They fubbed my order, canceled my first service appointment because they didn't think they had my tires (they did) and then wouldn't install them when I showed up for my second service appointment, having come from 80 miles away, because they said they weren't paid for. I showed them the credit card statement showing their charge, paid in full, from 2 days ago! Still wouldn't do it because they said the order was canceled? Who canceled it? I didn't cancel it. Why was it canceled? Was it really canceled? I'm not trying to scam anybody, I just want to buy some tires. Hey, I'm not going to force these guys to take my business and my money- clearly they don't deserve it. The store manager offered no help. Bottom line- this has been a total waste of my time and the incompetency of the Walmart staff prevents them solving even the smallest problem or providing any sort of accommodating customer service. I learned my lesson and made a mistake that won't be repeated. I went to a local shop and was taken care of with no issue. I should have done that the first time around.

I have been coming here for years. Zach and all his employees are phenomenal. They know just about…read moreeveryone that walks in or goes through the drive thru..yes, they have a DRIVE THRU!!! Zach is SO knowledgeable about medications and always makes sure you have the best price. He can order items if he doesn't carry what you need in the store like over-size walkers, a certain type of shower chair, ect. Zach is also a pastor of the Oasis Church on Main Street. Not only is he professional, but will also pray for you, or give out hugs when it's needed. I haven't seen him turn down any insurance and he beats any price that I've gotten from Walmart, Walgreens or other pharmacies that I've had to go to. I will definitely go to him Everytime I need anything. The pharmacy also takes donations of medical equipment as he also helps with a low or no income, one day a month, checkup in Kingfisher at a church. The pharmacy is small, but they do carry quite a bit of merchandise inside.
