This pharmacy would be my least recommended of any in the Pell City area. I used Walgreens in Chelsea and Hoover when I lived there and they were really good. This specific location is horrible. I dropped off a prescription at just before 1 in the afternoon. I was told by the tech that it would be 2:30 before I could pick it up. That, in itself is ridiculous, but I was very specific that I would have to drive back a half hour to pick it up and would it be done at 2:30. Treating me like I was stupid for asking, she said, like I said, it will be ready. Guess what. I get there at 2:35 and the tech there at the time says, "not ready, give us 20-25 minutes". Pharmacy personnel very rude, customer no service. Prescriptions not ready when promised.

Pharmacy SUCKS!!! I have been trying to get prescriptions for almost 3 years, they CANNOT ANSWER THE PHONE, THEY CANNOT GET UR PRESCRIPTIONS CORRECT WITHOUT AN ACT OF CONGRESS!!!! Today - after trying unsuccessfully to get my scripts delivered, had to pick up. Go through driveway, go to my second place in Pell City, had few minutes so open bags. I had 2 of the 3 prescriptions I was to get. The THIRD WAS A SCRIPT THAT ME & MY DOCTOR CANCELLED 5 DAYS AGO! Not my BLOOD PREASURE MEDICINE! I am out. Called and Daniel & Phamacist argued I had said medicine. So had to miss appt, go back to Pharmacy as they would close at 6pm. When get there, yes I am mad, yes I throw the stuff on counter, yes I had every right to be mad. Pharmacist said "know I am not going to help u if u stay mad" -Really! I said " REALLY, if u will look this is not my Blood Preasure medicine, where is my BLOOD PREASURE MEDICINE!" Yes I said loudly. He puts bag down, "if u r going to be this way I am not helping u". I said "maybe I need to leave and transfer everything to Walmart". He pushed bag to me & said "that would be lovely". REALLY - I left, I have called 800 Walgreens, I have transferred all my meds, let us see if UPPER MANAGEMENT CALLS. I will not talk to anyone of the so called "managers" that just make excuses & side with there pharmacist. I will never set foot in that store or do any business with them. I will pay more & go to Walmart. Closer, friendly, professional people there. Walgreens pitiful read more

Worst pharmacy staff ever. They don't ask you if you want your prescription held for a little longer before they put it back on the shelf as well as just being rude to everyone read more

Went to pick up my meds after they told my husband it would be ready in two days and we'll it wasn't and the pharmacist was rude with me and was saying I was lying about it.and they were trying to make me pay out of pocket last time I picked up my meds even tho my insurance pays for it. Come on people you need to do your jobs and stop ripping people off. The pharmacist was trying to get me to move em somewhere else. read more
