I decided to try this place out to get my nails done. I chose to do a dip with tips. I have done that one time prior, so wasn't sure what to expect. I will not be going there for my nails again. 1 day after getting them done, I am having to pay to have them fixed. The dip is peeling off. For the price you pay, they shouldn't be doing that especially 24 hours after having them done. The salon as a whole feels very welcoming. It's just a cute little place. The overall vibe was great!!! The hair consultant was very condescending. The 1st hour she accused me of not calling before appointment to confirm all I wanted done. I have the phone log that states I did call and consult about the appointments. That is why the times were adjusted. The next hour was about my bad hair Care. I did ask as well to get my hair thinned, never completed. The colors on the bottom of my hair were requested as pink and purple, received only a little purple. Most of my color was washed out because she washed my hair twice with shampoo. After all was completed, she didnt put any calming agents to my hair- as other salons do. I asked her yo clean up the color on my face, her response was use a wash cloth st home The pedicure was ok. One girl fixed my big toe. BUT the other didnt clean around and under my Nails, remove my cuticles nor clean up my pinky toes or healsVery sloppy with nail polish- not covering toe nail completely, lines not straighten or fixed. I went with one of my friends to get acrylic French tips with gel polish done. It was my friends wedding the next day and I was one of her bridesmaids so it was an important nail appointment. When we got there we were taken back right away and they started on my friends nails. I was sitting there waiting for about an hour until the lady who was doing my nails showed up. Nobody let us know she was running late or anything. We got our nails done Friday at 9am and by Saturday (the wedding day) around 6pm one of my nails already fell off. My friend wasn't happy with her nails either. Now it's Monday, so the third day having these nails and most of them look like they're going to fall off shortly, not to mention the French tips are crooked. My bridesmaids dress was burgundy and it dyed the tips kind of pink so that's where the color came from. Overall this was the worst nail appointment I've ever had. For $60 something I was expecting a lot better quality. I'd never recommend this place or go back again. read more

This is the worst salon I have ever been to! I will never go back! I asked for a full foil (low lights and highlights) and a haircut. I was charged an extra $30 for extra color and my best friends couldn't even tell I had color. She barely did any foils. My bangs had a big chunk of dark that made me look bald. I asked her to fix it and she actually cut it off. As you can see in the picture I couldn't even wet my bangs down to make them lie flat. My hubby called in to complain and the manager said I could come in for a fix. I asked for my money back but they just wanted to fix it. She and I quote actually told me, "Some people like their bangs like that." She redid the dark and tried to tone the blond. I found out later that you can only tone if it's bleached. It doesn't work with highlights. As a manager she should have known that!!! I had to stay an extra couple hours for her to re-do the blond highlights. It wasn't the right color but at this point I just wanted to go home! I feel I should have 100 percent been given a refund especially for the $30 extra charge. I have a picture of the amount of foils the first stylist used. There should have never been an extra fee. I feel I was robbed . This was very stressful and definitely not a spa experience!!!! read more

Took my daughter to get her first professional haircut, we were treated very rudely because we were a few minutes late than kept waiting taking up our time and they won't even give her a wash with the cut cause of all the time they kept us waiting so my daughter didn't get her hair cut. Just went to this spa today and had a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was very clean and relaxing. The staff were very professional and friendly. Pure relaxation happens here. Their staff is professional, friendly, and well trained. I have never had an even ok experience here. They have all been excellent. Went in to get highlights to cover up my gray hairs, a haircut and eyebrow wax. Stylist by the name of Gwen was very nice but that turned very quickly. She had "finished" with my highlights and you could see she had not touched the gray. I had stated that I was concerned about the gray and how I could still see it. Stylist stated that's what you wanted....um no I didn't. After arguing with me and after she had stated luckily for me she has room for me before her next client, then stating for future reference you may want to be more specific.....she left to mix some more dye, I was so upset, in tears, I didn't want her touching my hair after that. I left. I then get a call from the owner and she leaves a message.....Hi Natasha, according to our cameras you decided to leave the salon without paying. We want you to know that we charged your credit card in the amount of $84 and we filed a police report. If you have any questions give us a call. WOW! SERIOUSLY?! I called the owner back and explained the same story you see here in regards to the stylist. The owner then proceed to say that I had to look at it from her point of view, that it looked like I had decided that I just didn't want to pay. I explained to her I had left and still had gray hair, and never even got a haircut. It's very unfortunate that the owner was so unprofessional about this and was not interested in anything I had to say. I guess I'm now considered the HAIR BANDIT!
