    Self Check out stand.

Just tried to get change at my local Winco foods. Come to find out none of the clerks are authorized to give change and Customer Service went on a break for 15 minutes just when I wanted to get change for the vending machine. I asked in three different ways and was turned down flat three strikes out. Not a good customer experience for someone who had just purchased through the self check out and got some return cash in order to spend more money on the vending item.

This is a destination every time I return home because there are so many great products for so cheap! We like to load up on bulk foods such as quinoa which is roughly 1/3 the price we usually pay! It's also a great place to refill herbs and spices, we especially like the Chinese 5 spice and chipotle mixes. The produce prices are great and there is a huge selection of dairy products. The only downside is no credit cards, but with prices this low we'll gladly use our debit card.

25-50% less expensive than Albertsons. May not have as wide of a selection, but prices are reasonable

Love Winco! Amazing prices! Lines can get long and may take time but the prices outweigh the waiting! Wish we had a Winco on Oahu!!

We spent a few minutes browsing, and left with some fresh product and fun items. In particular, I bought an heirloom tomato which was orders-of-magnitude higher quality than what I can get at a mainstream grocery store. I used it to make some tomato sandwiches, and it delivered. I don't know where they sourced it, but I'd guess it may be a local farm. They also had some good quality bananas and other produce staples. The staff person who checked us out was friendly. It was the sort of store that I maybe wouldn't go to every day for family groceries (I'd guess a bit too expensive for my everyday tastes), but I would definitely stop in to browse and get some fun things every now and again.

It's very homey inside, and they even have cute little carts. The service has always been impeccable as well. I am continually impressed by how they stock the store with the limited space they have. I hope some day they can expand into one of the spaces next to them, and take the little store to the next level.

Parking is a little janky if you're not used to the area, but this grocery store is otherwise a hidden gem! It might be run of the mill for locals; I'm not sure if this is a large chain that's all over the place or if it's less common, but the produce, meat, and cheese departments blew me away. I just want to rave a bit about this particular section of the store - most everything else was similar to what your expect. I've never seen such a large selection of items in a grocery store deli before... it was honestly slightly overwhelming to pick just a few items to try. There are individually wrapped chunks of tons of different types of cheeses, dried meats and prepackaged ones, accoutrements like breadsticks, olives, mini jelly and jam jars, and more. It was amazing. The bakery case was a whole other story... I have the biggest sweet tooth and can't get enough of baked goods, and their displays were absolutely gorgeous. I unfortunately didn't purchase anything from this section, but I can only imagine it's delicious lol. Checking out was easy as it usually is when grocery shopping and the lady that helped me out was friendly, so I really had absolutely nothing to complain about during my extremely brief visit to this super cool store.
