This store has some great customer service reps at the front and on the floor. The pharmacy can be a mess though. You can get a notification of script being ready, wait in a long line, and finally reach the counter to be told it's still an hour or more. I will admit that some of the customers I've witnessed be extremely rude. I don't believe the customer is always right if they are being rude or unreasonable. At the same time if you're clocked in you should maintain a professional manner about you. Pharmacist can be quite rude adding fuel to the fire. While it can be entertaining at times I've seen some entertaining situations play out for how rarely I go in for a script. read more

This place is so frustrating and so rude. Let's start by that they have a high turnover. Then, their management is rude and abrupt. Not to mention, if you call to ask about a prescription, they tell you to go to the Walgreens AP. If I waited my turn ON HOLD on THE ON THE PHONE, can you help me and act like you enjoy your job? I try to go to this place with a positive attitude, but they are like gum just waiting to get on the bottom of your shoes, and lousy customer service sticks with you. If you do not like your job, please go where you will be happy, you do not have to project your anger and make other people that are utilizing your services and made a more stressful situation more stressful. Ordered a 16x20 canvas print on 9/30 last day to use 40GIFT. Got an email saying the order was cancelled (no reason given), and so if I try to redo the order today, 1/10, coupon doesn't work. The manager working tonight was very dismissive with me and said I had to contact corporate. Didn't care that I had the attached screenshot of my receipt. I worked photo 10 years ago, and it's extremely disheartening that you still do not train your employees. Very sad. I want to give you business, but I'm not paying $90 for a 16x20 and I shouldn't have to. I have no idea who's reading this, but I encourage you to get out and work for a company that actually gives a shit about their customers, because Walgreens doesn't. Why post in the drive thru that the pharmacy is closed during meal breaks and not post the hours are with this sign. If someone is going through the drive thru they didn't intend to get out to go look in a store front window or on the store entrance door. Cars are stacked up waiting. Then you can't leave. Also the hours are not posted in the pharmacy window. If you don't want to have to close your stores and people lose their jobs THINK. There are other pharmacies available. Too bad that the pharmacy is open 24 hr. They don't apparently work 24 hr. Then, they try to pawn it off on Door Dash, like there's just nothing they can do. The pharmacist was not even slightly helpful and just handed the phone over to "Casey". So, if you think you're doing business with Walgreens, they are not accepting responsibility. They are handing off to a third party (Door Dash). Oh, and if you don't get your delivery same day, they just don't care and you CANNOT get your $6 back. I even articulated it back in my angry state to confirm. "I see, you take my $6 for same day, and then screw me over, and your response is sucks to be you - I get it". Her response. Worst experience ever to pick prescription, went through drive through and was told that my spouse prescribed medication would not be ready till midnight it was already 10:30 . So we waited till midnight and went through drive through again and person informed that his prescription would not be ready until most likely until the morning, explained to him that he just had surgery and that we lived an hour and half away, he stated sorry nothing I can do about it, you will have to wait. If you are relying on a prescription to get filled in an appropriate time and manner DO NOT use this pharmacy. I waited for over an hour while waiting in the parking lot for 4 prescriptions for a child that was just diagnosed for RSV and pneumonia. When I pulled around to check on the status of the prescription I was told to "just give me a little more time". I then asked to speak to the pharmacist on hand and was greeted with extreme rudeness when asked what was taking so long and where we were in the process of getting the prescriptions filled and I received no reasonable explanation. He would even offer me an estimated time frame as to when the prescriptions would be done because " there is only one pharmacist on staff at this time" DONT waste your time at this place! read more

Customer service is terrible. Left me on hold anywhere from 10-15 minutes at a time and then I'd hear them physically pick the phone up and then hang it up without saying a word. I just wanted to get a full refill instead of a partial refill so I wouldn't be charged extra even if it meant waiting a few days for the full script to be available. They wanted to give me a 5 day supply of my meds and then have me wait 10 days for the rest, meanwhile I'd be charged for the partial pick up and then charged the full price again when I get the rest, not ok. read more

Eh, it's on the corner of ok and above the ground. This pharmacy is brutal it seems everytime I come here to pick up meds (this one is closer to work) it's a huge hassle and inconvenience but apparently, they're removing a lot of the 24-hour locations. Lucky enough this one is staying open 24 hours a day. If you have to make a stop it's tolerable but otherwise it's good enough to avoid. read more

