When are you going think of your customers ease of shopping and not your attempt to block people in or out of your parking lot, I'm not sure which one is the goal. When are you going to open that little strip of land that connects the Kwik Trip and Culvers to the Walgreens parking lot? It is the most frustrating thing that we can't smoothly travel from one to the other. Since its blocked off, by you, we can only choose to either go to Walgreens or The Kwik Trip/Culvers but pretty much not both. I'm sure keeping people captive on your section of this new shopping strip has you thinking we'll spend more money at your store if we can't get to the others, but, you're wrong. And I'm praying my fellow residents are avoiding you all together as we are. The only way we can get to your store from Kwik Trip/Culvers as it stand now, is to go back out to the main State highway (83) drive up to the traffic signal, wait for an arrow, make a left hand turn to get on the next main State highway,(50) drive up to the next, uncontrolled, left hand turn lane, wait for traffic to clear on a usually very busy Hwy 50, make a left down a side street, then another left into the McDonald's Parking Lot that finally connects to the Walgreens Parking Lot. At which point does all of this extra effort sound crazy to you? Well it is crazy and incredibly selfish on your part to expect people to keep going through that much effort just to get to your store. So, I don't, go to your store that is... Ever since you've refused to open up that Very Small Section of land from Culvers to Walgreens to make traffic flow easier back and forth, I've refused to shop at your store. How long has it been now? Since Kwik Trip and Culvers went in? About a year? And still no cooperation from Walgreens Paddock Lake to open up that connecting piece of land. Shame on you. I hope others are boycotting this location also. But even if not, you've lost me and out family. Good job. read more

Located on the corner of the Brass Balls Intersection! Yes the intersection is called Brass Balls!!! Formerly Geneva Road and Liberty - now Highways 50 and 83. And you can not miss it because there is a Brass Ball hanging over the intersection. In fact for about 160 years, since Seth Huntoon had built his inn at the junction of the surveyed Geneva Road and the route to Antioch, a brass-colored globe has hung over the corner. Okay there is your history lesson!!! Look up and see a Brass Ball...there is a Walgreens here! The best thing about this Walgreens is that it has two red boxes...I love red box! There are located in the parking lot. There is a screen shade here because depending on the time of day you might have a hard time seeing the screen because of the sunlight. I typically use my iPhone app to rent and then go to pick it up. The store has everything you could need in an emergency but it is not the cheapest place in town. Recently the Dollar Store opened and the local grocery store has become a Sentry...that translates in to lower prices for those stores but not Walgreens. So your dollar will go a lot farther elsewhere. You can check the weekly paper for what they have on sale at Walgreens but just buy those items because you are trying to save money not lose it. This place also has a larger selection of over the counter drugs in case you need it. So if you are sick I would come here first because you have more to choose from. The parking lot is very big and kind of wraps around the store so every spot is really good...no walking across a crowded parking lot. Sometimes when you are checking out the person being the register will give you a code for a free movie at the Redbox. Score!!! That keeps me coming back!!! read more

Most Walgreens are quite good. NOT THIS ONE!! The store part is fine. The pharmacy, is a different story. Even other Walgreen's in the area know how bad this pharmacy is! The pharmacists REFUSE to help customers. When the counter staff gets overwhelmed, they just stand there are watch. At every other Walgreens, the entire staff is committed to serving customers. This place even shuts down to ALL customers for a LONG lunch break. Too bad if you're sick, and need meds, they need to eat together!. Walgreens Corp certainly knows how to set up a good pharmacy. Ordered non-prescription iron pills from the pharmacy. They call tell us they are in. then we get there to pick them up this is one of the bottles. again people are stupid. Plus they close at 6 PM. Why bother even opening. read more

It's really sad when businesses don't treat their customers like their real humans. I was just swatted away like some nuisance instead of talked to like a person concerned for their health. Pharmacy was super rude, asked me to hold and just left me there for 10 minutes until the phone hung up on me. I've been to many Walgreens and this has to be the worst Walgreens yet. The pharmacy staff is VERY disrespectful. I just called and they just hung up. I go there and they hold my prescriptions as well treat me like I'm a criminal. They don't care the about the customers/patients and it really shows. Mine and my family goes there an have been nothing but disrespected by the staff. If you are picking up any type of controlled substance they will look at you and treat you like you are scum. The law in Wisconsin is that you are allowed to pick up your prescriptions three days prior to the actual date on your prescription bottle. They do not abide by this law. I would drive all the way out to Kenosha instead of going to this pharmacy. I now go back to this pharmacy and sometimes I regret it. read more

Extremely frustrated with the pharmacy. I go to take my girls to get their flu shots and first "come back in a half hour the computers are down." I walk around the store for 30 minutes and come back and now "there is an hour wait come back later." I ask for the sign up list. "Oh there isn't one." I call bull sh*t. Y'all are just being lazy. Pharmacy is a joke, it's never less than two hours from the time you drop off and when you come back at the agreed upon time, nothing's been started. Two cars in the drive through is easily a half hour wait. If you want a really slow-paced, stress-free career, go to pharmacology school and get a job here, you'll never work a hard day in your life! read more

Went to this location tonight to pickup a redbox and some movie snacks with my boyfriend. I barely write reviews but I had to comment on an employee at the check out counter named Chris. Right away we were greeted with a smile, he made small talk with us and made us feel welcome. He genuinely looked like he enjoys his job and he definitely represents the company in a great way. Usually I don't write negative reviews, however, with it being so close to Christmas I was just a little floored by my experience. While walking up to the two registers, I walked towards what was the shorter line recognizing the older woman in the other was pulling out one item at a time and analyzing each purchase and generally confused. Which, ok, it happens. However, what was unpleasant was the woman at the counter I went to scowling at me and telling me to get in the other line because she's closed now. (And not in a pleasant demeanor, it was annoyed and generally dismissive which is why I took offense) As I walk up to the other line, as directed, there's already another person behind me, having worked retail I know that the line is only going to keep going at this point. That said, I also try to be more patient as I just left a 5 year stint in retail but anyone who's worked knows that an old lady plus a few people in line means there's going to be a call for backup and soon. Sure enough, minutes later, 10 people in line and and a call yet this woman couldn't wait to move and not even let someone know backup was needed. I get everyone wants to go home and it's stressful time of year, but working retail means customer service and aside from the cosmetics counter and a couple regular cashiers, the customer service here is generally lacking. The managers tend to not be in sight or help out until called, then are rushing and often not sure what to do. Cmon guys, it's Christmas and everyone is buying last minute stuff, this is the time to customer service efficiently because this is the time to shatter those year end goals. read more

The Pharmacy is an absolute joke. They are inconsiderate and dishonest. They never have prescriptions ready on time. They move at a snails pace. Went to pick up prescription 1 hour after it was called in they did not have it ready. Told us it would be ready in 10 minutes waited in the parking lot. Went back through and it still was not ready. Said it would be another 10 minutes. They did not even seem that busy. Total disregard for customers time. This is the nearest pharmacy to our house. This has always been a problem. read more
