The pharmacist and the ladies who work there truly care about their customers. Your scripts are filled within 10 minutes; the pharmacist will meet you there on a Sunday or holiday if you need emergency meds, they will call your dr and insurance with a level of patience unseen other places; and if you become a regular customer, Brent will make sure your meds are always in stock. As if being a great pharmacy, that knows their customers personally, isn't enough, their clothing section has as good or better prices than discount stores like Marshalls or tj Maxx! Need a quick bday gift? They've got a great selection of toys, soaps, candles, shoes, jewelry, purses, men and women toiletries and more. These are the kind of local businesses we should support to make sure we keep them around.

I have been a customer for decades. I will now be switching to CVS…read more Long story ahead with my latest personal experience. About few months ago, my 10 month old daughter had an antibiotic prescribed. When I picked it up, they handed me 3 full bottles. Upon further inspection, I realized they had DOUBLED the dosage on the label.... instructing me to give my baby double the daily dosage that was prescribed... I called and was told that "the system did the math wrong." I continued going there despite this huge mistake because I prefer to support small and local. However, my baby now has RSV. I dropped off her script for 2 medications. I asked how long it would be and was told 20-25 minutes. I come back an hour later, only to wait 42 additional minutes, being told over and over "they're working on it." Finally, someone gives me one of the medications saying the pharmacist wanted to consult the doctor about the second prescription. I was only able to leave with one. I get home and see that the one I left with had a sticker saying that only some of the medication was in the bottle and the rest was missing. I called to ask what in the world this meant. She said that they were out and I would be called the next day to pick up the remainder. Not sure why I was not told this in person. A few hours later, I was able to go get the medication that the pharmacist needed to question my daughter's pediatrician on. Shockingly, I never got the call the next day to come pick up the missing medicine. I called first thing the morning after I was supposed to receive the call. I was told that I could come get it in a few minutes. No apology. No explanation. This is definitely not the stuff that I am able to deal with while having a baby with RSV. I told them that I had a baby with RSV and that's what the medication was for. They couldn't have cared less. They continued to have me wait almost an hour in the drive thru with a screaming baby in pain.
