Got some NyQuil and all was good. Then my daughter needed to use the bathroom. The sign for the bathroom said "bathrooms available upon request" and there was a number pad for the bathroom doors. I went to the front desk to request the code and the employee made sure to finish whatever she was saying with her coworker before asking if I needed something. Then I asked for the code to the door and she said "the bathrooms are not even open" and then she tells her coworker she couldn't remember what she was saying. Rude! read more

Gave up on automated call, after 1hr. Having one caller ahead of me. It's not because they're answering calls. That's apparent. I understand they're busy. They have a very demanding job. However.... Dealing with the need of medication and having to call should also be priority. Hire more help if you need it. The community is depending on you! read more

If I could give a zero rating, I would! This was absolutely THE WORST Walgreens Pharmacy we're ever visited!! We are from out of state, and I had mouth surgery done at W-K Medical Center South. I was discharged today, and my husband went to the closest Walgreens since we're in the system. He was told it would be 3.5 hours for my 3 prescriptions (Augmentin, hydrocodone and some special mouthwash) to be filled. When we went back to pick them up 3.5 hours later, we were told AT THE PHARMACY that they were OUT of the 2 most important ones - Augmentin and hydrocodone! They had both my and my husband's cell numbers ON FILE. Neither of us received a call or text during that entire and miserable 3.5 hour wait informing us that they were unable to fill them. Now, we have to drive 7 hours back to NE Oklahoma while I'm in horrific pain and overdue on antibiotics. This was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! read more

Tried to call before to go to pickup an urgent prescription to see it it ready or not , no answer to the phone ( just automated answer ) , a drove a long way to them then stoped on the pick line for about 30 minutes , the had been told it is not ready and will be ready tommorow . read more

This place is where dreams go to die. Better being a book or something to wait in the line for an hour. Dropped my prescription off at 10 pm at night they said the wait would be an hour and a half. Came back at 5 pm the next day and they STILL hadn't filled my prescription and said it would take ANOTHER hour and half after waiting in the drive through line for an HOUR. read more

Always issues with notifications, delays, wait time is never accurate. So much gas and time wasted with this pharmacy.

When you go to Walgreens, you know what to expect. The same best prices as always and great customer service. The store here is anyways clean and has a friendly, inviting atmosphere. I always feel welcome coming and going here. The pharmacy is very helpful when I or a loved gets sick. They always help me get back on my feet. The fact that it's open 24 hours a day 3 helps allot in case in emergencies. I've had to come late at night to get medicine and I anyways find the same great service and help. read more

I find this Walgreens to be about average as Walgreens go. I've had exceptional service and horrible service here. It depends mostly on the current employees you encounter. Overall the store is kept fairly clean and organized. I wish they were better at getting prices on either the products or the shelves. They are really bad about that during the holidays on seasonal items. Besides their good weekly and seasonal deals, I enjoy having this Walgreens close to me because they are available 24 hours a day when you need something in the middle of the night. Also, they have quick easy access due to their location and entrances from either Mansfield Rd or Burt Kouns and checkout is normally quick. read more

I love Walgreens. This is where I get my prescription filled. I use this place also to pick up quick items I don't want to go to a traditional store and wait in a long line for. The only reason I rate this location a 3 out of 5 stars is because the customer service sucks. The pharmacy techs are rude and the employees are not very friendly either. The worst walgreens pharmacy I've ever been to! It is always stupid busy! The lines in the drive through literally don't move but every twenty minutes. I just needed to resubmit the claim to my son's medication and was waiting for someone to get on the phone for over 30 minutes finally gave up and went inside and waited in line in their to literally be told to wait longer. One of the pharmacist literally eats chips and does the prescriptions disgusting! I'm switching pharmacies ASAP. read more

This pharmacy is so busy and many times I wait in line only to be told that there was a mistake or some confusion. More than half the time I leave without anything. I am switching pharmacies. I will say the employees are nice and never rude. But I am not coming back. read more

I've never been treated so poorly as a customer as by the pharmacy at this location. I was told 30 mins to wait for a Rx. I sat and waited 40-45 mins. then got back in line. Once I got to the counter I was told it wasn't ready because there was an insurance issue and now I had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes for it to be ready. When I asked why I was left to sit waiting less then 10 feet away I was told it was an insurance problem again. I asked again why I wasn't told anything when I sat just over there, I was told to step aside so she could help other customers. I took my business across the street. When this new place had an issue similar to the insurance problem walgreens had I was told "sorry" and they filled it for me in about 5 minutes. That was less time them the rude pharmacy clerk at walgreens left me waiting. read more
