I read online that Winco would refund your purchase if it was a recalled produce. I was informed by the store manager that I could not get a refund with a receipt. I paid by debit card, which ch is proof of purchase. Very disappointed with Winco Will return to my fav United Supermarket. Its worth the quality service.

Last night, December 15 I went to Academy in Wichita Falls. Selection of fishing tackle was a little thin. There were 12 people in line behind me as well as three in front of me with one cashier. I offered to let six of the people behind me go in front of me because they just had one or two items. Finally, I got to the cashier. As the big, tall manager was walking away, the cashier asked him if he was gonna help, and he just scoffed and walked off and went to the back. Everyone of the employees in the store acted like they were all mad and had terrible attitude. Our family is in the people business in retail sales with 650 employees. We understand how it is with employees with an attitude. They don't work for us if they display this attitude. The customer is King. I will continue to go back to Academy and hopefully the experience will be better. As a follow up. The manager called me the next day. I was impressed that he did so. He invited me to come visit the store again.

Then she tells me she's back with her boyfriend or husband, whatever and I need to stay away. Hello I don't know any of these people, I live three hours away. And she just kept on and on calling me Amanda, I offered to show her my id, so she could plainly see I'm not Amanda. I've never witnessed a grown woman act like this. She kicked me out of her "house" AKA the gas station. It was so bizarre, and to be honest, she scared me. She wouldn't stop. It's so insane for a business owner to act like this, then argue with me about my name. I got my gas and wanted a coke, that's it and this crazy lady, who obviously needs some sort of help, verbally attacked me, I'm a complete stranger to this woman. I would never believe this story had it not personally happened to me. So inappropriate and completely crazy. She's a scary lady, because she honestly thinks I'm some girl named Amanda.

I am just used to having nail salons wrap the station of where I am going to soak my toes and then the water goes on top. And they didn't, so I felt a bit uncomfortable in that sense due to hygienic reason but maybe I'm just very picky. Overall very nice place! I've come back to due my gel manicures a couple of times.
