I had had a question which went unanswered. Tonight I went to the feedback site and a credit card was required to verify my identity. Hell no! I phoned very upset and ask to speak to the manager. Her excuse was they weren't covered by my insurance. I said did you think about asking the person I sent in to pick up if they wanted to purchase and that insurance denied coverage? She said no. I said are you the manager, she said yes. I said well, you should act like one. Walgreens should pay for the delivery if those meds to my home for their failure to mention that. She did not agree.
