But what I really LOVE about this place is the Sausage, Egg and Cheese biscuits!!! They have, hands down, the best gas station biscuits in the area and believe me I've tried them all!!! We were excited the first time we stopped and found the kiosk and a lovely young lady was getting ice cream and showed us how to use the kiosk to order items. We ordered ice cream on our first trip and rolled back through later returning home and ordered a breakfast pizza since they're open 24/7. Both were delicious! QT's prices are always low which includes the gas, snacks, sandwiches, and drinks. The restrooms are always clean unless there's a shift change issue I've encountered once. I guess QT's standards would be the equivalent of Chick-fil-A's in my opinion!

This was the third abysmal QT failure in the same day. Most of the pumps were bagged and not operational. The whole store was filthy, especially the bathrooms. There were no paper towels or napkins anywhere. There was no hot food available, not even on the rollers. Cooler doors were standing open. There was NO ICE, but the soda fountain wasn't working either. Loud alarm blaring in the store that the employees were oblivious to. Only one checker working, everyone else was huddled up in the back looking at cell phones.

This is one of those quintessential "hole in the wall" places. Don't go looking for five star cuisine and there is literally NO place to sit down to eat but they have a deli counter and make some of the best food around here. My sandwich of choice is a Cajun chicken sandwich which is a hot chicken fillet on jalapeño bread with lettuce, mayo, cheese, pickles, and jalapeños. My my. A bag of chips and a fountain drink makes a meal fit for the gods! The turkey and swiss is great and of course they make many other sandwiches but all of the basic variety. You might think buying a bag of chips would be less than desirable, however just realize you have a lot more variety in what you get and they will be fresh being just opened by you! The styrofoam cups are generous and no sweating in your cup holders or on your desk. The soft drinks are heavy on the syrup so you get great flavor and the ice is the soft ice you can crunch really well. There also is a fried chicken counter where you can get fresh corn dogs (yum), chicken and potato logs. If you need the odd bar of soap, gallon of milk, or pack of chewing gum, they've got that, too!
