Very poor experience despite having an appointment. I called over a week in advance to ask whether I should make an appointment or walk in. I was explicitly told I must make an appointment, so I did--scheduled for March 2nd at 11:00am. When I arrived and checked in, there was one appointment ahead of me and five walk-ins. By 11:30, staff began taking additional walk-ins instead of honoring scheduled appointments. When I politely mentioned that I had an 11:00am appointment, the lab tech responded rudely and told me I would have to wait, without explanation. If this location operates on a first-come, first-served basis, appointments are misleading and a waste of patients' time--especially for those who have taken time off work. I understand delays happen, but basic courtesy and clear communication matter. I ultimately had to leave and will not be returning. read more

I know Walgreens has always been a little pricey. It is the closest thing to my house and the selection is not great. They are always very low or out of diapers. It has been this way for months. You would think that they would order a bigger stock but eight times out of 10. I am disappointed when I go here. Staff are not helpful. read more

The pharmacy techs disconnect your calls or transfer you to a never ending recording. My prescription is always delayed because it is never in stock. My husband's pain medication for cancer was called into this pharmacy 12 days ago, and nothing. I'll have to go there and stand in a long line, not knowing if I'll be able to get the prescription. If I could give negative stars, I would. Every visit to this Walgreens pharmacy involves waiting at least 15 minutes--minimum. My most recent experience was the final straw. I had called earlier in the day and spoke to someone who was incredibly rude, but they assured me my prescription would be ready by 4 PM. I didn't arrive until 6 PM, giving them plenty of time. When I got there, I was told I had to wait for the pharmacist. I ended up waiting an entire hour--only to be told my medication wasn't ready and I couldn't get it until the next day. I explained that I was already supposed to have received it two days prior, but their system always causes delays with this specific medication. I also mentioned that the medication causes me side effects, and I could literally hear the pharmacist talking to someone else, speculating about which side effects he thought I was experiencing. No sir--you were wrong. I had an important exam the next day and needed that medication. They eventually handed it over, but only after I pushed back. I'll never know if they simply weren't ready or just didn't want to give it to me--but I will never return, and I strongly encourage others to go elsewhere. Can't leave negative numbers so... 1 it is. The corporate manager for this region tells me that they are a business yet he doesn't even care about the store staff committing HIPPA violations! Don't go here they will eventually give your personal medical information to some stranger! Also they lie like a goddamn rug and play games with meds especially with quantity especially when it's a large pill count... They'll short you and tell you tough, you should have counted the pills before you left as if that is an acceptable or practical thing to do when you have several bottles with 100+ pills in them. read more

Do not get your prescriptions here unless you have an hour to wait in line to get it. Doesn't matter if you go in or wait in the drive through it will take forever and a day they have people there but they are just standing around not helping with one guy bouncing between the car and in person lines. I had an appointment for a vaccine this morning and had one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL experiences as a consumer. Walgreens pharmacy was a true cluster. I made an appointment for my vaccine and arrived early. Was waiting for the appointment when a "Karen" went up to the counter and stated she had an appointment later in the morning but could not make it..can they work her in. She was worked in, in front of me. I go to the counter and ask this young girl who was registering me the ETA on my appointment, as I too have a job and as a professional made an appointment. The girl was very cheeky and explained how the woman and I had appointments at the same time .... which was a LIE. She then self corrected when I told her I had been there and witnessed the interaction. She replied that she just got there--no kidding?? She went on to explain how though my appointment was at 9, it takes time to mix the vials and do the paperwork. (We are now 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment - spare me your rambling - just say you messed up) Now, this is the same girl that said the lady and I had the appointment at the same time, right? She also had me complete paperwork that I completed online telling me this was different paperwork. Wrong again. So, when I do go back to the patient room, which is approximately 5 X 5, the administrator of the vaccine had NO MASK! OMG, I looked up and was in such shock that I could not even react and get myself away from her. UNBELIEVABLE FOR A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. Why do i have to wait 40 minutes for a prescription? Because they closed all windows inside... this is absolutely absurd i wanted to make a quick stop since i'm recovering from surgery and picking up meds for that surgery just to wait in pain. There service is a clear indication not only do they have no regard for customers but lie as well. My girlfriend has been seeing the same doctor as well as getting the same scripts since 2006. Today seen the doctor,took scripts to Walgreens,,, received 2 texts say meds were ready for pickup but when she went to pick them up ,not only treated bad ,but also told she could not get them till Monday .this happen all the time. They gave me the run around about filling a prescription after they told me it was at another location on 56 get to 56 they say it's on 54 where I just came from. Always have my medication when I need something filled. Sometimes they take a little longer on filling prescriptions but do a fantastic job otherwise and I'd rather the prescription be filled correctly than rushed. Busy most of the time as it's on a major roadway. Thank you for always going the extra mile. Your job is not always an easy one. The pharmacy here is the WORST. When my Mom's hospice nurse was trying to get a refill on pain medicine, she was told to 'wait in line' like everyone else (even though the nurse made sure the order from the doctor came through one hour prior) and they would not expedite the order even though my Mom's nurse told her (the manager) that my Mom fell into excruciating pain. They were so rude and terrible! I will NEVER go there again. If I could give them a minus 5 stars, I would. read more

I've literally been waiting 30 minutes in line trying to pick up my prescription. I hate this Walgreens, go to the one on county line.

The store seems unorganized, and there were no employees available to ask while I looked for my item. After finally finding it, I went to the one and only register they have. The cashier took his time ringing up the 2 small bags of items for the customer in front of me, then asked her to sign up (more like insisted) for the discount card. SLOWLY he entered everything in while I stood with my ONE ITEM. This place is at a prime location but is outdated, understaffed, and needs self checkout if they're going to be this slow. read more

Dropped off 2 rolls of 27 prints each and spoke to the Walgreens staff when I dropped them off as I haven't had film developed in years. When I picked up the photos, I was charged over $15.00 per roll for a total of $33.00 to develop 2 rolls. When I questioned the amount, I was rudely informed that there is a minimum $12.00 processing fee per roll by a very snippy saleswoman. 1. This was not communicated to me at any point when I dropped it off 2. Itnis not listed anywhere in their store 3. It is not listed on their website (that I could find) R. Finally it is not listed on the outside of the prints envelope or on my receipt. Open 24 hours, and offering everything from cosmetics and toiletries, to cleaning supplies and office supplies, to groceries and WINE, love that this place is close enough to walk to. We often stop by the Redbox and then run in and grab candy or a soda. We also stop in to buy birthday presents, as their toy aisle has some cool stuff. We've also used them for emergency batteries on holidays when everyone else was closed, and early in the morning when we need milk or bread before the grocery store opens. Most employees are friendly and welcoming, although there are a couple that need to find another job! read more

I ordered my photos and the lady told me 8 minutes.. now I'm sitting here waiting to check out for 20min and one of their employees is sitting there printing her own photos on the machine!
