I always go to this photo reprint department every year for my photographs and this year I ask Shawn the photography department attendant for some help and he showed me a way to use the QR code to access the photos on my phone and simply told me to go ahead and make my selection so when I had selected 895 photographs, I ask him for some help to continue with my order and that's when he became belligerent instead of asking for the help that he didn't know how to provide, and in response to his belligerence I left the store and I am writing this review. I do not appreciate an employee who does not consider, providing the customer the service that will end up providing him with The income at the store that pays his paycheck. Walgreens in Plant City Florida is a great example of why there is a huge class action lawsuit against this crappy drug store with shitty pharmacy staff. Pharmacists and pharmacy techs are unprofessional, uncaring, and are very happy to lie to you about availability of your medication . Pharmacists provide inaccurate information and excuses....they are more interested in withholding prescribed medication than they are in dispensing prescribed medication. The pharmacy alerts to pick up medication are a joke. Pharmacists never have it ready, and dispensing errors abound. Basically it is a shitty excuse for a pharmacy. read more

My husband was given the wrong insulin at Walgreens. Despite the proper prescription (70/30) being on the label, and even with the label saying BLUE, he was given the wrong insulin (rapid-acting) with the box and the pen being ORANGE. This could have been a fatal error. As it is, my husband had to use the WRONG INSULIN last night and this morning because it was all he had. When he called the pharmacy, the pharmacist initially tried to tell my husband the prescription was not wrong, but then he back off from that and apologized "for the inconvenience," and advised us to return and they would replace. This location received 4 stars because it served the exact purpose I walked in for: To pull out cash and a pit stop. The store was mostly well-maintained and the bathrooms were impressively clean. The cashier was very friendly and gave me my cash exactly as requested. I hear their pharmacy could use some work, but what brought the experience from a 5 to a 4 star review was that their sodas were almost completely out in the middle of the afternoon. What can you do? As a creature of habit, I have used Walgreens stores over the last 25 years in various cities around Florida. Unfortunately, this is absolutely the worst location that I have ever used. This is the first review I have ever written, but I think it is important for people to know how rude and disrespectful the pharmacist is, I will be spending the next 30 days finding a new pharmacy although I have multiple dollars and points I really don't ever want to go to another Walgreens again based on the rude and disrespectful treatment that I have received over the last four months even though I have been going to this Walgreens for four years as well as another 21 years at other Walgreens stores. So I'm posting this review on my experience at the pharmacy. My boyfriend and I needed to get our vaccines and I was having trouble with the website so I called and spoke to someone and they were super great with answering my questions and told me to come in. We were only walk ins because they appointments were full but they took us so fast and got us in and out in about 30 minutes. Everyone you could tell has been working very hard all day and they were still kind and informative. I appreciated the staff and wanted them to know they were great so thank you! read more

Typical big box pharmacy that hires the low end on the spectrum of employees. Somebody needs to teach the little twit that waited on me in the pharmacy that she is Walgreens when at work so when Walgreens screws up she is responsible. Not offering apologies and just saying "I didn't do it" doesn't cut it. I wish every one of these conglomerates who put the mom and pop places out of business who actually knew what customer service was would simply go out of business. CVS and Walgreens have a practical monopoly and they have no accountability or people who actually deserve to have public facing jobs. read more

I'm a sucker for clean establishments and friendly employees - this place has both! I've walked into this place many a times in the middle of the night to pick up over the counter sleeping aids or midnight snacks and I'm always always greeted with a warm friendly smile. Wouldn't fill my prescription because it didn't meet their policy. What policy? They wouldn't even tell me their policy. I had a signed prescription on special paper imprinted with the Dr name and office information and provided a valid id and they refused to fill my prescription without even telling me why. Saleh, the pharmacy manager at the Baker St. store, is awesome! I went to the other Walgreens in Plant City on James Redman with a coupon for a very expensive medication and the pharmacy there couldn't figure out how to use it, even though it was a coupon that is supposed to work at any Walgreens location. I went to Saleh's pharmacy and he was so pleasant and helpful, and even though it wouldn't work at first, he figured out how to do it. He even had to call the coupon company to get it to go through. My dermatologist told me she hadn't prescribed this medication in 6 years because it is too expensive, but I was able to get it affordably at this pharmacy with Saleh's help. So happy!! read more

The person at the counter was EXTREMELY helpful and polite. He even told me the item I was purchasing was the most expensive of its type before he rang me up just in case I wanted to choose one of the less expensive ones. Dealing with this pharmacy has literally been the worst time of my life. They have dispensed medication with the wrong physicians name on the bottle and when I called to tell them about their error they proceeded to argue with me that I was wrong (I wasn't). They once told me that medication isn't in the store after the customer service department stated that it was. After calling the store back yelling and screaming the medication magically appeared. They have faxed insurance authorizations for medication to the wrong physicians creating an extensive waiting time. I have never had a smooth month with this pharmacy. There is zero initiative on their part. Here's the thing- I don't want to yell. I just want the medication that is needed every 30 days to be there, I think that's a simple request. If something needs an auth I don't mind waiting the standard 24-48 hours but don't blame the doctor when clearly it has been your error since day one. Most importantly, just fix it for your customer. Customers getting their life saving medication from you are at your mercy so do the right thing. read more

Very rude pharmacist will never shop in that store again. He stated the medicine that my doctor prescribed was too strong and would not fill it went to Walgreens on John l red man parkway they filled it even had the doctor call and explain the problems ( had a brain tumor he did not care) read more
