I Understand being "busy," but what are they getting out of holding someone's prescription that they ALREADY GOT PAID FOR, and waiting to release it. It's just an annoying inconvenience! Not to mention how many times my doctor has called in my scripts and they say "we haven't received it yet." But 2-3 hours later "oh sorry he did call it in." So I end up battling with my doctor for nothing. I wouldn't go here ever again! Losing prescriptions, making you wait. Every month I have to go hell just to get my prescriptions.
