This is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever been to. And I take a lot of medicine so I've been to a lot of pharmacies. Not only were they rude but my daughter was leaving for Thailand the next morning and she has epilepsy and they took the day before that and an entire day after to tell us they could only fill 5 pills! Not because they were out of stock but because they couldn't get the prescription right and they couldn't have cared less. Despite everything being completely organized with our insurance and our pharmacy at home and at least 10 phone calls between all of us. They had everything they needed and almost caused my daughter to not be able to go on her trip. We finally went out of our way to the hospital at 9 pm and they literally filled them in 5 minutes. My daughter has epilepsy, it's not like she can just skip her meds! WORST pharmacy ever. I do NOT recommend this particular location. read more

This pharmacy doesn't deserve 1 star. The lead technician is rude, dismissive and very disrespectful. When it comes to medication a customer has to consume, the customer should not be dismissed and not given an opportunity to ask questions about the prescription. Furthermore, she handed me another customers medication because she would not listen to what I was trying to explain to her. In turn, the pharmacist tried to cover themselves and make light of the situation by telling me another customer had my same name and same date of birth. Not only was their mixup unacceptable but the disrespect was the most horrific experience from a pharmacy that should be trusted. Very poor customer service experience. I will never go back to the Spring Lake location or refer anyone to it. read more

Giving 5 stars solely because of the pharmacy tech who gave my sister and I our COVID and flu vaccines on November 6th (I work in the area, but don't live in the area so I don't frequent this location). Her name is Nubian B. (Not putting her entire last name for her privacy). My sister and I are both registered nurses so yearly vaccines are our jam. We have also had all of our vaccines throughout our entire lives as well so we are no strangers to getting these injections. This was by far the best experience both of us have ever had. Both of us have had experiences where our injections were given in spots that hit our bones, as well as hit nerves. I did not feel a thing when Nubian gave me my shots. I looked down and was like "you're done!?" I didn't even feel her poke my skin, let alone twice. She knows what she's doing. She's an intramuscular injection wizard. Absolutely terrible customer service. Told prescription ready after 6pm. Get to drive through at 6:20 and told haven't even started. Said to pull into parking spot and will text when ready. I asked time frame and told a while. I asked what a while meant and told an hour to an hour and a half. Completely unacceptable! read more

These guys LOST the prescription for my blood pressure medication. I had to make and pay for a second appointment with only 6 pills left. The only reason I found out about the situation is because this pharmacy robocalled me this morning. I couldn't make it to the phone before it stopped ringing so I called the pharmacy back. I asked what was the robocall regarding. The person that answered said she had no clue why they had called me and was borderline rude and very dismissive. I insisted that she find out what the issue was .. I mean its my health after all right? The robocall was in regard to a completely different prescription. Since I was on the phone with the pharmacy, I asked that my blood pressure and and another prescription be filled. The pharmacy they had the the one prescription but not a refill order for my high blood pressure prescription! I have copies of the transcript with of the doctor visit when these prescriptions were sent in. The transcript indicates that my doctor did indeed call in refill orders for both of my necessary meds. No opiates, no pain meds .. I don't do those. The meds prescribed are the ones that keep me alive and well. With negligence such as this, Walgreens #11693 cannot be trusted with anyone's healthcare. read more

Every time I visit here to get my meds I get terrible service. This time I really wanted Pepto, but didn't want to go into the store while picking up a prescription. & they have it adversities customers can get things through the drive-thru. But, when I asked today if I could get something the lady rolled her eyes & sighed saying, "what do you want?" So, I said just a bottle of Pepto. I'm extremely saddened by what I saw in this store today. I have been a customer of Walgreens for years now and I enjoy shopping here for hair products. When I came in today to look for hair conditioner, I was shocked to see a heading for "specialty hair care" where all of the black hair products were shelved in a section about 1/8 the length of the other shelves, and in the very back of the store. The assistant manager was very nice and understanding when I voiced my concern about this. I can understand not shelving products that don't sell well in a particular area, however the shelves in other stores are categorized alphabetically or by the product, be it shampoo, conditioner, or whatever. I am horrified by this and I won't be shopping at any Walgreens until this changes. Hair that isn't on a Caucasian head is not "specialty," it is hair. Do something about this Walgreens! read more

I have not had such poor service at a Pharmacy in my life. My Mom just got transferred to Walgreens because CVS closed down. She was unfortunately transferred over to this Walgreens. From day one, everything that she never had to pay for in CVS Walgreens would say the insurance will not cover. For example, she needed a pain patch for her arthritis described by her doctor. The Walgreens pharmacist politely informed me that she will have to pay $100 dollars for the remaining prescription and they opened the box and gave me one single patch. Fast forward to today, again she needed a prescription and Walgreens said that the insurance will not pay and we have to pay $69.00 and I must wait twenty minutes to have it filled. I am not sure what the issue is but clearly, Walgreens is out to fleece the senior citizens. I will not recommend Walgreens Pharmacy for anything. read more

Not good experience, the individuals working the counter have spoken many untruths. My prescriptions are there, yet, they say they are not. I maybe old, but, I use my computer and see the prescriptions. 1. Too early for prescription, your insurance won't pay. Fact: last refill was 22 May and it is now 5July, my insurance company told me they never processed. 2. We received the prescription today. Fact: doctor sent electronically 4 days ago and, patient first call was two days ago. Then, 2 days later, it shows these medications change status to on order. Pharmacy does not have. This has been my situation for months. It's insurance - which I have called my insurance - or something I find was not the real story. Today, I am out of medication that was ordered prior to such a situation. Tomorrow, my heart medication. Lawsuit waiting to happen. read more

I'll start with saying that the staff are polite and I can't blame them for the fact that there are just not enough employees to cover the Photo counter and regular check out. Photo counter is also responsive to shipped orders and any other online orders. I usually don't come into the store to shop (especially now with COVID) but I buy things online and pick them up in the store. I was in line today for over 20 min to pick up my order. The problem wasn't too many people in the store but rather one person responsible for checking out all the counters. Nice staff but poor management. read more

Would have given five stars for Jasmin at the pharmacy but Niki's poor management left me a little speechless. Niki in the pharmacy was more worried about her lunch break and the call she needed to make than taking care of guests. (At 2:30, maybe reconsider your time management.) An extremely rude woman called me about some photo prints I had ordered of my family asking if they were professionally done and if I had the rights to print them. All of them were taken with an iPhone except for two which I DO have the permission to print from the photographer. She told me I would need to have copyright printed out for her to even print my photos or she wasn't going to do it. So I'm supposed to drive to the store with copyright permission from photos taken three years ago I've had printed at this exact Walgreens before, for her to then print them for me? Sounds like a lot of hassle for no reason and someone being catty. I'm ordering from a different Walgreens and won't be using this one ever again in the future. Way to put your customers first, thanks for calling to harass me. I would recommend going through another phone company or going to a different Walgreens unless you like to have petty women call you to fight with you about photos lol. read more

I shopped here twice since Nov and each time the staff was always helpful and asking if you needed help. The employees working here are very in tuned to great customer service. The aisles are clean and well stocked also the bathrooms were even clean! This location has their stuff together. read more
