Horrible pharmacy. They have lost my prescription two separate times as well as "filled" my medication for me but when I show up they say they do not have my medication and the medication I'm looking for is out. Did you give my medication that showed it's ready for pickup to someone else? If you try to reach them on the phone it's an absolute joke. Waiting on hold for 17 minutes as the next one in line only for it to be picked up then immediately hung up. After my next pickup for my medication (whenever they decide to get their shipment) I will be switching to a different pharmacy. read more

This drugstore is a great place to shop for your personal stuff as well as a good place to pick up your drugs at if you live in the Mohawk area of Springfield. I have found this place to be terrific if I need to pick up face wash, or deodorant, or if I need advice on how to handle allergy season. The worst Walgreens with the worst customer service and the worst management that I've seen on the west coast of this great country. They fire their employees weekly and complain that they commit reatain any employees in their store when they are the ones removing them. They do not hire enough employees to run the store at any point in time in the day and the manager will hang up on you if you ask her why the store is the way it is. read more

Don't bother using this pharmacy if you have anything else to do with your time. Making an appointment for your vaccine won't help speed things along at all and the pharmacists will treat you like shit, as if this isn't part of their job. I'd give zero stars if I could. It's 2:08pm on a Saturday and they're not back from "lunch" that says they'll be back by 2pm. I called Fred Meyer to ask them to transfer my prescription to them and they said "we will try, but Walgreens never replies". That's a true statement. I work for a physician and they're all terrible to our patients. Not to mention excessively overly priced. What a joke! read more

I've never been a huge fan of Walgreens, as I usually find it to be a boring store. However, I like this particular location. I've been coming in here for quite a long time. The employees are what really make this store great. Everyone is so sweet and helpful when you need it. I've never had a bad experience in here when I need to ask an employee for any help. The cashiers are always smiling. They greet you when you walk in, welcoming you into the store. Sometimes I think that's a little silly, as I'm usually on a mission when I come in, so I don't pay much attention, but it is kind of nice too. They do this survey thing at the end of every receipt, asking you to fill it out and writing their name on it. The one annoying thing about this is that it is time consuming. They print the receipt, circle the survey, write their name on it, followed by a speech about filling it out. I get it and I can see why they do it, but at the same time, if I'm in a hurry, I don't really care about hearing about it. But that is my only big complaint with that. Otherwise, I love the employees in this store. The selection of products in this store doesn't seem to vary any from the other Walgreens locations, but if you watch the ads, you can find some great stuff on sale. Another thing I love is the Oregon Duck gear they carry around fall for football season. I've picked up several great hoodies for the family, and they weren't ridiculously expensive. In the cosmetic section, I've found my favorite face wash, which is a bit more expensive than most stores. But, I know they carry it, so if I can't find it anywhere else, I'll pay the extra cost and pick it up here. They also sell cigarettes and some alcohol, as well as frozen dinners and fresh dairy products. I have never bought any of these items, but I do notice them in here. I don't really buy food items in here, as they don't carry the brands I like. If they did, I would certainly consider it. Cigarettes are cheaper if you buy more than one pack. Seems like they overprice single packs, therefore encouraging you to buy more than one to bring it down to a reasonable price. Would I return? Yes, I would. I've been coming to this store for quite a while, and I have no reason not to return. It is a bit more expensive than Wal-Mart or other grocery/pharmacy store. but it's smaller, great employees, and less painful, no long lines. Went in to get a tobacco products as they are one of only a few places that have the one I want. Get up to the counter and ask to buy it. They then advise me there is no one in the store who can sell it and that includes the manager. How do you offer tobacco/alcohol products yet have no one on shift that can process that transaction. Waste of time and gas to go there for something they offer. read more

I shop here frequently for odds and ends and spend quite a bit on personal care/beauty items. I like being able because I earn points that takes off the price of my next purchase. I've noticed the same kids checking me out over the last year or so. *purchases not me. And yesterday a blond painfully gelled young man ( I worry for his hairline) rang me up. Without greeting me ( whatever, people have their days) He was in the middle of conversation with his "bro" at the picture kiosk. I got the feeling he already felt pressed to have to ring me up in lieu of running over to his pal so they could go over the Catalina Wine Mixer pics. I had about 7 items to purchase plus a bag from the pharmacy . I had him double check 2 items that were placed in the clearance shelf for the correct price. He sighed audibly or let out air from his breathing gills. Checked one ( it was misplaced) so no. I asked him for the price of the second/ and he asked " this one to?" In a slightly pained way. Bunions maybe? I then asked if I had any points. Or maybe I said Can I have a bag for my head? Because he looked stressed. He looked over my head and called out " Be right there Bro/* Why is she still breathing?. In a flat voice to Bro. He jenga stacked all my makeup as I payed then stared at me. Mind you I was completely aware he did not want to be helping me. So I pasted on my nicest smile, stayed sincere and polite the entire time. Until I walked out dropping my new eye shadow and cracking it as it rolled out while I was looking at my receipt. 2 of the other clearance items ( positive) rang up as a regular over priced item causing me to go 20 bux over. And I was too irritated and felt to unwelcomed to go get a refund. read more

By far the BEST Walgreens in Eugene/Springfield area. It comes down to the staff, mainly made up of ambitious young high schoolers looking to take their dreams to higher achievements. After shopping at this store for the past year, I'm taken back by the level of rapport this staff made with me. I was going through immense struggles that none of their staff knew about. Day in and day out they would make me feel better about myself just by acknowledging me when entering the store. I'll never forget that. Now that I moved to Eugene the chances of me running into these cool cats is not likely. That being said I'm forever grateful I got to experience their energy, and kindness. No doubt about it.
