I was having financial difficulty and asked for a payment plan and was told "we don't do that". The dentist called and told me I had to pay $200 now and $200 in a month. I told him I couldn't afford that. I did a counter offer and heard nothing from them. so then they sued me for it . Good thing the collection company was willing to take payments. worse experience with a dentist ever. Their office staff need some training as well. I'm guessing at the spelling but she was polite and attentive. When she left me in the exam room I was told the Doctor would be in shortly for his part. I'm not kidding I waited for twenty five minutes. I'm not a big fan of sitting in a small, hot, dark room. I opened the door and turned the lights on. Even had time to use the restroom and come back.
