Sad to say, the inability to get prescriptions in a timely fashion, the off-site filling of those prescriptions in ridiculously large containers, the inaccuracies of the app, the often inaccurate emails/texts regarding status, along with the high turnover in staff, has made even me realize it is time to change pharmacies.
