This is one of the worse Walgreens. The pharmacy employees are incompetent. It's sad that they are being paid to give such poor service.

Went for COVID Testing, the lady operating the pharmacy was extremely short and extremely rude expecting me to get out of my vehicle to show her my email confirming my appointment. There were no signs telling you where testing is. I actually ended up going somewhere else because the woman was so rude. read more

Poor service at this pharmacy. I use Walgreens all over the country, this location has consistently been awful - something that is unsettling when it comes to health. wait times are extensive and they rarely have the prescription ready on time. Many times I have recieved a text to say persciption ready for pick up, I drive there to be told they are out of stock or some other excuse. I've had misprinted labels where refills were not accounted for, I have to double check the price, labels and qty. Because they do not have my trust due to so many errors. I called in a prescription refill and they said they would have it ready in three hours. I go to pick it up five minutes early and they said it was ready but they restocked it??? It should have sat there for days before restocking. Then I'm told to come back in another three hours and it will be ready. I said I will wait. Blows my mind! The longest wait I've ever been told at any other wallgreens was an hour (unless they were out of stock or closed). Will be going out of my way to not use this location anymore. I would not reccomended this location. read more

One of the worst pharmacies I have been to! Unprofessional and they take forever to fill your prescriptions. The only reason I go to them is because they are so close to my house but I am just about done. Their incompetence has affected my health and made me miss work on more than one occasion! The girl from the pharmacy was weird. I showed up to my vaccine i got there late lol but i didn't except for them to attend me quickly so i waited for the other people to go when they all left i asked the bitch if my vaccine was ready and she said that they were going be with me in a minute. Then i waited like 10-20 minutes at this point im there for 1 hour so i ask her again and she says they were busy and if i didn't wanna wait to go ?? Lmao. I waited BECAUSE I WANTED MY VACCINE and literally all the people were gone and this girl didnt tell me nothing so i asked the actual pharmacist girl turns out they had a issue with something but why the girl not tell me the issue and had me waiting a while?? DON'T waste your time or positive energy here at the Pharmacy. PATHETIC!! I had a question for the Pharmacy but "because the system is down and we can't access your account you can't talk to anyone!" Me- "I don't need you to look at the computer at all, I just have a question about an OTC medication" He then began to get rude & argue with me about the computers being down. THE COMPUTERS AND SYSTEM BEING DOWN HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH MY OTC QUESTION!! He then decided to repeat incessantly (like a vendor at a Chinese market in a nasty tone!) about the computers being down and no one can help you. Apparently his supervisor told him to say that. I wonder if he meant for him to add the nasty argumentative Chinese Vendor tone of voice with it. Probably based on how unpleasant the Pharmacy Department acts. I could go on but frankly it's a waste of negative energy just like the phone conversation. AWESOME COMPOUND PHARMACY DOWN THE HILL BEHIND MC DONALDS!!! Helpful, takes time to answer a question not only when you're picking up your RX. He makes compounds specific to your needs and has a great attitude...so far anyway. read more

They take nearly a full day to fill scripts for very common medications. They may or may not call to let you know when your script is ready. When I asked to speak to someone to complain, I was told when I come to get my script I can speak to the pharmacist. Too late. I will take my business elsewhere. This incompetence delays recovery and makes people miss more work. At least pretend to care. read more

This pharmacy is a joke at best. They didn't have the medication my daughter needed on hand. No big deal, they said they would get an overnight delivery and that it would be here the next day no later then noon. Noon came, 2pm came, 5pm came. No call, no text, no nothing. I called them at 7. The guy tells me there was problem and he promises me it will be here no later then 8am the next day. The next day comes. It's noon and I'm still waiting. THREE DAYS I had to wait for 2 pills. I went to the pharmacy to get my flu shot. The appointment should have been 15 minutes maximum, but due to incompetence I was there for 45 minutes. The representative stated she couldn't process my insurance and stated I had to pay for the shot and then see if my insurance would reimburse me. I said no and asked for assistance from someone else considering it seemed that the issue was on there end, but she refused. Long story short, I called my insurance and they put me on hold and called and spoke with the pharmacist and it was determined the representative was entering the information wrong. I am glad I called while still at the store and insisted on being heard. When I finally got my flu shot, I tried explaining to the pharmacist what happened, but she pretty much blew me off and seemed overwhelmed. When our nation, heck worldwide health professionals are encouraging the community to get flu shots, this type of unprofessionalism is not acceptable!!!! Especially considering this pharmacy is located in an underserved community. I just happened to be educated and persistent enough to demand appropriate service. Shame on this location. read more

About a week ago I found a iPhone that someone had left on the counter at the register. After I paid for my things I went to see if the phone had maybe belong to the person in front of me at the register but when I made it outside they were gone. I took the phone and ended up getting in contact with the owner and gave them back their phone the next morning.So a week or two later I'm in the same store shopping and the assistant manager comes up to me yelling at me telling me I'm not suppose to be in that for stealing a phone. For one I never stole a phone I found a phone that someone left behind that I returned. He went on and on Claiming I stole a phone from the store when for one Walgreens do not cell iPhone 11 pros. This manager tired to humiliate me in front of people when all I did was be a good person and return someone's phone. Yes I maybe could have gave the phone to someone at the store but I know how I am and I knew she would get her phone back. Shame on that manager for lack of professionalism he could have pulled me to the side and asked me anything instead he came to me yelling as if I stole his food or something. I'll never step back in that store because I know for a fact that man is racist just by the way he just accused me instead of asking me about the situation. read more
