Had a great experience here and figured I'd share it . As experiencing the kind of migraine that can't really be ignored, cause everything bothers you all at the same time. I pulled over into my nearest pharmacy and wouldn't you know it? This Walgreens was conveniently located between where I was and where I needed to be Jovana was behind the counter and graded me when I walked in and helped direct me to the indicated aisle for my needs. Ended up getting over-the-counter Ibuprofen and crushing an energy drink. Now is that the best approach probably not. I never claimed to be a pharmacist, but that's why I defer to the greater judgment of the fine folks at this Walgreens place of business very thankful that they keep a very clean workspace with very well lit aisles, and easy to find medicine that was in stock and coincidentally on sale. read more

Working with Christina in The Pharmacy was an amazing experience! There was some confusion with the prescription information in the computer having to do my Insurance and the change of a doctor.She was so helpful, patient and kind to resolve the issue over the phone explaining in detail as to what was going on. Habitually out of medications. They only fill part of the Rx then charge a second copay to get the remainder. Their save a trip refill program is a total failure. Talking to management does no good read more

This review is for the pharmacy only. I had to fill a prescription for my dog that needed medication. The medication was a narcotic and it was a very small amount for a 15 pound dog. I went to drop it off and was told to wait to see if they had it on hand. The lady came back and told me they should have it in tomorrow afternoon as they need to fill this medication for someone else and they will call me when it is in. Ok, no problem. The next day I called to check to see if the medication was in. I was told, "It's on back order and we'll have it here in about 10 weeks, supply chain issues". 10 weeks? I got the feeling they just didn't want to fill it for me at all. If I were scamming them they could have easily called the vet nearby where I got the prescription. By the way, I look like any other normal middle aged adult and keep myself fairly healthy. I am friendly and courteous. I came in to pick up the paper prescription (needed for narcotics) to bring it to another pharmacy and the lady there was very curt and rude. I brought the prescription to CVS and the medication was ready and picked up the next day. No supply chain issues at CVS? I will never use this pharmacy. read more

Left before closing time and refused to fill a prescription because they only had 30 minutes!! While I stood there sick with two sick children. One threw up all over the floor and they still said they didn't have "time". read more

Do not go there if you make an actual appointment online for a vaccine. They will take covid vac walk ins way before flu shots and it's obvious about the money w the drug companies. This location is the worst! You make an appointment online expect to wait at least an hour or more. I made an appointment for my son and I for 12:40pm and 12:50pm. Three people walked in without appointments for covid shots/booster and were seen before us. They told me they were in training and no excuse. Why make an appointment? Obvious they are making sure covid vac come first. However my daughter got her covid shots there and it took about 45mins after her appointment time so who the heck knows??? read more

I was in town on vacation but forgot my meds at home. So off to Walgreen's I went. When we approached the pharmacy counter, there was a rude old man in a hover-round that was yelling at the lady at the pharmacy counter. The man was going on and on. We took a seat because it was obviously going to be a while before this man simmered down. The lady at the counter was a saint... standing quietly while this old freak berated her. She calmly explained that she can't refill his prescription until his insurance gave him the approval... unless he wanted to pay full rate. The man's problem was clearly rooted with his insurance provider not Walgreen's. The dude may be old, but he's due for a good butt kicking. After a while, he shoved off. I wanted to smack his stupid hat off his stupid head. Anyway, we got to the counter and explained the situation. She couldn't have been nicer, more helpful, or easier to deal with. My insurance company was an issue too... since I just refilled right before this trip. She let me know she'd figure it out and call me on my cell when she was done. We headed to the beach. A while later she let me know she called them explained that I had left my meds behind and got approval for a 14 day supply for my trip. I really wished I remembered her name. Someone should take her out for a drink the way she deals with some of these freaks. Maybe it was Dawn? I don't know. She worked the day of 6/29. read more

Very rude pharmacist. I was supposed to get 4 prescriptions after surgery and only got one, came back and she was extremely rude about THEIR mess up, like I was bothering her by having her fill them out. I'm also hard of hearing and she was very rude about that as well. I never write reviews especially during covid but She needs to work on her customer service, like a lot. read more

WARNING DO NO USE THIS PHARMACY! The pharmacist and staff are rude, incompetent, disorganized and slow. After two years of continued dissatisfaction, I give up! I have complained to management and nothing is improving. They make dangerous errors and are unapologetic, snarky and rude when they do. They will text that your prescription is ready, when it isn't. They stand behind the counter socializing and ignoring customers. They cannot comprehend simple instruction from either doctors, vets or customers (yes vets, they even managed to screw my dogs meds up). They have overcharged me and didn't listen when I tried to correct them. Ultimately they had to reimburse me months later. It is a battle with these idiots. If you value your health, sanity and safety STAY AWAY!! If you must use them, make sure you check your meds before you leave and do not trust anything they say. For the well being of our community I hope they are shut down or placed under new mgmt, ASAP!!! read more

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to. I have been using Walgreens for years to fill my monthly medication. I recently moved to Satellite Beach about 7 months ago and have had nothing but problems from this location EVERY SINGLE TIME I've tried to get my medication. My meds are set up on an auto reply refill and these folks seem to still get it wrong. I get a call telling me my refill is ready to pick up and then when I get there they don't have it ready or can't seem to find it. Seriously! This is the last time I'm messing with these idiots. My suggestion is to switch to CVS. read more

Worst experience at a pharmacy drive thru I have ever had. Went to pick up my sons prescriptions and tried to use my SaveNet card which I have through Liberty Healthshare. The employee working the drive thru said she couldn't figure out how to get it to apply the discount. After trying for 10 minutes she just gave up on it and told me she couldn't process it for the discount she is legally obligated to give me. Next we tried my GoodRX app which she also claimed she couldn't figure out how to enter the discount. At this time I became very frustrated since I had picked up a to go order from the Thai place next door and my food was getting cold. I told her just to forget it and to give me a total for the prescriptions. She said $30 and I said that's fine. I paid and went home. The next day I checked my back statement only to find out that worthless employee charged me $50 instead of the $30 she told me it costs. Never in my life have I ever had anyone do that to me. I will never ever use this or any Walgreens pharmacy ever again in my life. I have never had any of these issues with the CVS down the street. read more

I completely agree with the previous post concerning the photo department and manager not helpful and misinformed. Friends and family took pictures at our daughter's wedding -granted they are truly beautiful, but none were taken by a professional photographer. I spent several hours creating a photo book for my mother-in-law and sent it to Walgreen's to be printed. When I arrived, the manager refused to sell it to me based on her opinion that these are professional pictures. They are NOT nor are they marked in anyway. They are stored on my personal computer - that's how I created the photo book online. The manager's argument is invalid. Additionally, they had mistakenly printed one of our pictures on canvas and thrown it in the trash. I was upset me to see my daughter and son-in-law's photo in the trash, and I offered to purchase it as well. I was denied. I will find an alternative location for my photo business and advise you all do the same. read more

the photo section of this walgreens if you have issues the manager isn't helpful or able to properly communicate in my option there are plenty of other places to get family pictures done especially if you need them done properly Staff should handle people personal pictures in higher regard bc they are more than pictures they are memories. Just bc the transaction doesn't cost alot of money shouldn't make staff seem like they couldn't be bothered this is my first ever review I have ever posted good or bad that shows my experience read more
