Out of towner here. The air is Roswell is very dry compared to where I am from. My nose was very irritated and I was looking for relief at 11 pm on a Friday night. Went into the store to pick up some saline and the lady clerk I ran into took me directly to where the saline was. They had a variety of selections. I was out of the store in less than five minutes. This pharmacy is never prepared with your prescription's. Every time you go you have to reorder what the doctor just ordered. When you have to wait for days for your medication that's coming in "on their truck" it's so dangerous... for the children who need their medication. When you call the pharmacy they're phone says please hold our staff is busy helping other customers... Come to find out 30 minutes later you find out they have actually been closed for an hour... read more

A quick stop to hit up their ATM and withdraw some fee-free cash. I also got a fresh bottle of contact lens fluid. It's amazing how windy and dusty it is in New Mexico and I am needing to really clean my lenses more than usual. The store is fine. Location shows that they are open till 1:30. Got there at 1 and the clerk threw a tantrum that we wanted to come in. I was purchasing something and had a child that needed to use the bathroom and he refused to let them use the bathroom because it was too close to closing time. Walgreens provides a wide range of products as I'm sure everyone knows. This location is nice and clean with a spacious parking lot. The employees are always friendly and helpful. This location does not carry alcoholic beverages, but has almost everything else you would expect. read more

The worst experience I have ever had. Went at 8 at night after having a molar pulled. Pain meds was prescription. They were told we forgot the debit card an hour away, but I know the number, exp date and code on the back. Were told they would text the iphone when it was ready. 30 minutes later we got the text that drugs were ready. Went after 8:30 to pick up drugs. Were told they could not accept our payment without a card! We could have been home in Artesia while we were waiting for drugs! There is no 24hr pharmacy in Artesia, so I got no sleep due to pain and no pain pills! We will never go there again! read more

I disagree with some of the reviewers. I have always found the staff to be helpful and cheerful. I guess it might depend on how the customer behaves. I have always found that if you are polite to people then they are usually polite in their response. To those people who are unpleasant to the staff, I would say - rethink your attitude. I only went into this Walgreens one time, for some water and air freshener. I was able to find these items quickly, but when I went to pay I set the items on the counter and the cashier sighed heavily and asked why I insisted on making things so hard on her. I assumed she was kidding ("Making me work, haha") but then she gestured pointedly to the other side of the counter. I stared at her, not understanding. "You're making me do extra work by putting your items on the other side of the scanner." Apparently, I had put my items on the right side of the scanner and she would prefer them on the left. She exaggeratedly picked up my items, moved them six inches to the other side of the scanner, set them down, then immediately picked them back up and scanned them. I'm not sure what the big deal was, but if you go to his Walgreens then, for the love of all that is pure and holy, put your items on the left (YOUR left) of the scanner or suffer the wrath of the checker. read more

Just an awful establishment. The manager is rude and talks over you constantly. No wonder she's on night duty, so she is around as few customers as possible. Not good enough though cuz she's still sour to whoever she comes in contact with. read more

The pharmacy took a whole day to fill my prescriptions (including my inhaler) i called them 3 times in one day asking for my prescriptions and they said it would be available after 4:30. Well, after 4:30 my prescriptions weren't filled and will be ready to pick up tomorrow. read more

Always a long line for prescriptions, 19 yr. old counter clerk in liquor section wants to argue about state concealed carry laws, drive through takes half an hour, if you buy red wine instead white for dinner, but need white for the recipe, they won't sell to you twice in one day. I've been to plenty of Walgreens and have always experienced excellent customer service. Went here to grab a few necessities while staying the night in Roswell during a cross country road trip and I was flabbergasted by the rudeness each employee showed me. This conversation actually happened: "I'm sorry this paper bag is ripping (probably because she put every single item I purchased into one small bag). Can I have a plastic bag?" I asked the employee near the exit because I was feet away from the girl at the cashier by the time the bag started ripping. He looks at me and says "Next time you ask her!!!" And went over to grab me one like I had asked him to throw away a dirty diaper for me or something. Also, he was the same guy I has asked to point me in the direction of the phone chargers when i first walked in and he rudely states " I don't know where they are! Probably somewhere over there!" Points mindlessly at a few aisles. Wow. Glad I will never be around this town to stop here again. read more

Everything is good except the pharmacy can get crazy busy. Just usually plan to go anytime but lunch or five o clock.

What's to say? It Wallgreens. If you have seen one you have seen them all. My only issue with Walgreens is that the parking always sux. It's a little unorganized. Once again it's Wallgrens that is the norm. I was impressed by the Vodka selection but not happy with the Crown Royal and wine selections. read more

Worst customer service and the most unprofessional management at the North Main store. The clerk was very rude and when I asked for her manager, she was even snootier. I will not be shopping there again and I will defer friends and family from doing so as well, until they get their act together and start caring about their customers. Contact corporate and complain about these people or they will be there longer than we need them there. read more
