This place would rather have a pharmacy battle from across the street with the next pharmacy, then to figure out how to help a kid who sick. The employees were very rude over the phone. The only person that was helpful was the pharmacist. I transferred our prescriptions fast.... read more

If you actually need your prescription I recommend you use a different pharmacy. I can understand being slammed with a lot of people but in what world is it ok to be waiting 2 days for a medical that you are need asap. They never answer the phone, had to call the manger of the store and have them patch me thru. When I was actually able to speak to anyone they told me to show up closer to 6 (when they close the pharmacy) and all my medication would be ready. When my wife showed up for the medication they told her they didn't have the only medication that I actually needed and that we would have to pick it up tomorrow. Now here we are today I show up and the medication still isn't ready. Last time I ever use this pharmacy. read more

This pharmacy sucks! Long waits and they never answer the phone. Same excuse we are short Staffed well hire more people. This is the only pharmacy that takes a long time to answer calls if they even do. read more

Do not get your prescriptions filled here. My youngest son went to Urgent care yesterday. He needed antibiotics to fight this sickness. My husband and son came back this morning and still not ready. I came after work. Waited in this long line about an hour only one person working. They were 3 other people doing what ever in the back by the pharmacist. At the least help customers and knock the line down. The lady say it still not ready. They have had his prescription almost 24 hours. And you're telling me it's not done and you're running behind. Oh I tried called numerous times and was out on hold for 20 minutes and phone just rings and rings. Seriously this place is a joke. I would never come to this place again. I gave it 0 star but it won't let me have the option. I need corporate office number. I'm very disappointed with their customer service and waiting period. read more

Pharmacy dept is horrible!!! They are rude and not helpful at all, I call and get placed on hold which I don't mind I'm sure they are helping other customers but then I get transferred where I don't know, phone rings rings and rings and someone picks up and hangs up! Do not attempt to get your vaccinations at this Walgreens. Made appointments online and pharmacy staff had no clue about them. Waited in line and then was told the pharmacy was closed from 5:30-6pm for meal break. Their system let us make appointments at 5:45?? Why?? We were told we had to come back after 6pm. Did not go back. Waste of time. Never coming back to this pharmacy. Made appointment with CVS. read more

The pharmacy staff here doesn't do one bit more than they have to. They answer questions before actually researching the correct info/answer. There have been several times that I've called and was told one thing and then when I show up it's another. Don't dare calling 15 minutes before closing because they will answer the call and place you on hold until the pharmacy is closed. Wow, an hour and 30 minutes standing in line for the pharmacy...like I don't even know what to say but wow

This is the worst pharmacy ever! It's always a hassle to get them to fill what is supposed to be your average prescription from my doctor. I try to always use the Walgreens app to get them started on my prescription, but it often requires me to call the pharmacy. This is where the problem begins because this pharmacy's staff has this very terrible habit of hanging up the instant you get through to them after waiting for so long on the phone to speak to someone. I call back immediately and they either place you on hold some more or hang up on you. I keep using them as my primary pharmacy out of convenience since it's near home, but I'm starting to feel it's not worth the hassle dealing with such terrible employees. I'd rather drive further to another pharmacy company if it means getting competent and proper customer service. Walgreens corporate really needs to consider getting rid of the staff there because they're really ruining the Walgreens brand. I highly suggest corporate try test calling this Walgreens at different times of the day so they can experience first hand how terrible the employees manage their phone system. I was much happier with their direct competitor and I'm going to have to switch back to them even if it means having to drive further from home. No one should have to endure the hassle of dealing with their bad customer service and terrible phone etiquette. Fire them all! You need competent employees who actually know how to answer a phone and not hang up the instant you finally get through! read more

Made an online order, sent my significant other to go and pick it up. Mind you i listed his name as the person to pick it up. I marked that I was there on the app, it says they are getting the order. In the store no one can see or find my order. They are saying it's not in the system they can't find it. I give my boyfriend the order number they still can't find it. Mind you in the app it states that my order is ready and they are retrieving it. Finally they say that it's not in stock. So why would they allow me to purchase it. I call customer service and get my money back. Two days later the manager calls me and tells me that she is going to check to see if they have it in Stock so I can get the item for free, she said she will call me back and let me know when to pick it up.I said ok. It has been 9 days never got the call back to go and get the medicine or to even say unfortunately it's not in stock. There is no customer service at this place. It's a horrible example of how to treat your customers. The workers obliviously do not care and what's even worse the management doesn't care either!! read more

Staff are rude...can't even ask them a question or some/most of the staff that work there get an attitude with you. I have only encountered 2 staffs that work there that are nice. I have called this Walgreens several times to check if they had a certain product in stock and I first said that I had a question and the staff said in a rude tone, " ok and what's your question ". Terrible, pharmacist can't count on a calendar to refill medication. No auto refill and nothing is ever ready when you get there. Will give you a partial fill of your meds then use a refill to give you the rest. Pisses of your dr when they do that. Terrible service going to sacramento. Was going to leave a great review because the pharmacy said they would have my prescription within an hour. They didn't and told me that they have 43 prescriptions in front of mine (after I waited in the drivethru for 40 minutes). The manager ended up helping me (after I went home) but the pharmacy is terrible! read more
