Their service has been deplorable since I moved to Oklahoma City. I had a wonderful pharmacist and staff in Indianapolis, but I didn't set my expectations to those standards. I don't think it's too high of an expectations to think they'll fill my prescription to be filled in a few hours. Right? A few days, though? That's completely unacceptable. I stopped going to this location well over two years ago, even though it's conveniently located within a mile of my office, so this has been an issue prior to Covid. They can't use that as an excuse. I finally found a location which has a 5 gal water dispenser! I'm solely rating this location on…read morethe fact that they actually have a working water dispenser inside at the front of the store.. The ones that are outside at gas stations haven't been serviced in months and they just don't seem like there sanitary, although I used them before, out of necessity until I realized there were some that they have inside.. (like a couple days ago) lol This is actually my first time using the one indoors, so I was unaware of the process... Apparently you fill your bottles up, and then you go to register 1 to pay.. I really like this set up much better because with the ones outside at the gas stations, prior to going I always had to scrounge for change around the house, or go inside and ask if they could change whatever money I had, so I could use the dispenser.. With this process, I could just swipe my card! I have now found a new spot that seems much more sanitary to refill my 5 gal water bottles for my water dispenser at home...

Obviously, I didn't learn my lesson and I attempted to order photo books again this year. I ordered…read moretwo books. They each had over 200 photos in them. I drove to the store to pick them up and they told me that someone at the store, an employee, had canceled one of my orders ... they never even notified me of this, and I had already paid for it online . One of the photo books was "ready "and I will post a picture of it. It only has 100 out of the 200 pictures in it but they weren't going to change my price. They used 8 1/2 x 11 paper and put it in an 8 x 10 frame so that the edges of the paper were sticking out of the frame and bent. They also left off my cover photo which was supposed to show through the frame in the front of the book. There's so many problems here. First of all whoever made the photo book should've taken a look at their work and said "wow this is crap. I wouldn't dare put my name on something like that." Secondly the associate who handed it to me from the Photoshop should've looked at it and said "wow this is crap. I wouldn't give a customer anything that looked remotely like this. " I called customer service and had them refund me for the book I paid for that the store had canceled and I took my business elsewhere.

I tried to tell him I was on the phone with my insurance and they would call. While the insurance was talking to a woman the man came back up to me and said the numbers were right that I didn't have insurance and I was trying to steal from them. I said the insurance company is calling right now that the phone number is wrong they have the right policy number but wrong insurance company. He accused me of lieing and trying to scam him. I asked several times for him to leave me alone and he kept going. Once the lady got off the phone turned out they had made the mistake but he told me to leave his f ing store. I get mistakes get made but accusing someone of scamming and trying to steal is unacceptable then to not only not apologize for the error but refuse service is appalling. Went to another CVS and they had to update my information in the system then my insurance approved. The people there are rude and unprofessional. Should not even have jobs in customer service if they treat people that way.
