They've stayed open a little late to help us out. They offer comparisons between items when one item is not available from the manufacturer due to shortages and suggest alternatives. Their prices on medications are better than anyone else around. They give you information on the costs if the drug will be more expensive than expected. They've always been helpful and friendly. They were patient with my questions and even though I wasn't even their customer (yet), they treated me like I was a valued customer. The location is on 31. I'm new to the area and learning the highways (as well as adjusting to the traffic! ), but found it easily. I will say, the driveway to pull into the front of the store is narrow and easy to pass. I ended up in the second, larger driveway and had to circle back. The storefront also doesn't look like a typical pharmacy. It looks more like a set of offices. Besides the one row of parking in front of the building, there is also a small deck to park in. (See photo) The store is super organized (which was SO pleasing to this gal!) as well as clean. They had antique items about the store that I loved as well. Like the old horoscope/weight machine! Seeing that really took me back! So much nostalgia. The staff are amazing. Julie helped me at the pick up window. When I asked for a special request, she didn't huff or act annoyed like some will do, but instead said she'd be happy to see what she could do. As I waited, I spoke briefly with a sweet lady off to the side of the pick up window. I didn't catch her name but I believe it might start with a Z? Either way, super nice employees there! I also got to witness how they interacted with a disabled gentleman that came in and needed a bit more time and attention. They gave him the time, kindness, patience and dignity he deserved. I was able to save money by purchasing my medication here. I really appreciated that aspect! I am thoroughly I impressed with this pharmacy! I highly recommend it. I was afraid with it having a 1-800 number that it was some far off pharmacy trying to act like they were local (scan vibes), so I was pleasantly surprised to see they're very legit and also fabulous to boot!

Went to urgent care signed in at 945am last was real nice and said it 1hr 30 minutes wait I asked if I could stay in my car she said no that I have to wait in waiting room. Not fans of that due to Covid but okay I will wait. On the hour mark they called me but all they wanted was payment then for me to sit back down and wait for my name to be called again. At about 2hr mark they called me back got weight, blood pressure, height and put something on my figure unsure what it does maybe temperature. Got put in a a room and waited and seen doc he was quick but from first entering and signing in to exiting building it was roughly 2 1/2 hours. It was very cold aleast to me and sitting in the cold for 2 hours made it rough on me. I had to get in my car and put heater one to warm back up. These was in August. So if you need Urgent care for here remo not a speedy place. And bring a jacket.

Since switching to University Compounding, I have not been able to absorb my medication, and have called pharmacies around the country with no luck of finding a bioidentical, time released formula (for a specific time like 12 hours). If anyone has info on alternative pharmacies, please let me know. It is getting to the point of desperation! Thanks! Update: I switched prescribers again to Holtorf Medical in El Segundo, CA in order to get my compounded medicines from their dispensary. I originally saw them years ago and they diagnosed my thyroid condition and put me on a bioidentical T3 formula which significantly improved my well being. They're a cash only practice and charge mega $$ per appt, but I find their standard of care well worth it. I believe that they will work with patients remotely as well.

This time around I placed an order online A WEEK AGO and I don't receive it, I call and leave messages, I send emails, and they finally call back after three days and tell me they had no phone, Internet, or fax for over a week. Who does business like this? But yet when you call, the voicemail system was working. There was just nobody there to get the messages. If there were some other company who could compound what I needed, I would do business with the new place in a second!
