This is the most incompetent group of people I have ever had the inconvenience of working with avoid this pharmacy at all costs!! I am going back to CVS as soon as I move next week. I don't usually post negative reviews unless I'm genuinely trying to prevent other people from having to deal with something like this. I will just leave a quick bullet point list of why this place sucks. *randomly closed when they should be open *they have a drive through to pick up prescriptions but literally act like it doesnt exist. You will wait forever foe them to acknowledge you. *inside is slightly better but even then they are rude and ignore you for a long time. One girl was just staring at her phone ignoring the line‍ *they take FOREVER to fill a prescription. My son was prescribed antibiotic eye drops on friday afternoon and the pharmacy is supposed to be open saturdays and sundays but both days i called to check on it and they are closed I have a lot of patience and will give places a lot of chances. But after a year or two of them being bad I just give up. Bad management, under staffed, and some of the staff they do have just straight up ignore you. Go somewhere else. read more

This Walgreens is really awful very little in stock and its just off- BUT that isn't why I'm here. I am here to say that Anthony is doing a great job. I was just there and in the process he was being yelled at because the pharmacy was not open. Well that truly had nothing to do with him- But he took it and helped them with how to move forward to get their meds. Now, it was my turn to check out. And right from behind me, yes behind me- comes what they call a boomer or maybe a Karen to some. Just walks right up to Anthony and starts telling him orders and things she cant find and blah blah- Well ANTHONY said "well, I would be happy to help you with that but she is next - so im going to take her next" now this is service. The way I'd not be here to write this review if looks could take lives. Well I checked out thanked ANTHONY and went on my merry way. Im so sick of Karen and Boomers thinking they can do and say what they want at all times and we all just have to take it. So frustrated at this Pharmacy!!! SEVERAL times now I would get a message saying my mother's meds are ready for pick up and then I go there and I get a sign that says they are temporarily closed! WTH??? This time my mother has gone over a week without her cardiac medication because even when I call another Walgreens they don't have it in stock I am DEFINITELY switching all my mother's medications to another pharmacy NOT Walgreens because they cannot fill her meds when she needs them and continue to "close" conveniently. read more

Zero stars! The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Closed all the time for unacceptable reasons. Open for random couple of hours a day and closed! If the pharmacist calls out- closed! Drive through constantly closed due to a staff shortage.WTF! Went to urgent care with my very ill mother, they sent a prescription and called them to make sure they get it ready by the time we get there. Guess what? 10minutes after the UC call- they closed! I am transferring mom's prescriptions to Fry's pharmacy which I've done for myself a while ago. And the customer service is terrible. several times I get text that the medications are ready, I go to pick up, but there is a sign they are temporarily closed. No wonder why they're closing numerous of Walgreens stores across the country. read more

Everyone here is so unprofessional. Calling from a PROVIDERS office to call in a prescription for one of our patients. They had me on hold for an hour and when they finally picked up they told me to leave a message because they "did not have the time". Incredibly rude, and we also prefer to talk to the pharmacist because when we do leave a message sometimes it does not get filled. read more

Do not come here for prescriptions. They will give you the run around, saying prescriptions are ready, you get there and they are not, multiple times. Weeks of delay in getting medications. Their incompetence will also cost you money. They told me my coupon wasn't working that would save me hundreds of dollars, I asked them to do it again as it worked last month, they put the numbers in wrong. Now I show up and it's again not ready and they messed something up with insurance. This pharmacy shouldn't be open, honestly. read more

This location is the worst pharmacy ever. Todays medication adventure started started on Tuesday when I placed my order. The on-line ordering said that it would be ready by 12:30 on Thursday. But surprise, they now say that it is out of stock and will let me know when it is back in stock. I wish that I could say that this is the first time this has happened, but it has become the standard. The last THREE times that I have ordered this drug, the exact thing has happened. Typically it has taken between 7 to as much as 14 days to get medications. These delays have caused my doctor and BCBS to question why I am not taking my prescription. BCBS had stopped filling this and my provider had to jump through hoops to get it started again. And then there are the many times that no Pharmacist was available so they were closed. In speaking to friends, I heard to same story about other Walgreens. Currently I have been on hold for 27 minutes and counting. And now someone just picked up the phone and hung up on me. I called again immediately and I'm on hold again. And now they just randomly hung up on me AGAIN after wasting another 14 minutes of my time. read more

Absolutely terrible. I have stopped to pick up my medicine 5 times already and it was not ready any single time I went. I don't know if the pharmacists aren't communicating, because they've asked for my insurance like 3 times out of the five I went. I was told my medicine would be ready today (1/29/24) and I go to pick it up and it's not ready. The pharmacist then asked me about my insurance which I told her I just updated it yesterday (1/28/24). I don't understand the lag that's going on in the pharmacy department of Walgreens but it's terrible. I am beyond disappointed that I've wasted gas and time trying to pick up my medicine. read more

Pharmacy staff are friendly but make sure you are only car in line otherwise it could take up to 30 minutes to pick up your prescription.

