I went to this store to get my Covid booster shot today. I scheduled my appointment online for 11:20am. I arrived on time, then waited in line until ~11:30. The employee then greeted me and asked how she could help me. After arguing with her computer for a few minutes she took my information and my covid vaccination card and then began to cough...a lot. She was wearing a mask, but made no attempt to cover her mouth or turn away. It was uncomfortable. Then I was told to take a seat and the coughing lady went on break. Time passed. I stepped back to the window to ask how long the wait would be since it was now significantly past my 11:20 appointment. The new person called my name and asked for my paperwork (already filled out online). I asked how long the wait would be and was told "I just got here, don't know.) I explained that my appointment was at 11:20. She again communicated that she "just got here". I asked for my vaccination card back, told her I'd just go somewhere else. Also noted that there were prescriptions in bags sitting on the floor that needed to be put in the bins. I'm not sure that's a good practice. The store seems either understaffed or poorly staffed. I'll be going to Cashwise pharmacy from now on. read more

Very friendly. Had important family photos copied there. They did a great job, offered to help so they came out right. Hiring manager has done a very good job of hiring the right people in the photo department and the check out lane. read more

Went to cosmetics yesterday at Walgreens--a very lovely gal helped me choose some products, and told me I could return anything that did not work out. I worked with the products when I got home, some did not work out, so I returned the next day. Cashier today gives me the third degree when I go to return--where's the brush for this? Me--I'm sorry, it must be still my counter, or I lost it--I wasn't aware of a brush that came with it.... I don't use those tiny brushes anyway, I use pro brushes...made me feel like I bought and returned item just to get the stupid little brush out of the compact. Then same item, she says--this looks like it has been used more than once-- Well, yes, I worked many times trying to get the product to work different ways--I think I washed my face about a dozen times trying to make the shadows work--they just didn't work--lots of fall-out and dust in my eyes, just wasn't something I could use.... Then she says, well it is make-up you know. OMG. And, she is looking and looking all over the products like examining them...I suppose to see what else she could nail me with. I sternly reminded her of their return policy on make-up, and told her a lovely gal just told me yesterday returns can be made within 30 days....I hated being treated like some teeny-bopper kid, playing with make up and returning it, and getting the third degree, when it is clearly their policy to return. She puts her arms out with her hands up, and goes, ok, ok....... like back off... Called manager to file a complaint, he was very nice, and said he would take care of it. Giving two stars because after all that they did indeed honor their return policy in the end, and I appreciate the policy, and the manager and original gal who helped me were lovely. But this one, named Siri should be fired for questioning me like she did and treating me like a child--I am 60 years old, and could have been treated with some respect and not given the third degree when after all, their return policy is very clear cut on cosmetics, or as it was explained to me originally--thought I would have no attitude thrown in. Unlikely to purchase there again, as they are overpriced compared to Wal-mart, anway, and no one has ever given me the third degree about returning anything Wal-Mart, or for that matter, Target. They are always nice. Don't feel like going clear across town to shop at Walgreens, then be treated this way. I reiterate I did appreciate manager's response, he was lovely, and the lovely gal who originally helped me. It is also nice that they do have someone in cosmetics to help--Wal-Mart has no such person. It's a shame this cashier ruined that for my future business. read more

Every time I walk in this store I feel violated. Management treats teens like crap as a stereotype because they have bad experiences In general. Employees smoke right by the store and swear at customers. Price is also pretty high. I would recommend if you are In the area you just cross the street and go to HyVee. They treat their customers with respect. read more
