I was on hold for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to pick up in the pharmacy. When she did she was unnecessarily rude and condensending. She said she had over 80 patients in front of me. Corners of St Charles Rock Road and Ashby; The Pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired! I have to call EVERY MONTH to have them correct the auto refill order, for the same medication. I've only been waiting in the drive through for a simple Rx pick up for 25 minutes. Will be changing where I go.

First of all the drive thru at this location is AWFUL. It doesnt matter if I'm the first one there or the 5th.Not sure how cute convenient when you're sitting in line over 10 minutes. The techs are rude when they are at the window and last month I was only given half of my script. Luckily I caught it right then because I noticed there should have been way more and sure enough I was give 30 instead of 60. I called and ran back up there and the pharmacist gave me the rest all while the tech I'm assuming was bitching that it wasnt her fault, when I never said anything to her. This one is the closest to my house but I'm just done trying to go there for any kind of service. I wrote this while waiting in the drive thru and the same 2 cars are still in front of me waiting, so I'm going to CVS or Shop N Save probably. No more chances. read more

The reviews from Amanda C and Tlk5zb T. for this Walgreen's pharmacy are accurate. T may be correct that there's one good pharmacist/pharmacy tech there. I can say that my past several experiences there have been awful. They ought to fire everyone but the one good one and start over. Their pharmacy department is almost entirely dead weight. Cut em and bring in some fresh people who might actually care and do a decent job. The pharmacy techs with whom I've had the displeasure of interacting have no fear of being fired which is evident from their behavior and demeanor. Rather than seeing each customer as an opportunity to make someone's day better, these people seem to see each customer as a burden causing them to have to do stuff. I will not use Walgreens ever again. Bye. Hello CVS. And hey! At least CVS locations are right next to Walgreens locations. CVS knows that Walgreens put a lot of money and effort into scouting locations for their stores. CVS said they'll put no money or effort into scouting locations for their stores, they'll just open stores across the street from every Walgreens and pickup half the marketshare. I visited walgreens located at 10500 St. Charles Rock Rd in St. Ann, MO. I was working with voters voting absent or mail ballot. I was stressed due to the amount of voters coming out during spikes w/Covid. I walked in and was greeted friendly. I was searching for sunblock but unfamiliar with this Walgreens. Then I was asked by Danny if he could help me. I said Please. I told him what I needed he took me over to an organized area where I could find a great selection of products. I was so impressed with the organized and well lite shelves! This store was very clean and efficient! I felt so safe here I did not want to go back to NW Plaza where individuals were standing in line inside and out not social distancing! Walgreens you rock! Thank you for sanitizing and keeping your store so clean. I was distressed and worried, but you calmed my fears and I shopped safely. I have renewed faith in the human race after my experience here... Thank you, I will be back and will let friends and family know how you made me feel welcomed, safe, and like I was the only person in the store that day. Sticky fingers! Count your medication at the counter, known to not count right or pocket people's stuff- pharmacy techs most likely. There was only one decent friendly experience and it's a day time pharmacist. I kept running out of my medication by two days and they wouldn't fill it early even though they can w my insurance up to three days (pharmacists discretion ). They accused me of being dishonest in front of customers too. Of course, UNTIL I was finally smart enough to count my medicine. They confirmed there was a miscount. Kudos for that! It has to be sneaky. How is it possible to take a 30 count box of medicine open it up, deliberately put it in a bottle which isn't necessary ( I've been given the 30 count prepackaged box from the company before) and miscount it? It's a shame nice new Walgreens but no apology and no respect given at the pharmacy counter. It's completely different in nicer areas. I understand it's customer service and I try to give a break for that, but come on you don't apologize for the inconvenience (took three times going up there to fix the issue) when there's a good chance your staff has been shorting my medication for multiple months now?
