I went into Walgreens today to have a photo printed last minute for a funeral I'm attending, & Tasha greeted and assisted me immediately. It was my first time using the printing services that are available. Tasha walked me through how to set up a Walgreens account on my phone, & also how to add my photo to be printed. The whole process took less than 10 minutes and went seamlessly. I will definitely use these printing services again in the future, & will recommend them as well to friends and family. In a day of putting things together last minute & having to drive to Virginia Beach in about 2 hours, Tasha was very friendly made the experience very pleasant, easy to navigate and worry free. read more

Every time I try to call the pharmacy, no one answers. I was on hold for over an hour while the recording was saying there is one caller ahead of you the whole time. I am convinced they must ignore the phone until people give up. I have been using Walgreens in my home town for years, but this has me wanting to transfer my prescriptions to CVS. So frustrating! read more

On a regular basis, they are closed early as in around 6 citing lack of staffing which means you can forget about going after work to pick up anything you need. There is no notice beforehand, you just show up to find that they are closed. You will more often than not have a delayed prescription due to it now being in stock as well. The reliability is simply not there. read more

First let me just say, I'm fully aware that a pharmacy is a Very busy place. But the amount of dismissiveness and unprofessional behavior at this location is disheartening. I asked for a 90 day supply & I can never seam to get them to do it. It's always an attitude, they never answer the phone. Over all I would never recommend this pharmacy and I had to transfer my script elsewhere. I would also like to add that the front store staff is very pleasant. This was an emergency stop. I'd gotten my cycle unexpectedly and needed to get something ASAP after I'd landed. This was the closest store. The walgreens is laid out nicely, the service was prompt and fine. I was able to get in and get out. The only other place that was supposed to be open 24 hours was apparently closed due to the storm/Hurricane that had just rolled through. read more

Dropped off a FedEx package and 4 days later it still was not picked up. Needles to say, don't use this Walgreens for FedEx dropoff.

i took a covid test (30 min results) this morning at around 10am expecting my results by 11am. it is now 12:50pm and i had to COME BACK and they haven't even processed my test. dear reader, i had classes today (i'm a college student) and i've no idea if i can go to my foreign language class (attendance mandatory). now i have to wait an additional 15 minutes. read more

The one star is for the pharmacist Tom who was not friendly and quite frankly rude. He is in the wrong profession for the rudeness he displayed today. I would not recommend anyone allowing Tom to administer their vaccination here. One of the worst customer service experiences from a pharmacist I've ever dealt with. read more

First, I enjoy going to Walgreens especially if it's late and I don't feel like driving across town. This Walgreens is the closets location to me and it disappoints me at times. Where do I start, anytime I have a prescription that I need filled, I end up waiting way longer than I'm told. I also do not get the alert when my prescription is ready. I do understand that they have "student" techs here but I feel that's no excuse to dismiss customer service. My recent experience was the worse. I left the doctor in pain to go get my prescription and I waited for them while in pain. Finally when my prescription is ready the lady at the counter acts like she can't understand me. The customer service here is below the standards and they need to do better. read more

Staff is friendly, but I was very disappointed with my photo experience. I have never had photos developed before off of my phone. The staff helped me then when I came to pick up my pictures I had to wait for someone to come. This was fine since it was 11pm, but when I got home I realized I only had half of the pictures. I called and they told me they were trying to find my number and the rest of my pictures would be ready when my husband went back. When he arrived he was told the machine was out of paper and they will give us a call tomorrow to pick up the rest of the pictures. At least the staff was really friendly.... I guess read more

After reading others reviews, I was concerned about having my prescriptions managed and filled here. I personally found the pharmacy tech pleasant and helpful. My prescriptions were filled in under 20 minutes. What more can you ask for? I just wish others who have good experiences would post. It helps boost morale for others. read more

Pharmacy put in my insurance info wrong and after I had been waiting for almost a hour, no one told me what was going on so when I inquired about it, they said my insurance "didn't go through." I told them there must be a mistake because I haven't had any issue anywhere else, they acted like they didn't have a clue and couldn't figure it out until I suggested they make sure they put the info in correctly and yes, that's what the issue was and you would think they would check info first thing since it appears that's the most obvious. So I went back a few days later to get another script filled and they only had a few days supply of the medication and told me to come back to get the rest the next evening. If I had known in advance they couldn't fill it, I would not have given them the prescription in the first place. This is the second time they have done this to me, filled a script knowing they didn't have all of it. This is why I stopped getting my scripts filled at Walgreens in the first place a few years ago. They will not get any more of my scripts and after I pick up the rest of the medication they owe me, I will be transferring that prescription, too. I will go back to getting my scripts filled at Walmart Pharmacy because I have never had a issue there and they always keep me informed. read more