Service has gone to hell here. I've never had so many issues getting prescriptions in a timely manner. The new people they've hired are also incredibly rude. The manager, Kent is no help at all. Shame, they used to be really great here. read more

Popped into this location for a water, some candies, and a few cards that I've been meaning to send to friends for some time now (oops!). The card section was neat and organized, making it easy to find the types of cards I was looking to send. On the whole the store was clean and nice. Cashier was friendly and the line moved quickly. I was looking at the graphs which showed I give more positives in my reviews than negatives. Granted, I admit I would always rather be positive than negative. Still, I like to be able to be clear with my self about my reviews and the standards I use for how many stars I give. With this Walgreens, I can give four stars and know why. First of all, my review does not include in anyway the pharmacy, just the rest of the store. Yes, there is one employee who is devoid of any personality. The rest of the employees I have encountered have been a fairly nice group of people who help me find what I am looking for. Things are fairly organized so stuff isn't to hard to find. No, not a corner of Heaven but a nice place to go in. I especially want to compliment the Assistant Manager whose name I can't recall. I wanted to buy quite few of a Walgreens generic product to save money. When I asked when there'd be more, this gentleman took the time to ask me how much I needed and why. He offered to double the next order so There'd be the quantity I wanted the next Tuesday, a rather nice touch for a customer he didn't know. Not that I am a doubting Thomas, but when I went in the following Tuesday, I didn't know what to expect. He followed through! Another plus is this store is easy to get in and out of. How can the first experience from earlier today be fantastic with the lady at the photo lab helping me so much with restoring an old photo. And four hours later it be so miserable. How can you send me an email that my photo order is complete and when I get there at 9 o'clock at night to pick it up you tell me that you're behind because somebody else put in a 700 picture order. Do not go here for a Covid test. I made an appointment and arrived 5 minutes early, as instructed. I have a cold and needed a covid test from my employer. When I arrived, I gave them my name (which they had wrong in the system) and gave them my birthdate. After going through the formalities of the test they confirmed my birthdate one more time and it was wrong. They canceled my appointment right then and there and told me I could make an appointment for the next day. I made another appointment and then called asking to confirm my information. I was told they couldn't confirm anything until I showed up the next day for my appointment. When I asked them if I would be turned away again for an easily correctable error, I was told it was not their problem. After that I was went up Tatum Blvd to Nextcare and was able to walk in and get a rapid test within 15 minutes. read more

The staff is always super friendly and the store is always nice and clean. I even had a situation over Christmas where I was looking for a certain Christmas display and it was sold out everywhere I went. I made the trip back to the store to pick up the floor model and the manager sought me out in the store to let me know someone just returned an unopened one that he hadn't even out back out on the floor yet. Been using this pharmacy for 15 years. Always friendly and on top of it. Wait isn't ever bad. They help me save money with coupons, how they interact with insurance, and figuring out sometimes the name brand is cheaper than generic. They gave me a discount on a $1600 prescription for about half, but it ended up completing my insurance deductible like it went through for the full $1600! They even give partial prescriptions if they don't have all the pills to start the medicine ASAP which really helps me. Good communication on delays and when a prescription is ready. Pharmacist knowledgeable and friendly. Store is nice and clean with friendly people while you wait. Drive thru COVID test was free, fast, and easy with turn around in 24 hours. read more

We have been going to this Walgreens since it opened. Everyone is very friendly. We love the Pharmacy staff.

When I first walked in I was greeted with a hot mess of unorganized merchandise, but proceeded to enter the store without injury. I walked by the beauty section and wasn't a fan of the layout, but the lady behind the counter was friendly enough to flash a smile. The store in general seems smaller than other Walgreens and yet still the organization of items lacks. There was one cashier at checkout and she was nice and patient, however, the other customers in line were not. This Walgreens worked for my quick fix, but is not anything special. read more

We've been coming here for over 8 years, our favorite pharmacist is Brandon. He's incredibly knowledgable, friendly and gets to know his customers well. He's noted a few times potential drug allergies or drug interactions between different medications and refused to fill them (thank goodness, as he was correct). His follow through with contacting insurance/doctors, etc. is top notch. We mostly only come to this pharmacy because of him. I love their pharmacy service! Their employees are top notch and always helpful and friendly. I had recently come in with an important prescription that had been delayed by the wonderful folks at NextCare Urgent Care Tatum for 2 days. Even though they were barely opened on a Sunday morning, the pharmacist quickly filled it and sent me on my way. The pharmacy can be super-busy so sometimes you have to pick your spots like don't expect to get out of there quickly after getting off work on a weekday evening. The cashiers at the main counter are always friendly and everyone working in the store always greets me. This is my go-to pharmacy in the neighborhood. read more

Cashier handed me 1 full bag, got home and 1/2 of the items ( small items) were not in bag. Returned to store, advised 1/2 of what I paid for is not in the bag. Cashier turned around and gave me a 2nd bag with the few really small items in it- no apology. I advised her appropriate customer service would be to apologize. She refused. I explained it is her job to make sure all bags are visible, on counter, hand them to customer and if she sees someone leaving w/out one of the bags they have paid for -- to say something. She didn't say anything or come after me and I had to make a 2nd trip to Walgreens to get what I paid for. I gave her another chance to apologize- she would not. I will not return. This is a simple job, very easy to make sure customers receive all items. Also- 2nd bag wasn't even necessary as all these small items would have fit into the initial bag. This location's pharmacy must have changed some of their employees because I used to always have a great experience but recently I've had nothing but trouble dealing with this pharmacy, namely with a new older Indian pharmacy tech/assistant, she has no idea what she is doing and doesn't go above and beyond in any way, I had an infection in my gums last week and she was turning my script away and wouldn't make one simple phone call to my dentist so I went to a different walgreens and not only was their customer service light years better, but they called my dentist AND my insurance company and straightened everything out so that I could have pain relief. Today I got my wisdom teeth out and I sent my boyfriend to fill my script and I was prescribed a medication I've had filled at this Walgreens before with ZERO problems and today when he went to pick it up, this same woman charged my boyfriend a co pay when my insurance never has a co pay for any of my prescriptions. I'm sure if she had made just one phone call or adjustment I could have saved the money on the co pay but now I'm feeling like my boyfriend got taken advantage of.
