I said again " you cannot make the rules of what your corporate company states is coffee cups or any kind of cup that states what it should be used for LOL" BEST PART THOUGH- on both doors exiting/ entering the store, both have big large signs that say stay 6ft apart and wear you mask properly, along with a picture of how your mail should be wrong at all times. this "manager" began to make faces and was MOCKING me because I told him he needs to wear his mask properly like everyone else in the store was doing. HE THEN told me that he was vaccinated and it didn't pertain to him. this is when I got really offended- we are in a world wide pandemic and the rules of THE STORE HE RUNS clearly stated EVERYONE must wear a mask. he finally put it on until I was satisfied but took it down back below his nose when I turned my back to check. I have gone to this location twice late at night and both times the doors are locked. There is also a CRV that has been sitting there for a long time and it seems like a very long stealth camp. Go up the road to the one by the Walgreens & The new W's , that one is so much better and you don't have staff screaming at everyone during 7-11 day. This one woman clearly chose the wrong job as she was constantly cranky and I asked her once where the straws were, she promptly replied "oh they are now behind the counter, where have you been?". I just replied "oh that's weird, I have been to DD and another 7-11 and all the straws were where they usually were".

My main complaint is that they need to employ someone behind the pharmacy counter who can speak fluent and clear English. The cashier/clerk who was there today did not understand either of the basic questions I was trying to ask her and looked at me with a blank stare. She then got annoyed when I seemed frustrated with her. The clear plexiglas shield in front of the register is not helpful either and further impedes communication, forcing customers to yell through the plexiglas so everyone behind them in line can hear their business. Most other pharmacies do not have these shields anymore. English should be a prerequisite for all pharmacy employees. I am too frustrated to deal with this and I am taking my pharmacy business elsewhere.

My wife went to get me nachos and a coke as I wanted to have a junk food day. She opened the…read morenachos and went to pump some cheese on the chips and there was no cheese (one pump of old brown congealed cheese if I'm honest). The clerk came and checked and also saw there was no cheese. He did not replace the cheese or offer to replace it. Then he told my wife she had to pay for the "nachos." My wife argued that she should not have to as they had only a squirt of obviously old nasty cheese. He said she shouldn't have opened the bag so she had to pay for them. Who checks the cheese dispenser before opening the chips? Was she supposed to do a test pump in her palm?! The clerk still made her pay for it. On top of that she brought me home my first fountain coke in months and you can tell from the taste they do not or at least have not cleaned their machine in a while. I don't like writing negative reviews for a single visit (go ahead, check) but this is next level suck customer service. We don't do a lot of gas station junk food so my kids were super excited to go to 7-Eleven and this fool ruined it over a bag of chips. 10 out of 10 don't recommend.
