Patty had me all done in 2.5 hours and it looks spectacular. She's a rockstar with a beautiful 'New Yawker' accent. She was fun and her energy is contagious. I recently moved to the area and as a woman we pride ourselves on our hair and beauty. Finding a new stylist is overwhelming and a little scary. I asked a woman who clearly worked there for help and she just pretty much ignored me and went straight to the register to do absolutely nothing. I had to flag down another employee for help and she even looked like she didn't want to help but she end up helping me which took her literally one minute to help find the product I was looking for. I found out the woman who ignored me first is the manager and her name is Lauren. That's a shame. I've worked in retail as a store manager myself and I would never treat a customer that way and made sure my employees treated customers with respect. It's no wonder this store has so many one star reviews. They have a lazy manager leading them. If she's not going to put in the work, how does she expect her employees to do the same. I'm going to follow up with corporate about this. I doubt they'll do anything but at least they'll have on record a complaint has been filed against this poor excuse of a manager. They need to demote her or get rid of her. She's not fit for the job.

Rhonda is a perfectionist , she spent about 45 minutes to an hour just measuring out the frame on my face, then had me make several expressions to make sure they looked even. She was extra careful about contamination and explained how she was using sterile, unused equipment on me that no one else uses. She explained everything in great detail and was extremely professional. She applied a numbing cream as well and I did not feel one thing throughout the entire process.
