The customer service is always friendly and helpful, and the staff is knowledgeable when it comes to answering any medication related questions. That said, there can be occasional delays when picking up prescriptions, and I've found it's important to stay on top of your refills. Sometimes the prescriptions aren't filled automatically or on time, so I usually call ahead to make sure everything is in order. A quick check-in can save you some time. Store: The store itself is always clean, organized, and well stocked. From the front register to the pharmacy counter, the staff are consistently professional and courteous. I also use the FedEx shipping service at this location, and it's always been a smooth and quick process,they scan your package and you get a text confirmation almost immediately. When to walgreens to fill a good iraq's prescription for nicotine patches. Walgreens told me I needed to have an actual prescription for my doctor so I traveled over Twenty miles to my doctor's office to get the prescription. When I return to walgreens , after putting my information in the computer, Cashier told me that they no longer take good R.X prescriptions for over the counter meds, when they knew all along that this Good RX coupon was specifically for Nicoderm patches, which are always over the counter!!! They simply refused to honor their own coupon with Good RX! I contacted walgreens corporate office and they said they would take care of it as they still take good RX for over-the-counter meds. I was told someone from corporate would call me but last night at 9:30, I got a phone call from that very walgreens in Tamarac, again telling me they would know longer accept over the counter with their own Good RX coupon! Buyers beware , if you have medications that your insurance requests a prescription for but are over the counter at Walgreens, they will not honor it! UPDATED REVIEW: On 04/12/2020, I went in looking for a couple of things for my grand babies and ended up shopping for mami and getting two free Easter products due to the promotion they had. It was buy four items, excluding Hallmark cards, and get 1 free. The wait at checkout was a bit long, as they only had one associate, but she was very helpful and took the time for personal attention with the customers. Who doesn't like that personal touch when you have questions on OTCs and other products! Also, although everyone in the store had masks and gloves, I really like how they protect their customers with the distancing stickers on the floor. There is no mistake in not staying away for the required 6-ft. distance, when there are markers, but the round stickers look way better than the colored tape. Altogether, I had a very pleasant experience!! ------------------------- Always excellent service! Today it was by a young man named Jose. Shout out to him for caring enough to let me know at checkout that I had two separate items on sale; BOGO. I would give them zero stars if I could for their lack of customer service and follow up. I ordered a picture to print online and received an email that it was ready for pick up. (This was Saturday morning). I get there on Monday and they tell me that I need a release signed by my photographer (it was a wedding picture) even tho I was able to show them a contract that stated that the pictures were mine to use. They said that they normally call and let people know about the print release and they were not sure what happened, even two days later with no follow up call. I asked why they sent an email that it was ready for pick up when it wasn't and they didn't have a good answer. The "manager" who came over was unapologetic and was not helpful at all. We went down the block to CVS where we were able to print with no problems. We agreed to terms and conditions stating that we had rights to print the picture and that was it. So much easier. Walgreens has officially lost all my business due to their lack of communication and crappy customer service. You can thank your "manager" Idra. read more

This pharmacy is extremely incompetent. They take too long to fill a prescription (even if you sit and wait for it). You must call to check up on it, not that matters because each representative gives a different inaccurate answer. People are coming in to a pharmacy to get medication because they are sick and the fact that they give inaccurate answers, lack urgency and a few of the pharmacist/techs are rude is unacceptable. Bad experience made better by associate. Irvins, cashier, was polite and apologetic for rude manager. He deserves 10 stars. I informed Roberta, manager, that I needed receipt, I was only given a coupon. She said receipt was digital. I told her I always get a printed receipt. Especially since I used my debit with cash back. The transaction did not yet show up on my bank app. It took manager 20-30 minutes to print out a receipt, and she seemed irate over having to give me a hard copy receipt. Cashiers are nice, but managers very often seem upset when asked for assistance at this location. read more

**This review is only for the UM clinic within this Walgreens** I came here with hives all over my body. The Nurse Practitioner at the Walgreens looked at the marks and said "oh you have hives". Thank you so much, genius. Then as I continued telling her I didn't eat anything new and I don't remember touching anything odd, she told me she needed to get my information if this is going to be an "actual visit". I told her I didn't know what that meant because I paid outside in the kiosk for an actual visit with a doctor. She said "oh" and then proceeded to take my insurance info and ID info again. Then as I told her the medications I am on, she looked each one up on her phone. I saved the best part for last...she told me to go to aisle # to get hydrocortisone cream. I had to ask her to prescribe me something stronger...so she gave me a slightly stronger hydrocortisone cream prescription (which also did NOTHING.) I asked for some sort of pill or antibiotic (I've taken them for hives before) and she told me she doesn't feel comfortable giving me any pills for hives because she's not my doctor. read more

The store is clean and laid out conveniently. However this is not a pleasant store to visit. This store's employees seem to only care about their own position and department, not willing to help with anything outside of their expected role. I picked up a photo here and the store clerk, inside of getting up from stocking the floor to help find the photo desk clerk, she just pointed over to the photo counter and said wait there. Then I came back for a health screening at the healthcare clinic and my appointment was at 10:30am. It is now almost 11:30am. I would've scheduled at a different time had I known it would fall into a different time frame. I don't tend to shop in Walgreens as I think their prices are high. In this instance I was very pleasantly surprised. I was due for a vaccine and don't have a doctor so I went to the pharmacy. It took a while to get registered but everyone was very nice. If you ever need a vaccine, go see Ramona. She was so gentle, I never felt a thing and on top of that, she was really nice. I will go back to her. They turned a stressfil experience into something I will do again... when needed. read more

I ordered photos online and they were suppose to be ready at 550 so I get to the store at 545 and walk around for 10 mins shopping, at 555 I go to the counter to pick up my photos. I'm standing there for about a minute and a half before someone greeted me. It was a manager. She assisted me and came back to me and let me know they're just now printing.. seriously? At 550 my photos were suppose to be ready for pick up. I was annoyed and she saw that, she apologized THEN went on to put the blame on whoever was there earlier.. I understand people are there to just get paid not do any work but come on you're a freaking manager how did this slip by not only you, but the day manager too.. I went into the clinic on Wednesday with a problem with my foot. Not only was my wait very short, but the woman who was there was so sweet and amazing! I don't know if I should mention her name so I won't but she was literally concerned and was very compassionate. I felt so comfortable and was treated with respect and like I mattered! Good service when you get to be helped but under staffed especially at the pharmacy. There is only one lady taking care of the inside counter and the drive-in window so of course the wait is always long and she is doing the best she can! There is always a line inside especially during the daytime. Today I went to get a prescription and mine was the fourth car in line at the drive thru after waiting for 15 minutes I drove away. This is a neighborhood walgreens. My husband fills all his prescriptions at Walgreens. He had a very bad accident abd sustained a serious head i jury. The hospital sent him home from trauma with a script fo percocet. We went to this walgreens and were told by a rude pharm tech that they didnt have any. I am literally sitti g in tje car with my husband witj his head bandaged like a mummy and the pharm tech rudely tells me to go check other walgreens. I said can u tell us where to go because i cant go driving all over the county with him like this. .. she refused to help. Done with this place. I took the script to CVS where i fill my meds and they filled it for him right away. I am told by pharmacy friends that walgreens tells customers they dont gave these drugs causr the dont want any new pain patients.
