Awful service. I have waited 3 days for my RX and after 2 calls finally switched to PUBLIX. I received no updates and the last call I waited over 15 minutes and was till #2 in line for someone to answer. They need a major service overhaul. read more

Horrible customer service. Old cashier lady with show hair is very unprofessional and lazy. She walks away from counter anytime their is customers coming in. Don't apply for a job if you're not fit for it. Start hiring more 20 year olds instead of people who should be retired. read more

My insurance was paying 100% of my Prescription costs towards the end of 2025 until Walgreens "refused" to refill a 90 day supply of Linzess due for refill on 12-23 25. The pharmacy finally filled it on 1-2-26, that's an eleven day delay folks. This delay caused me to pay $66.00 for that prescription at the beginning of the New Year instead of my insurance covering it as long as it was filled at the end of 2025. The Pharmacist's pathetic excuse that they didn't have it in stock and could not obtain Linzess prior to 2026 just does not fly. I was then suddenly informed on 1-2-2026 that "Oh yes, we have plenty of that in stock in our Pharmacy supply and we will fill it right away." I will be contacting Corporate Headquarters about this matter and trust that they will look into this situation. In my opinion, this should never have occured, this prescription would have been fully covered by my insurance in 2025 so the motivation for the Walgreen Pharmacy's behavior is nothing less than a complete mystery to me. read more

Waited in drive thru for 15 mins behind another two cars. Could hear the exchange telling the woman her prescription was not ready but was not asked to move. Gave up, went inside, two people waiting, one person working. Another few minutes, no progress. Complete nonsense. It's busy season, keep another employee on. read more

I've never experienced a more inept pharmacy. The lines are always terrible. I get to the window they give me a time to come back, I arrive back at that time the prescriptions are not ready after waiting in line for 45 mins. Then they tell me they don't even have the one I need after going there twice in one day and assured it would be filled. Try to call you're on hold for an hour yes literally A FULL HOUR. They need more help and more experienced staff. read more

They always fill my prescription timely and correctly. I love the phone system that is automated and notifies you when your prescriptions are ready. They have a drive-through so it's very convenient too. I've been in the store and do like the variety of items from goodies to make-up to gifts to some clothing items and much more. The staff is always helpful and kind too. read more

I called the pharmacy on Oct 22nd at 7 pm and asked for a prescription as it had expired. The pharmacist said they couldn't t fill it till the contacted my doctor. I called back on Oct 23rd at 3pm. The pharmacist said the had the medication and would fill the 2 prescriptions. I came in 1.5 hrs later at 4:30 pm the male pharmacist said the second prescription had not been filled and he would take care of it. I waited in my car and he charged me for what I thought waere my 2 prescriptions. I did further errands got home had dinner and at 8 15 went to take my medicine. I discovered on one prescription had been filled. At that point I called the Wallgreensand was put on hold. Now I had been on hold both times I had called previously for at least 15 minutes each time. As I wanted I realized the closed at 9 pm so I dove to the pharmacy. Still on hold I watched the pharmacist pick up and drop my call twice. I continued to hold. She finally asked what I needed and what had happened. She asked if I wanted my prescription. We'll yes of course I did. She charged me and gave me my prescription and card. I told her I was on hold for 30 minutes and at this point it was 3 minutes till 9 I then told her that her customer service sucked. I will not be back and I will tell this story to everyone in my senior cicle. It would be nice if your pharmacy staff were more compitent and showed just a touch of telephone ettiquitte.i mean really try to multi task or pay for more or better staff.. read more

I want to write a positive review because the staff at this pharmacy go above and beyond. This location is my regular spot and I find the pharmacy staff and cashiers here to be friendly and truly have the patience of a SAINT! If there's long lines it's because there's a lot of people in need of medicine. I honestly don't know how the staff manage to keep up with the constant flow of people but they try to help as many and as quickly as possible. Thank you Walgreens staff for all our pharmacy needs! read more

Worst system of personnel to work the front end check out. Wait in line, then when it's your turn you will wait some more while they handle the FedEx drop off that just walked in, then wait longer when they take the phone call. Whatever happened to handling the customer IN FRONT OF YOU TRYING TO MAKE PURCHASES? I ended up canceling my $26 purchase to be just the 39 CENT photo order. Terrible phone service. I received a text message to call the pharmacy regarding a prescription that I refilled. I requested the refill online but apparently there was a problem with filling it. I called the number referenced in the text message and was told to hold, there was 1 caller ahead of me. After 20 minutes on hold I was cut off. During that 20 minutes a clerk picked up 5 times and told me to continue holding. He was so quick I was not given a chance to say anything. This pharmacy is always backed up. I will consider changing to another location. Very frustrating! read more

It's a Walgreens on a major intersection. The parking lot always has several cars in it, but you never have to wait too long to get checked out or get a prescription filled. I have to say the employees there are pretty much the norm from what I have come across in the few different locations in a 25 mile radius. read more

I would go lower but it will not let me. This store is horrible, they say your prescription will be ready at a certain time, It never once was. Always takes an extra 15 to 30 minutes. If you do go here, the drive through takes priority. Would recommend going elsewhere though. read more

The worst problems with this prescriptions. Never have them ready even after we get calls telling us that they are ready. I have been up there five times in three days. Never have the prescription that we need. They are always out or just will give us five pills. Was told to go to the Walgreens at 41 and Center Road and transferred the wrong prescription. Transferred it back and they closed the script. Told us to contact the doctor after this was a mistake on Walgreens. Yesterday the lady told me she didn't have time to stand and explain the problem to me she had to unpack supplies. Rude and very unprofessional. VERY time I go there is a problem. Literally a problem with 80% of my prescriptions that have nothing to do with doctors or authorizations. Also, half the time I get texts when prescriptions are done and half the time I don't. Then to add insult to injury I've shown up times when they said it was ready and it's not and they tell me it will take at least an hour so I have to make a second trip. Did I mention the time they filled one and couldn't find it? Management needs some real help!! This is over a year and I have chronic illness so I'm on a good deal of meds so these aren't flukes they are incompetence. read more

I am 37 years old and went in with my wife while she bought her cigarettes. I forgot my wallet at home. A douche named Kevin and the asshole manager Brett caused all sorts of problems for no reason . I have been shopping there for ten years and even know some of the staff by first name. I have gray hair and am obviously not under 18 years old . My family spends thousands of dollars a year in medicine at this place only for them to cause a scene and embarrass us. Eat a bag of dicks I won't shop here again read more

Enough, dog biscuits in the tray you get your prescriptions in, the pharmacy tech is handing out unwrapped dog biscuits to customers at the drive in window, the #$^%# dog is leaning over to pick it out of the tray, the tech is handling other's prescriptions after handing dog food: is this all appropriate. For gosh sakes I don't my prescriptions handled by unwashed hands that have been handling dog food, this is a pharmacy not Pet Smart, hey Walgreens do you know what crap goes into these biscuits and how sanitary it is? This is a disgusting habit at more than one Walgreens. I want my cat to get Kibbles or my pet bird to get feed when I go to the pharmacy! read more
