What I do not care for is NOT being greeted after entering, and shopping, the store...twice!! The first time I entered, I stopped for a few minutes to shop the product display by the entrance. Then proceeded to walk down a nearby aisle (by the cash wrap). I slowly walked the entire store for 20 minutes and no one acknowledged me (I did see other guests being welcomed). I picked up a few products and asked if I could leave them at the cash wrap for a little bit. I returned shortly, started shopping for a second time, and STILL, no greeting, no acknowledgement. Extremely disappointing, as a frequent shopper. I decided NOT to purchase additional products from this location, and directed myself towards the cash wrap. The cashier (Ashlyn) was....meh. My checkout experience was not great, but it was not awful either. Overall, I did not feel welcomed at this location, my shopping experience was not memorable, additional training on proper customer service is essential and I am not returning to this location unless I have to.

The beauty section is quite decent. I was surprised at some really good sales going on. I saw more than a few brands on buy one, get one half off or discounted well. Honestly, I couldn't decide on which brand I wanted, so I decided to do more research and come back another day. The cold pack was the necessity. Whereas the beauty section had a decent variety and price point, the cold and hot pack area didn't. They did have a deal going on, but I didn't need two on a buy one, get one half off. I would've rather had more options, if I'm being completely honest. I managed to find one that would work, but I was hoping to find one of those thin, bead masks, because those work amazingly well. The had a mask in the 'as seen on tv' aisle, but sadly not what I was looking for. The cold and hot packs are near the pharmacy. In the past, I've had employees at least offer some assistance. Not here. I didn't even really get more than a second glance from them at all. It was a little weird from a Walgreens, as usually they are much more pleasant. I had to wait a few minutes for a cashier to come up and ring my sale. He was pleasant, however, so it wasn't too big of a deal. I'll probably come back, assuming some of the deals are still running when I have time. Depending on that trip, there may be some updating to the review. We shall see!
