I've gotten nails and toes done and each time I leave feeling like a Queen. They really do a flawless job. I don't relate to some of the other reviews on here. They pay attention to detail and also listen to me when I ask for anything like changes or extras. The place is also clean and comfy. They also were very attentive to me, I came back 8 months pregnant this time and they accommodated to my comfortability and temp of the water on my feet and a extra pillow. Best spot I've ever stumbled upon!

I went with the Pearl pedicure, and it was good. Everything felt clean and well done, and the staff was friendly and attentive. That said, for a $65 pedicure, it felt just a little overpriced for what you get. It wasn't a bad experience at all--just didn't fully match the price point in terms of extras or overall wow factor. Still, I enjoyed my time and would consider coming back, especially for the relaxing atmosphere!

(which is fine) but they did not put a color coat before doing the design so you can see my nail underneath. i got them done 1 week ago and the sides have chipped on 3 different nails. i've worn acrylics for over a year and have not once had one chip. then to top it off my bill was $75 for a fill in will not go again. AND they took my phone to look at the design and set it down in acetone and melted the back of my phone case.

I like for my French tip to be THIN, so it has to be painted on. I had to ask a couple of times for it to be thinner and also for the design shape to be corrected. Some design had more "swoop" while others were more flat. I like the nail shape and how sharp the square is, but some nails were inconsistent from the right & left hand. My pedicure was nice. For painting my toes, I also asked for French tip design. Initially they were painted in EXTREMELY thick. Like, 1/3 of my toe was the French tip design. I tried to ask for it to be thinner but I don't think the gentleman doing it understood me. I showed a photo and he still did it much thicker than the photo. He seemed to get frustrated when I still asked for a thinner design. The volume of his voice raised until someone else came over to do the design. It made me very uncomfortable. When I got home I noticed one of my toes had a jagged edge so I had to file that myself. I'm here for work and if I return again, I know I will not come back to this salon. Generally, everyone was friendly, especially the people who first greeted me, but it was VERY expensive for the LOW quality of work.
