Doing better than the Pierre Bossier location. Central check out up front. Returns in the back within HOME. SALON on site. As of Thursday, December 26th I'm awaiting a salon manager to re-ring my bill so I can get my 15% off my salon bill. This place is brighter with staff that seems more willing to work than Bossier. read more

First off.... omg cleanest Jcp I've ever seen... ( Bossier literals stinks) greatest as soon as I entered, And about 5 other times while shopping... The selection was amazing. And the visual made it seem like a higher end price store but with those amazing low prices and always a bargain for my families needs!!! Please go check it out for yourself!!! read more

Im sorry but my experiences have not been so great! This JcPennys in Shreveport, Louisiana and the one in Bossier City have a habit of posting inaccurate sale signs around their store to lure customers to buy and then get the surprise of MUCH higher price at the check out!!! Today was my 4th time that this has happened! I got there specifically for jewelry today- almost 1pm. See sale signs everywhere- particularly $11.99 sale for $49 earrings! Me and my granddaughters are all excited and then after we have made the selections, the clerk comes by and says "I was out the last few days and these prices are no longer valid." I pointed out that the sign is here and drew us to this area because of them and they are EVERYWHERE!!! She says she will honor the price today ...so we continue to shop. A few moments later she comes by and shows the small print where it stated that the sale ended YESTERDAY! OK, but the sign is still up for the purpose of attracting customers and one minute you say you will honor because you didnt take the sign down (and they are everywhere) excusing yourself for the neglect, then after we continue to shop your word is dishonored! The store had been open for several hours and no signs were down. Customers are being attracted to sales and then you play the sales trickery by not even honoring your word after taking blame for the signs. She's not JCPenny...she's just a sales clerk. Its not her responsibility if she wasnt there to remove it, but management should have checked the store before closing last night to make sure they were all down. Vexed by this whole situation....and the 4th time that they have done this to me (even with management slinging attitudes as if this is their money when they were in the wrong for posting signs inaccurately).... I stormed out the store ANGRY because this is happening far too often and with what used to be such a reputable and quality service company! They are liars! False advertising! Dont care about their customers!! I HATE THIS STORE! If I every buy from this store again it will be online where the price is RIGHT and then I dont have to look or talk or listen to any of their less-than-professional employees ever again! I value customer service to the greatest degree and this store has gone to the pits!. Looks great,,,,,but beware of what you purchase because the prices dont ring out the same at the check out!!! read more

I love the clothes but i'm really getting tired of the customer service at this location. Cashiers act like they'd rather kick you than help you. God forbid you have to make a return... you get sent to the back, and on the off chance someone is back there, they send you to the front, back and forth. Today I needed to exchange a size and was told I couldn't exchange because the pants I got were on sale, and now I'd have to pay full price??? Love the clothes. JCP is my FAVORITE store! I buy my casual, dressy & workout clothes here. They sell good quality clothes and the prices are always good. Every Saturday the store have a "door buster" deals. JCP have name brands like Nike, Liz Claiborne, IZOD,etc. Here you can found cosmetics, electronics, footwear, furniture, housewares and jewelry. JCP cardholders always get extra discounts on purchases! I shop in this store at least twice a month! I highly recommend everyone shopping here! read more

This is a review of the Sephora here. The employee that checked me out had no idea what she was doing and treated me badly when my card declined. Ended up putting my $200 purchase on my debit card so it wasn't a big deal, but I didn't appreciate being treated like trash because the chip reader wasn't approving my card. (I also called my bank after and they said there shouldn't have been any issues or flags.) read more

I dropped one star because they closed the photo studio down at this location, now you can only get pictures of your family at the Pierre Bossier Mall location in Bossier City. Still, all the other stuff holds true from my previous Yelp review. read more
