Staff here were very helpful. I had a photo order and asked to use their paper cutter to crop my photos down more and they were very good about letting me use it. The store was clean and the other female employee was good at helping me find items and price check some clearance goodies. Plenty of parking out front. read more

Walgreens - Drugstores Near Me - Saint Michael, Minnesota

The pharmacy can't seem to correctly count the pills in our prescription. This is an ongoing pattern and may be indicative of illegal activity. They make my wife and i feel like we're drug addicts or worse. They claim to have provided proof with their camera but who's to prevent theft away from the cameras. This is unacceptable! I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I don't usually leave a review but I decided to do for the employees at The Walgreens pharmacy in Saint Michael, MN because I have never been treated so well by a pharmacy staff before. they are patient, polite, respectful, and helpful. it is such a great energy and positivity that, when I get off the phone or leave the pharmacy, I noticed my mood changed to better. thank you to all the staff. you are great! read more

Dr. Called and confirmed at 4pm that Walgreens in St Michael had received the prescription. Hadn't heard from Walgreen's so I called at 6pm, no answer and was left on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. Called back at 7:30pm to check, again I was placed on hold with no answer. Decided to just go to Walgreens to check on it, when I arrived the lady argued with me telling me that they just received it, which was untrue. I let her know that I had received a confirmation at 4pm that the prescription was received by Walgreens. She argued with me and said, well we are closing now and can't fill it today. We never have Walgreens fill our prescriptions anymore because they are way over priced and their service has gone down hill. Unfortunately our regular pharmacy was out of the prescription we needed so we decided to give Walgreens another try, we won't make that mistake again. read more

We had used Walgreens for several years up until this past Dec, 2017. We called the pharmacist (Chris) to get information regarding medications that may have caused an allergic reaction & he said "I can't help you with that" I thought that's what a pharmacist did! We quickly switched to another pharmacy & had difficulty getting them to send over the correct prescriptions. P.s. The Tech there named Sally is absolutely a gem! read more

Went to St. Michael Walgreens for a passport photo. I was dismayed when I arrived home to find my hair extremely messy. I must have run my fingers through it. I thought the photographer should have asked if I wanted to look in a mirror. I called the manager Jeremy hoping that he would train the staff. Instead, he argued with me that they didn't mess my hair and it isn't their job to advise me. I try to shop locally but Costco gives much better service and is much cheaper. Cub also has a new pharmacy with a helpful pharmacist. I'm glad I used Cub rather than Walgreens for my COVID and flu shots. read more

Thank you, thank you to Allison, Brenna, and Josh at Walgreen's in St. Michael! I called before going there last night and somehow, through what I'm sure was incoherent rambling, Allison managed to get "natural earache drops." She even told me the brand, price, and noted that they're on sale (at least I got sick at the right time). She even apologized for making me wait for what was only a minute or two. Since I was sitting at the corner of miserable and sick--nowhere near happy and healthy--I asked Allison if she could hold it at the front counter so I didn't have to use all my energy to walk to the back of the store. She seemed eager to help. When I came in, Brenna and Josh greeted me warmly, as they always do, and I told them that I called about the ear drops. Josh said he'd run to get them, but Brenna told him that Allison had already grabbed them. They sent me off with well wishes and genuine smiles. All of them deserve thanks for for their caring and accommodating demeanor and for making a corporation in our small city feel like a hometown drugstore. :) read more
