If you have a pet, rest assured they do not care if it's medication is on time even if its life or death. Giving over a week to concoct a compound is never enough. When you call to check on the prescription they get rude. The fact they have little competition makes them treat their compounding customers like dirt, and not like the good kind of dirt either.

Instead of telling me kindly where it was located or the price the box was shoved in my face and I was told "it's right here". Never again! This is supposed to be one of the more professional establishments but I'm happy to make a considerable drive than to deal with young unprofessionals who have zero curiosity or customer relations. The staff at this pharmacy are rude, unfriendly and downright nosey. I was asked twice what I take some of my medications for. That's none of their business. The lines are always long and the staff slow. When you call the pharmacy you are greeted with "Hold please". The staff never comes back on the line and you're forced to hang up and call back. This pharmacy takes 2 days to fill important meds and most times you have to wait for your prescriptions. On Saturday and Sunday they do not fill any type of pain pills I was told. I have transferred from this pharmacy zoo and am so happy I never have to see any of their unkind ugly faces again!! Thanks WAlmart for making me leave! I love my new pharmacy and they can fill a script in 1 day!! And they fill all meds on weekends and have a DRIVE THRU@ Pity the poor people still going there. Don't get there at 9 am. Evidently the clock struck 1:30 and they closed the sliding cage door saying it was break time! I had to jerk my hand and phone back out of the way!!! This was extremely rude behavior and I will be moving my 9 monthly prescriptions to a new pharmacy!
