It seems to take a longer than usual time to pick up a prescription that has been called in. Getting to the drive through is pretty rough. There is a huge pot hole that almost swallows our car. The intercom has been broken for a while, and we have to yell into the drawer. 1st class operation there-Walgreens!!! Do better!!!! read more

Solid Walgreens I like this store a lot. It can be pricey at times, but worth it when you want to avoid the grocery or convenient store. Not sure if it's seasonal, but my brother and I love their caramel squares, found up front. read more

The staff in the pharmacy was absolutely the rudest ever!!! My daughter waited for help and the lady was rude snippy telling her one minute one minute as she wrote on a white board erasing what she wrote and rewrote over and over!!! Won't be back !! read more

Short and to the point. I agree with most the other reviews. Rarely have I met a pharmacy staff that is so rude.

We are customers here because the location is convenient. The general merchandise and retail pharmacy areas are both usually plagued with out of stocks and un-replenished shelves and end caps. read more

I was recently traveling for the military and had to have medications sent to this pharmacy. When I arrived to pick it up, the staff was rude and unhelpful when they informed me my prescription would be 500 dollars. In shock, I paid and took my medication home. After leaving the pharmacy, I called my insurance to find out that it needed a prior authorization. I called my MD who asked me to have the pharmacy send them back an authorization through cover my meds, and they would get it sent back immediately so i could be reimbursed. I phone the pharmacy again and asked for the authorization to be sent. Two weeks later, it still was not sent. When I called back to find out why, I was told they didn't see it in the system because it had been so long and placed on hold for over 15 mins. When I did get a male pharmacist on the phone, he denied any blame on their part and said he would send the prior auth again, but he wasn't sure it would help since I had already paid. I should have never been charged in the first place, they should have been knowledgeable enough to know that the medication needed a prior auth and requested it from my MD before charging me. I know mistakes are made, but 500 dollars is a lot of money and it certainly warranted an apology or reassurance that the error would be corrected. I will be calling my MD tomorrow to ensure it was sent and calling them back for them to submit it back to my insurance. read more

Racial Profiling ... I walk in the store with my mini backpack that I use as a purse to buy something for my grandma really quick. Once I walked in the store and start looking for an items I hear an employee say you need to leave your bag? I said what!?!? This is my purse and you want me to give it to you? He said its policy. I asked since when? I was the only black person in the store. They said put it behind their counter. I was upset cause there was No written policy that I could see anywhere. As I went to get the item for my grandma I noticed two other white women with purses in the store. A Hispanic women hit the corner and heard me say " return my purse to me and looked at me in shock and looked down at her bag. I will NEVER purchase another item at Walgreens due to this treatment. I am disgusted and disappointed. Everyone in the store knew I was being singled out because they assumed I would steal something. I am a military veteran stopping in to help my grandma and never had anyone treat me this way. Do not shop here !!!!!!! read more

Run, don't walk away from this place. Seriously you'll have obscenely long waits only to encounter numerous errors. After giving me the wrong medicine, I called and spoke with the pharmacist who was very rude, condescending and wouldn't let me speak. I was astonished with how unwilling to help and unwilling to listen he was. So because I took it home he wont take it back and my insurance won't pay for it again until a month passes. I had already moved my family to a different pharmacy because this one is so terrible but now I am definitely done too..... with ALL Walgreens. read more

The pharmacy is full of complete imbeciles. They couldn't fill a prescription correctly to save their hide. They have consistently screwed up multiple prescriptions repeatedly. You ask three different people the same question and get three different lies. They try to blame the doctor's office and the insurance company and never accept responsibility for the errors that they make repeatedly. Took them 30 mins to help 3 people at the pharmacy and then another 30 minutes to fill my prescription. I don't got all day people

I have never been to such a filthy and slow walgreens. They were this slow before COVID. I asked for my insulin to be shipped to me and they told no. 2 days later its at my door. They would not give me all my pen needles. 1 box is 100 and 4 shots a day doesn't add up. They took my Levimir out of my box and put 1 Levimir pen in a bag! I have the best health insurance. These people rip you and your insurance off. Not to mention the employess in through pharmacy drive thru oh my they are not trained at all. They don't know how to use the Walgreens Express so don't bother. Its just a other technique to get more money from you. Please just run fast and far far away from this Walgreens. They are crooks. They are useless. The only functioning thing at this one was their online system. read more