This location has become the worst Walgreens around. They can not be bothered to answer the phones or to try to help customers. I got a text for an issue with my insurance for a prescription so I called to try to straighten it out because I desperately need my pain meds. I waited for over an hour on hold calling in for the pharmacy to pick up the phone and hang up on me. This is the worst customer service experience I have had. I called the shift manager for the store to ask if they oversee pharmacy and explain the issue, again 15 minutes on hold and the manager won't come to the phone, the young lady said he is standing right here but couldn't take a phone call., Completely ridiculous!! I go to Walgreens often. I get all my vitamins there. If you wait for a buy one get one free sale, which they have often, you can get some good deals. I went today to get some pictures printed out. They are always helpful which is nice for those of us who are technologically challenged. My only complaint today was that the girl was in the middle of printing my pictures when she left to go be a backup cashier. I was standing there waiting and she knew it because I had told her I would just wait. Maybe it's their policy to leave a guest you are helping to go be a cashier but it's not a good one if it is. After checking out several people with more coming up all the time, I got frustrated. I pushed the help button at the picture station. It came over the loud speaker several times but no one else came to help. I felt sorry for the girl and hope I didn't get her in trouble but she should have finished my order before she walked off. All she had to do was put it in the envelope. The pictures were printed. Anyway she finally raced over and got the pictures for me. She was really nice and trying hard to keep everyone happy. The register at the picture area was broken so she walked with me back to the main cash registers and got me checked out. She even found a discount for me. Overall I would recommend this walgreen. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Waiting to get filled was told 20 minutes. After 30 minutes I asked about it and was told they were working on it. No long lines, not busy at all. After 50 minutes my frustration was apparent as I saw her beginning to work on mine as it is a oral rinse and not pills. I left after an hour with no medication. I wish I could give negative stars. Been coming to this pharmacy for years and I have never had a good experience here. Whether it is in person, drive thru, or over the phone. Its like pulling teeth trying to get a refill or even check availability of a script. It's impossible to get in touch with these people. When you call you wait through a line of at least 3 callers to get put on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes just for them to hang up on you. And you can hear them pick up the phone and place you back on hold multiple times while you wait. Then you try to go through the drive-thru just to find a line of cars around the building, at least a 30 minute wait every time. Then you try to go inside, to find an even longer line of people, and if you try to come inside within 15 minutes of closing time they'll close the pharmacy door in your face. You could find better customer service in a fucking grave yard. I have never seen a business so poorly ran and managed. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! read more

I come here often, because my little ones are always getting sick from something, and we get our prescriptions filled at this location. I think this Walgreens is okay. Some of the pharmacy techs aren't very educated in what they are doing, but most are. This specific Walgreens is also always busy. I typically wait at least 30 mins for my prescriptions, and when it's ready I have to wait in a decent line for another 5-10 mins, no exaggeration. It's better to come back for your prescription if you're crunched on time. read more

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Moved to this side of town two months ago and every visit has been a disaster. Called in advance to fill my spouse's blood thinners, told they'd be ready in two hours. When I arrived two hours later they told me that medicine was on back order. A couple weeks later I dropped off a paper prescription for my daughter. I returned the next day to pick it up and not only was it not filled, they had misplaced the written prescription. I had to have it re-written. This most recent visit I called at 10am to confirm they'd received a prescription my Dr transmitted. After 30 minutes on hold they told me it would b ready in a couple hours. My spouse went to pick it up at 12:30 only to b told it wasn't ready. At 5p I called three times before going to the store in attempt to find out if my order was ready. Three times I sat on hold 5-7 minutes only for someone in the pharmacy to just hang up the call. When I arrived in person, I waited patiently in line until 2 different ppl in the pharmacy proceeded to offer help to ppl standing in line BEHIND ME. I demanded service, they asked for my info, only to come back and tell me that my prescription STILL was not ready. There is one very young lady that works in the pharmacy who's very nice and professional but it's so poorly managed that she's drowning in work. read more

I too have experienced First World, White People problems at this location. 10 cars in the drive thru, yes I along with 9 other people were too lazy to get out of the car and go inside. After a long wait, but an appropriate wait time for 10 lazy souls (30min), I dropped off my script and was told it would be several hours to fill. 45 minutes later I got a text, my scripts were ready.! This was a far better experience then any of my experiences I've had at CVS the past 5 years. And it's 24 hours here vs. CVS closing at 9pm mon-sat & 6pm Sundays. It's nice to live in a privileged country, just avoid becoming self righteous and also think how instantaneously you give service at work or home or others in need. read more

I have been going to this WALGREENS ever since it was built at this location and have had good service. However, the pharmacy help can be a little more helpful. I was in there last night and needed something for my daughter. I went to the pharmacy counter and they told me the computer was down and they couldn't help me. They didn't even bother to ask me what I needed. I am old school and service to me is the best way to keep my business. I actually needed something over the counter, so I left and bought elsewhere. I just don't understand the workforce today, they don't have the drive or care to help anyone but themselves. read more

The pharmacist insisted on not filling the prescription while I waged and refused service after threatening to call police instead of working. Often times when I have used this pharmacy in the past to simply pick up a prescription your wait time could be an hour or longer after you had prescription dropped off the previous day. I do not recommend this location, actually I don't recommend Walgreens at all. Unless you are in a bind and it's late at night when all the other pharmacies are closed, if that's the case then you will probably be somewhat satisfied here because the night pharmacist is the only one I have found to be nice and knowledgable. If any other time of day go somewhere else! I recommend finding an independently owned pharmacy, they are much nicer, faster, appreciate your business and don't have company policies on when and how they can fill your RX, unlike Walgreens. Walgreens has company wide policies that will prevent them from filling certain RX more than two days early, regardless of your situation, regardless even when the actual DOCTOR approves it and regardless even when your insurance is ok with it. Oh and the tech will quote that policy as being a State Law even though it actually isn't, nope it's just a Walgreens policy. Go somewhere else and avoid the hassle!! read more
