I went into Walgreens with my bike I was returning through FedEx. First off the lady's attitude and telling me the box was too big. She went to go get the manager and she said as long as it's not over 50 lbs. So I handed her the printed out label and asked if she had tape. She said no worries I got it. A few days later the bike I was trying to return was back at my house.( 4 miles away) She didn't tape it over the old one I was going to cover. she didn't tape the label on at all. otherwise I would have seen it soon delivery. Totally ridiculous why would I want it delivered back to my house? Makes no sense! Called an informed the manager who was also a complete idiot. read more

Not surprised with a 2 star rating! ( that is generous) Walked in for a COVID booster.. pharmacy says you need to make an appointment... yet sign says walk ins welcome. There was absolutely not a soul in the store and no one in line for any vaccinations.. yet they said they administer them every 10 minutes Not True! Sales person said I can make an appointment next week‍. Drove over to Rio Grande Walmart .. asked about a covid booster.. filled out a form and was in and out in 10 minutes very professional! Going to transfer all of my prescriptions to Walmart! read more

Surprised to find the pharmacy suddenly closed today. Customers being directed to North Cape May location if they have an urgent need. Another person asked the cashier if they would re-open tomorrow and he replied, "I have no way of knowing." read more

This Pharmacy has a lack of companion for people who are sick or in Pain. My husband has a broken neck and a fractured skull. The Dr. writes a prescription and you expect to get it when it is due; however; you can call the pharmacy and they may say something like after 11 am. When you get there at 12 noon, the script is still not there or not ready and they seem to not be able to help you. Nobody else in line and they can not fill the script for you right then. This happens all the time and more so since they got a new pharmacist. I do not know what everyone else thinks and frankly I do not care but I will be switching to a new pharmacy with my next Doctor visit. read more

Beyond disappointed with my experience at walgreens in Rio grande today. Not only were two of the technicians at the pharmacy arguing with each other aggressively, neither had masks on. As someone who is high risk, I had to place my items back on the shelf and leave immediately. I will be transferring my prescription, and will not be returning. read more

I spoke with Maria about my scripts being sent to a dr in Cherry Hill when my dr is in Hammonton and she got nasty and said there was nothing she could do about it she raised her voice and tried to cut me off if that wasn't bad enough the Pharmacist Gary Lee called me today to tell me pretty much the same thing was equally obnoxious wouldn't let me say much of anything I kept saying listen to me he finally said he didn't see what my problem was and wasn't willing to listen me so I ended the call. I called the Wildwood Walgreens and at least the guy there was nice and explained what the situation was I didn't even go back to my local Walgreens for my scripts I want to Wildwood and got them no one should have to deal with obnoxious people! read more

This Walgreen's is well stocked and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Very Convenient!

I used the drive thru with my husband and he put my prescription through the drop off and I asked the woman working to see if it would be able to be filled. She looked at the prescription put it back in and said no we can't do it today the date says 2-28-19. I looked at it and informed her it was a one and it was today's date 2-18-19 and that I just drove from the doctors office straight to the pharmacy. She ignored me and walked away. We beeped to have her or the pharmacist on duty come help us or ask them to call and they both continued to ignore us. I had to psychically get out of my vehicle and knock to get service and there was no one in line or inside the pharmacy. She was busy emptying a trash can and ignored us. She finally came over and said no we can't fill it. I asked if they could call the doctor or do something to verify it and she ignored me so we drove away upset and frustrated. As a concerned mother of a 5 year old whom had fallen asleep in the back seat, I'd thought it was very kind of Walmart to have posted the option of drive thru pharmacy for other than prescription medications. Danielle had been kind to notify me she would help me shortly. It was a few minutes wait. She listen to my explanation of what I needed for my child whom had a runny nose and a slight cough. She later came back with what looked like three options. I gave her the money she asked for after she had asked me again if Coughing was an issue. As she scanned item for purchase I noticed it was a allergy medicine. I then asked if it was allergy meds and she stated yes. I was not confident this would be the best choice. So she kindly suggested I can talk with Pharmasis. After another few minutes Cara came up to the window. My concerns were briefly disscussed further and to my surprise she says I would have to come in to exchange it. Her tone from beginning was void of any emotion. I have many years of customer service training and I always give upmost respect and patience to people. And did not receive the same respect in return. Especially as a customer, a mother with a sick child, should receive a much higher consideration in treatment than what was given. She says they can't keep going around the counter for things. Her tone of annoyance and attitude lack of compassion was hurtful. I pulled around, found parking, woke my child, picked up and carried an over 50 lbs 5 year old into the store through the cold windy weather. I'm thankful it wasn't raining and the sun was out. So, it turns out the original woman simply used the same register right by the window to scan the medicines for exchange. There was no walking around anywhere for anything. No extra time taken or effort taken to do anything out of the ordinary. The only difference was that I was now in the store. This to me was horrifying. Why was this pharmacist, Cara, treating me with such rude and inconsiderate treatment? Would she rather be somewhere else and if so, she shouldn't be there. Horrible customer service, blatant lie about returns, and no compassion for people who need medicine due to being ill. Horrible. No store manager, but a manager did let me explain my dissatisfied opinion kindly. She listened and was professional and had a sense of curtesy. She could plainly see the my red nose darling in my arms and kindly responded when he said hi to her. It was unnecessary for me to have to go into the store for an exchange of which all was right there with the Pharmacist. It was quiet in the store, no lines, no reason for the ill treatment Cara. read more
