Worst service ever. I have shopped and had prescriptions filled at this one CVS for 28 years. The…read morelast few years it has gotten progressively worse. Today I got a text that my prescription was ready. Went to pick it up and after giving my name and date of birth as usual she gave the price. I put my card in the tray and she pulled it in. 10 minutes went by and no script or card returned. I rang the call button several times and another girl finally told me they were searching for my order. I told her I was concerned about my card being there so long so she opened the drawer for me. 30 minutes went by and still script or explanation. Finally a girl came to the window and told me they could not find my order and would have to order my pills and it would be 1 to 2 business days. I tried to tell her i got a text that it was ready and she just said "can I talk" i asked what was i to do without my meds as i am out she just said to call my Dr. It seems they put my order in the bin and lost it so hopefully whoever got it does not have a bad reaction.

I've been very sick for the past couple of days. Doctor sent my prescription to this Walgreens as…read moreit is the most convenient location to my house. I went to pick up my medication around 7pm on Friday evening (the pharmacy hours on the door state that it is open until 9pm), and when I arrived, the pharmacy was closed. The cashiers up front were absolutely clueless and offered no assistance. I asked when it would open the next morning, and they told me that they weren't sure if it would even be open, even though their hours clearly stated they would be. They showed no concern whatsoever that I would not be able to get medication that I desperately needed. I returned the next morning around 11am to find that it was closed again, despite their hours clearly stating that they were open until 6pm. I immediately called another Walgreens location, and thankfully they were able to retrieve my prescription and fill it. I would advise anyone to avoid this joke of a pharmacy at all costs. They obviously don't give a damn about their customers, and not to mention, the store is dirty and sketchy. I learned my lesson, and will be using a local pharmacy from now on.

The pharmacist and her team are exceptionally nice, compassionate and competent. On more than one…read moreoccasion they have helped to facilitate prescription adjustments to better align with our insurance, and when prescription medicine hasn't been available, they have suggested over the counter alternatives. I feel known, valued and supported. Highly recommend for pharmacy. And if you are picking up in store, be sure to look for the orange shelf price stickers that indicate significant sales and clearance -- I have bought many an item because it is too good a deal to leave behind.

There was hardly anything on the shelves, to include basic necessities such as milk; the store was pretty dirty, the signage was not accurate, and I was never asked if I needed help by an employee. It's also not the easiest store to find parking at, nor to enter or exit. In all, I'd go to a different grocery or convenience store rather than this one.

The only problem is that it took a little while to check out because the cashier was in the aisles stocking, and not posted at the register. Nevertheless, it was a very minor inconvenience, and I'll definitely choose this Walgreens over the nearby CVS!
