I am legally blind so I often blame myself first, thinking it was something I unknowingly or accidentally did to create the tear. After the second hat split in the identical location, I decided to walk into Lululemon Avalon Monday morning and was horrified by the unkind, rude, and unhelpful staff. They refused to give me a refund on either hat, and despite my explanation of what happened to the first one, they would not replace or reimburse me for both. They finally agreed for me to select one new hat so I asked the salesperson to help me with the size because I cannot read the tags. It was obvious to both me and my mom that no one wanted to assist me in the store. I actually had to announce my disability in order to get help from one of the three salespeople standing around. When the salesperson was ringing up the new hat, they asked me to show my drivers license in a loud voice heard by all other customers. I was forced to tell this person yet again, that I am vision-impaired and cannot drive. Rather than using the receipt of original purchase which I had already provided, they asked to get my mom's drivers license. I was appalled by the behavior I witnessed this morning and hope no one else with a disability experiences this treatment. To make a bad experience worse, my two-year old was running around the store and my mom watched another salesperson intentionally trip him so he fell. It was obvious they wanted us all to leave. I am an avid runner with a disability and had been a loyal Lululemon customer. There are so many great athletic brands out there so I'll never purchase another item from this company again. Their employees need training on how to be kind and helpful to people of all abilities.

The cushions were cheap and sunk in i had them recoushioned at $800 which you could have bought a better one elsewhere. The card is a Mastercard rip off at 39.99percent. They charge you for interest on your card I had to pay a fee to payoff a balance that was already paid off a month before the statement was sent. What a ripoff . Stay clear from Mastercard and TJ Maxx , they are even filing for bankruptcy they own home goods and Marshall's as well. ..a lesson for anyone don't take 10 percent off and get this card it's a headache down the road with a super high interest rate that keeps on taken. They have everything from professional attire to casual pieces, all made with beautiful fabrics and great quality. The prices are reasonable for what you're getting--this isn't fast fashion like SHEIN; these are timeless, well-made pieces that you'll have in your closet for years. I originally stopped in by chance and bought a pair of work pants. Since then, I've been back several times because their clothes actually fit me perfectly--no belts or alterations needed! Vicky was incredibly knowledgeable about their inventory, including items from their sister store, Ann Taylor. She guided me between both stores to help me find exactly what I needed, which is rare to find in retail these days. She's the kind of employee every store needs: attentive without hovering, and truly invested in helping customers. Her understanding of the products and her professionalism set her apart. If she isn't a manager already, she should be--her skills deserve recognition . She's the perfect example of what a great salesperson should be and could honestly teach others how to elevate the customer experience. Yes I go in gym clothes because I probably just worked out but regardless of how I look a simple acknowledgement would be nice. I was in this store the other day the first time I went in to look at stuff but got too hungry so went back about an hour later. First time no one said anything to me. Second time after I was done with everything and walking to register did someone finally ask me if I was doing okay. I get to the register and the lady asked if I was using a loft card I said no I was just using a coupon. She said oh well coupons don't work on clearance items. WELL if she knew the product in store she would know that item was the only item in the pile of clothes that was clearance. I told her I knew yes I know because I shop at loft all the time despite what I dress like while shopping. Just saying. I guess I can be harsh with customer service because most of my life I've worked in some kind of customer service/sales and I'm all about the sale no matter how big or small and no matter what a person looks like. Also the associates where redoing the sales floor which is totally fine but a simple hi if you need help let us know goes a long way and takes three seconds of your time. Just saying Like I said I love their clothes. I've been shopping here for a few years now and the clothes are good quality and have cute prints for work or just being casual.

Everything from household, food (shelf stable), seasonal, pet supplies, personal hygiene items, toys, and on and on! I purchased a very nice pair of Champion shorts for my husband and a couple of other items. I may even go back to stock up on some club soda- extremely reasonable! The products available carry brand recognition too. I signed up to become an insider even though I'll be six feet under for decades before one of these stores is likely to come to my area. The cashier was pleasant and there were no lines and no waiting. The prices were great and the items I looked at were high quality.

I decided to stop in today to see if they had a Swimsuit in the style I wanted to try on. This location is definitely more of a boutique style, so it doesn't have a ton of selection compared to the other store I visited in Masequan. Still, they do carry a little of everything from Swim to shoes/jewelry to some pillows. They did have one of the swimsuits I wanted to try but only 1 of the two sizes and only one of the prints. The employee did set me up with a fitting room and asked how I did when I came out. The reason I don't give 5 stars is there was another client the two employees were bending over backwards for (offering to call other places in regards to style/size or ordering online) and when I mentioned I might need a different size and liked another print better, I was told that's the only print they had (online it comes in 2 other print, I believe). This is the smallest Burlington I have ever been in…read more It is organized, sometimes a little over filled racks, but well managed. I have gone in not really with a set thing in mind but just to look and have come out with something that either smelt great, looked delicious or found something super functional for my space. Some items are a bit pricy for the genre of store but I just move on down the rack. Customer service is pretty good too. Have not run into an unhelpful employee yet.
