The pharmacy is not responsive. A prescription was submitted twice with no response. I called multiple times and after waiting on hold the line picks up and then they place me on hold again. This is my 4th attempt and have been on hold now for 17 minutes. There should be a better system than this. read more

For over 9 years this Walgreens Pharmacy has been my go-to Pharmacy for all my prescription, over the counter, my wife's cosmetics and many loose end needs. Except for maybe a handful of less than adequate experiences, considering no retailer is infallible, I have been very, very happy with the service, attention, cleanliness, demeanor, assortments and odds and ends needs one uses a pharmacy for. I give the kudos to the counter help with their service-oriented abilities, but most of all, the very qualified, sincere, nice and knowledgeable pharmacy staff with their extreme patience and helpfulness to everyone I've seen them serve, including me! I checked in for a pre-scheduled vaccine appointment using the QR code at the pharmacy counter. They proceeded to ignore me and help other customers in the pharmacy line. I had to stand in line again and wait to speak to someone after several people that had gotten there after me had been helped. Then the pharmacist peppered me with questions about my health and underlying conditions despite me handing her a prescription for the COVID vaccine that was written by my PCP. If my doctor has prescribed me something, it's not a pharmacist's job to question whether or not I qualify. They also tried to charge me $100 for a flu shot and didn't ask for my insurance card until I asked them why it would be such a charge for a flu vaccine. Walgreens and CVS are two sides to the same coin, and I'll keep trying to avoid both to the extent that I can. read more

Pharmacy pick up is so slow. They talk slow, walk slow and clearly trying to make customers not come back!!!! Doesn't matter if you're in drive thru or in store! Do yourself a favor and use CVS! read more

This pharmacy has become garbage over the last 4 months, they are understaffed and the first few months I understood but instead of regaining staff and giving the customer what we deserve, good customer service but instead 4 months in a row of mistakes. I called 3/18/2022 11:04am and spoke with someone who is not only miseducated on her job but she was highly trained in being rude. I am transferring my prescriptions elsewhere and I highly suggest you do if you don't like being "toyed with" over prescriptions I've been filling for 20 years. read more

I placed an online order and was told it would be 30 mins. Then I received a message saying it was delayed. Another 30 minutes later I walk into an empty store and I find what I ordered on the shelf. I grabbed it myself and took it to the front. They then told me to take it to photo where they just checked something on their phone said I was good and laughed when I turned around to walk out. What's the point of curbside pickup if I'm still going to have to go inside and do it all myself. read more

It states pharmacy closes at 10pm every time I have showed up at 4:30 pm it's closed . This is bs people plan their day if the online schedule says 10pm stay open . Or send a text to everyone that pharmacy is closing early again . This store has become a joke ! I will be transferring my meds to a different store this has happened 3x . We needed cash to pay for the Mystery Castle up the road. I knew Walgreens would have an ATM, or I could get cash back without a fee (or rather...at least when you buy something to get cash back, you *get* something for the fee...) Except...the ATM was broken anyway. And you can only get $20 back in cash back at a time. I needed at least $30. So I had to make 2 separate purchases to get the cash I needed. I stopped in this location for just a few critical items and received a warm greeting upon entering the store, which was nice. I wandered around the store finding what I needed and in deep thought so appreciated not being hounded with multiple people asking if I needed help. When I proceeded to the counter, the nice young woman that greeted me was efficient and pleasant while ringing up my merchandise. They have apple pay, which I personally appreciate as well. The store was clean and well stocked with everything you'd expect at a Walgreens. No complaints here. read more

Where do I begin? The overall customer service is like trying to interact with a rival gang. Customers are treated like the enemy. One feels like thier actual safety is in jeopardy if he or she has a question. Thats over the whole store-every section. The pharmacy is advertised to close at 10pm, however-yet again it is closed before 5pm. EVERY pharmacy employee is condescending and apathetic to the Customers need. If you don't like dealing with people that need medication then don't get a job in an industry that distributes medication. I hope the the corporate offices in Colorado monitor Yelp and or the online comments/complaint submissions. They are open to litigation for false advertising for losing at thier leisure instead of the advertised time. I WISH I HAD THE RESOURCES TO BRING A LAWSUIT AGAINST WALGREENS AS I AM LIVID. read more

Extremely poor service from Walgreens pharmacy. If I could give this location a zero, I would! I picked up some medicine for my Husband and wanted clarity on the dosage instructions....we were on hold for 35 minutes! Each time it rung it went straight to hold again. This is the poorest customer experience of any pharmacy I've ever had! As a native of South Mountain Walgreens has always been my go-to place but these new workers seem to not give a fuck about anything. Recently the card reader wasn't working when I went to go pay for my items and I handed the car to the cashier just asking her to input it manually and she told me that she couldn't. So I proceeded to listen to her which was dumb I'm pretty certain I've got 20 years on her but I listened to her and continue to swipe my card holding up the line and just looking like a fucking dumbass I really don't understand why she was unwilling to take the card and input the number so I can complete my transaction. They do have the machine for the chip however the card that I had was pre chip and it was magnetic swipe only. All I can hope is that that cashier stops working there and gets her life together. read more

I went to Walgreens today to use my OTC disability benefits card. I take a lot of meds. So half way through my shopping, I had to urinate. I'm on diuretics and usually only go where restrooms are available. You need a code to get into the restroom. I wait by the bathroom and my daughter takes the basket and asked a lady (Chelsea) for assistance. So not like we are gonna steal anything. My daughter continues shopping and goes to pay at the cash register. I'm still waiting by the bathroom, so I go to see why somebody hasn't let me in or gave me a code. The lady does not acknowledge me until I asked who my daughter asked for assistance and my daughter says the cashier(Chelsea) Chelsea then rudely says she could call somebody but they're busy, so she doesn't know if they'll be able too! Again the bathroom takes a code! There was one other customer there. Busy? Oh and don't let me forget there was a guy walking around the store with a cane and she called assistance to make sure that he didn't steal the cane so there was assistance to watch him but not to let me into the bathroom, so I left. I did spend 170.00 there and will never go there again! Nobody deserves to be treated so badly. Is it that hard to be nice? read more

This pharmacy has great service. I moved and unfortunately have been using a different pharmacy (that is horrible) and realized how good I had it at this location! They are fast even at peak hours and they do their job well. And even beyond that they are kind and helpful, and in this day when people actually remember your name it's nice to feel that care especially when related to your health. It is really ridiculous how imcompetent your employees are sometimes. I was trying to fill my prescription at 8:30 the employee in the pharmacy continues to tell Me over and over my coverage is terminated, she won't compare my united health care card to what I have on file EVEN THOUGH I TELL HER I HAD INSURANCE THROUGH MY PARENTS AND MY EMPLOYER YOURE LOOKING AT MY PARENTS! I spend 45 minutes looking for some stupid ID number through CVS, which I've always had on file and I finally get it and the other girl obviously smarter than the first idiot who helped me finds it in 3 minutes! Train your employees to listen to the customer once in awhile. I understand the customer is not usually right but I know what the hell im talking about when it comes to my insurance! I needed this medication ASAP. On top of her being an idiot she had a bad attitude!
