I use to love Walgreens. It was my go to cosmetics and photo place. Not anymore. Their rewards program leaves much to be desired. It never adds up to anything. Nothing compared to CVS. They always misplace my photo orders which is annoying because I always and I mean always have to wait forever at the counter waiting for someone to come over to help me. The cosmetics lady is really sweet though. She always goes through a box of coupons trying to get me a discount. Kudos to her. This a clean and organized store. But if you offer a rewards program make it worth my wild to continue to come back. 1/28/2017 Truly is annoying that you always have to wait for an employee at the Photo Booth. There is no convenience and having to wait five minutes or more for an employee to come grab your pictures and ring you up. It never fails. Then only to have another item that you are purchasing ring up incorrectly. So you have to go back in and wait some more, so you can get a return handled. The whole rack of leggings are right by the register with orange tags plastered all over it. You would think the products by the register would be in the system correctly. read more

The worst pharmacy ever to work with. The only reason I still come here is to get prescriptions occasionally when my regular Walgreens pharmacy is closed. Anytime I come here there is always someone new working who doesn't know what they are doing. I am a former Walgreens employee and I know how the pharmacy runs and this store always manages to mess something up on my scripts or they flat out lie! I know how the fill process works... you don't have to lie to me and tell me you can't do something when I clearly have done it numerous times for my patients. Thank god I never worked here with any of these illiterate people. Sucks that this is the only somewhat 24 hour pharmacy near me (store is 24 hours but pharmacy is open later than regular stores but not the full 24 hours). read more

Lost my prescription somehow and I had to come back at a later time bc they didn't have it in stock either

Worst pharmacy EVER! I had to fill a prescription there and not only once but twice they did not have in stock the brand that my doctor prescribed. It took them several days to connect with my doctor for a different brand and then once they did they still did not fill the prescription. I had to visit the pharmacy three times before I got the prescription finally on the day they actually had it in stock it still was not even ready!!! Thank god this was not a life or death pill I had to take. Don't trust this pharmacy or you could end up dead! read more

The pharmacy is 24 hours and generally always busy. I haven't had the best experiences there, but whenever I go it looks like they're understaffed by at least 1-2 people. The last time I was there, the girl behind the counter told me she "doesn't usually work back here." Oh... comforting. Most incompetent staff and company I've ever used in my life, every month there's a new 12 year old working the pharmacy counter so I tell them when I drop it off to bill it to my insurance and the last four times I've done this I go back two hours later for them to tell me my insurance won't cover it so I tell them check again and have to go back two hours later again to get it finally with insurance covering everything, this has happened the last 4 times I've been there So I sign up for text messaging alerts after an in depth talk with the pharmacist about this problem so they text me telling me it's filled and ready for pickup, so I go in and they tell me your insurance doesn't cover this. I have no options because I don't have a car and this is the only Pharmacy near me for miles. read more

I like cvs but they take too long. Store was clean and customer service was ok. This location was better than most my only problem was too many people to service when picking up your prescriptions and not enough employees to service them all. read more

Stan N which is the pharmacist is the absolute truth. He will surprise you because I have my family with who is from Russia and he started speaking to them in Russian and my other buddy in Ukraine it was amazing i was very impressed. I went and had some issues with my hands he took time out of his day walk me over to the aisle that had the cream that I needed also showed me a few other very good ideas to help me with some dry hand conditions he will do whatever it takes to make sure that you get the right product you get the best price on it he shows you the higher price the lower price with and explanation of the difference between both. You cant really can ask for anything better he treats you really just like as if you were to see a doctor but you here over at Walgreens thank you very much for your service I really appreciate it and I'm sure everyone else does too. This would have been a five star review because this lab is open nights and weekends and the woman that took my blood was so good, in her skills and also her customer service. But they must have entered my email address in their system incorrectly because I can't get my results! The app says to contact them by email, which I did, with all of the information they need to make a correction and they didn't correct it. So now I still have to go through my Dr office for results which defeats the purpose of the app.... read more

I didnt even want to give 1 star! I will no longer take prescriptions there. Medicine for my son with ADD, 7 freakin' trips to get 2 bottles of medicine. I even took the time to contact there corporate headquarters in Illinois! I have 0 confidence in them. read more

They wouldn't let us purchase a bottle of cold medicine, despite showing him that we were well over the legal age. He said, and I quote, "you can only buy those in your 40s".. Wait, what?! He wasn't joking either, and we ended up having to go to Albertsons nearby to purchase it. Other than that, there's a woman at the cosmetic counter who is amazing, and always has coupons for me to use. read more

Lifeless and unprofessional staff. Would have left if I didn't need my prescription so badly. They're the only 24 hour pharmacy I know of in the area so it's the second time I've had to use them. Both times were sub par. Not that I'm expecting some magical experience- just some eye contact and communication skills would have been nice. read more

I go to several different Walgreens because I enjoy couponing. I always get different looks from the cashiers so I try not to go to the same one too often. ( I'm a Walgreens addict what can I say). So I drove to this particular one, since I've only been a few times. There was many complications with using my coupons ( which is very usual in my given situation). The poor cashier had to input my purchase a few times and did his very best to try to solve the issue. He was the first cashier to ever make me feel like I was not burdening him by having a complicated order. He actually apologized to me for not knowing how to solve the issue. I wish I remembered his name I'll go back and update it. Also, the manager Rick here is absolutely a delight. He helped his employees out when the line got super long behind me which happened a few times. He had an upbeat and positive attitude the entire time. We couldn't get a specific coupon to work and usually I would be frustrated and the employees would get frustrated so I would just put the item back and be on my way. Well not today! Rick made sure that I left the store with a smile on my face. In all the stores in the valley I've never been to one where team work was the top priority. Thank you guys for making me feel comfortable and for being my newest go-to location. read more

The pharmacy at this location was by far the most disappointing. The first pharmacy employee who answered the phone was quite helpful, polite, and said she would fax over my information to my doctor for a refill then offered to let me speak to the pharmacist for additional guidance on what else I could do until I got my refill due to it being after hours until my doctor's office opened the following morning. When the pharmacist came on the line she was clueless to my situation (lack of communication on their end) and said there was nothing I could do without the antibiotic. I then told her "so you're telling me drinking water and cranberry juice won't help " (which I knew it does but I was testing her knowledge) and then agreed and said "yes you can drink that and it will help" which is what she should've originally told me. My personal health concern is as small as the common cold. I was taken back from her lack of knowledge and me having to be the one to educate her. Moving forward I will not be using Walgreens pharmacy any longer and will take any future prescriptios to CVS. read more
