They never answer the phone. They just put you on hold and then eventually the call drops. This is my health! You people disgust me.

I have been waiting in line at the pharmacy, have only moved up twice in the past thirty minutes and still have six customers in front of me. Ridiculous wait times, poor staffing levels, and misappropriation of said staff. Try another pharmacy if you value your time and/or have any conditions which may become aggravated with extended stand times. read more

Worst Walgreens ever. Very rude and wait times are ridiculous. My mom went for her second covid vaccine and they told her that there was no history of her getting the 1st one. We showed them proof of the 1st and 2nd appointment. They made us wait while they went through piles of paperwork. Finally they found it. I need proof to go back to work and they can't provide me with this because they can't find the lot number. Something as sensitive as Covid 19. You think they would be prepared and have customers files up to date. When I called I was told they were to busy to look for it. This should not have to become my problem. We as customers put our lives and trust in their hands. Something needs to be done with this pharmacy and their customer service sucks. read more

This is probably the worst pharmacy ever. The workers seem to move slow on purpose and are completely incompetent. They don't know what they're doing and probably have no actual training on insurance verification. You wait 25-30 minutes in line whether you walk in or drive thru. Also, it's beyond pointless that they have a number to call. I was placed on hold for 40 minutes, someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. I called back again waited for another 20 minutes where they just kept answering the phone and kept putting me on hold without addressing me. Overall, this place is trash. read more

Not happy at all with the short female manager. I went to do my monthly western union and the very nice old guy cashier made the mistake of ringing it up as cash, but I paid with a debit card. This ment it went through, but he was short $100.00 in cash. I tried to explain to the female manager that I had a 12 hour work day and promised the Mexican orphanage I would send them money today. I was tired and would come back tomorrow because I had no cash on me. She was not having it and demanded it now and called me a dumb ass. At that point I took the receipt and left. I was not about to let the children go without another day because the cashier made a mistake. The next day I gave the $100.00 to the kind and polite cashier. I wanted to tell the manager she needs to work on her people skills. She could have been a lot more professional. If it wasn't for the cashier I would not have returned with the money but I like the old guy. He has been there forever and is a good soul. She should be let go or at least transfered read more

This pharmacy has to be one of the worst customer experiences someone can find themselves in. The average phone call seems to take over 15 minutes and drive thru averages at best 35 minutes per car. All of this while there's people waiting inside for an hour or more in lines that have less than 5 people...and their goto solution is come back tomorrow and see if our system is fixed by then. Was scheduled for my vaccine at 4:39 waited until 6pm. Only to get snubbed by another patient who was scheduled at 5:30 due to the color of his skin. Was literally told by management that the other patient was waiting longer. I was there much longer and I called out the pharmacist I was kicked out and told that the police were coming for calling the worker the f word. A word and only once. This is racist facility and will be calling the news on them until they are fired. read more

Unfortunately this Walgreens is right by my house and my "last minute resort". Does anyone even work here? There's never an employee to be found. The store itself smells bad. There's always panhandlers harrassing anyone coming or going. Carts from Winco are flying across the Walgreens parking lot. It's just a hot mess. read more

Very slow, long lines in the pharmacy here. They just do not staff adequately. Someone from Walgreens corporate needs to investigate this store. We recently had a prescription for cough medicine for the kids. They were out. No problem, we think. Just have the doctor phone in something equivalent that is in stock. The problem: my insurance will only pay for the medicine that they are out of stock with. Can they call another Wal-Greens? Nope, they are all out, and they won't be getting any for weeks. Can they check with other suppliers? Nope, because wal-Greens only works with certain suppliers. It was pretty much a big f-you to my family, and to top it all off the pharmacist argued with me when I told him this is why we need single payer healthcare and stringent regulations on pharmacies and suppliers. read more

The most incompetent pharmacy department I have ever dealt with in my entire life. My dr's office had to fax then 4x for them to actually get my refill, they always have like 1 person working and there is always a line up of like 10 or more people. Forget trying to call them, I have to wait on the phone for like 20 mins every time, it's a complete and utter joke how badly this pharmacy is managed, someone should loose their job. read more

I always enjoy visiting walgreens store because of the values they have and the friendly/professional Staff. I know when it comes to picking up medication it can take a while due to them not having enough personnel available which is why I gave four stars in stead of five. Once they address the long wait time for meds then I will up it to five. read more

I came in to get a few beauty products 10 minutes before the store was scheduled to close and I as soon as I stepped foot in the door I was not only greeted by one person but TWO! So that impressed me right away. I was directed to the aisle that I would find the products I was seeking. Once, I was done browsing I went up to the front register where I was greeted by a VERY NICE and FRIENDLY employee. He not only helped me with my transaction but also signed me up for Walgreens rewards card and informed me of my savings. AWESOME. After the transaction was complete the clerk even walked me to the exit to ensure that I got to my car safely because I mentioned being nervous about going outside alone. VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. Not only was I happy with finding everything I needed, the staff made me feel SAFE. I hope management reaches out to this employee for a job well done. THANK YOU! Looking forward to my next great experience. I've always loved Walgreens for their cosmetics. I've been shopping at this store for the past few months since I moved here and have had a decent experience. Last time I was here about a week ago I was apprehensive about buying a new hair product I've never tryed and the cosmetics employee ensured me I can try it out and return it if I didn't like it. It turned out not to be what I was hoping for, so today I returned to the store to return it and purchase my usual hair product (for a much higher price). The man at the counter who seemed to be a manager denied the return and said that I had used too much of the product (it was a very small bottle and I used it twice). I guess that's what I should've expected in Victorville. So much for customer service. I will not be giving this store anymore of my business. Their loss!! read more

The cashier Don took his time to make sure that my gift card was loaded with the exact amount & he even showed me on the receipt. & although, it is self explanatory, I think the fact that he even took time to do that was pretty awesome. read more

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is always a long wait weather it be drive thru or walk in... Sometimes the employees don't even acknowledge you in the drive thru window... WORST PHARMACY EVER! If I could give zero stars, I would! I called in to find out the status of an antibiotic that was out of stock and when they would get more. In addition, I needed to refill my prescriptions. I got put on hold numerous times, then someone picked up and obviously didn't know what she was doing... got halfway through my order and put me on hold again but not before telling me that my rx didn't exist even though I refill it every month. I was put on hold multiple times before being hung up on (25 minutes according to the timer on my phone). Then I called back and was finally picked up after 19 minutes of the obnoxious hold queue. The pharmacist asked me if I could hold and actually gave me time to answer to which I replied "no, I could not since this was now a 40 minutes endeavor". He was annoyed that I would not hold based on his tone and the. Told me "hopefully your antibiotics will be in tomorrow but I don't know". Good grief! They are understaffed and have the worst customer service ever. It doesn't matter what time of day you go, be prepared to wait 30 minutes or more for help! Walgreens needs to look into this pharmacy. read more
